Our family had a septic emergency that needed to be taken care of promptly. A lift pump to the drain field on our system had gone out causing a wet mess in the backyard. We called a competitor as well as Trevor at Johnson Septic at 4:00 in the afternoon. Trevor was able to make it to our place the next day and beat the competitora price by $300! Imagine working in a restraunt on a sunday night in the middle of January, and all the floor drains back up. Its freezing and you need to get it fixed as soon as possible. We had the great happenstance of having Johnsons called out to the store. Im not sure of the woman who called to let me know they were coming. But she not only did everything she could to help get my store up and running, but gave me the company number and the drivers as well. Trevor showed up within 45 minutes of me getting the call they were coming. It was after dark and under 30 degrees out. He worked outside for over 2 hours in the cold getting our grease trap cleaned out so all my plumbing issues were fixed. He was an absolute sweetheart and made sure I was informed of everything that happened. When he got it as cleaned out as he could that day, (it filled his truck) he told me he would come back later in the week and make sure it was still good. He came out today and opened everything up to check, and made sure I saw that everything was where is was supposed to be. I have NEVER been so completely thrilled with the service I was given by Trevor and the Johnsons team. I will be using them for any septic issue I have in the future hands down.
