We had to have our septic system replaced last November. We talked to several different people, and McCleary Septic was recommended. We hired McCleary Septic Service to do the work, and they came out early December. They did a great job and we have been pleased. We had a communication issue with them where it was a challenge to get hold of them but when they responded they were prompt to address our issue. I would recommend them highly.

Had Tony do my mothers city water and found him to be very understanding. Clean up was near and had nothing to do afterwards. Would I recommend him very much so, and I would give him ten stars. Thanks Tony and great job.

Tony and TJ Mcleary replaced a water service line for me in North Muskegon. They were professionals start to finish. TJ has a great handle on customer service and is very good at his profession. They take pride in there work and did it at a price that none of the competition could touch. I would and have already recommended them to others.

Had a septic system done early this year (2015) in wintery conditions. Appears to be working properly however they had to be reminded of contractual obligations in order for things to progress correctly, i.e. removal (not simply crushing) of old tanks and inspection verifications (prior to continuing). Although we realize this line of work is likely to be quite demanding and impromptu, we feel this does not warrant the very poor communication experienced throughout. McLeary Septic was supposed to come back in the spring to bring our yard to its original condition and place the fencing back up however they never bothered to even return my call. My husband and I worked continuously all spring and summer to remove all of the weeds we were left with that were brought in from the topsoil (dirt) used, in place of the beautiful sod we previously enjoyed. They left fencing down and yard unfinished. Very disappointed. Have pictures if anyone is interested.
