We rented a boat on the 4th of July. It was nice that there was not a deposit required upon our reservation. Staff was really nice and helpful. We were a bit disappointed with our boat called Legacy - it was an older boat and had lots of wear and tear. I should have done my research because other boat rental locations in the area have newer and high horsepower boats in the same price range. Overall we had a good experience and was just glad a boat was available for us to enjoy. We really enjoyed being able to access Bear lake from Muskegon lake.

The nicest, most helpful, knowledgeable staff ever! Ive rented hundreds of boats in several states, and this by far was the best experience Ive ever had. Highly recommend.

The guys here were super friendly and easy to work with and were very accommodating. We rented one of their boats and tubes and a blast all day on the lake. They gave great instructions and maps to the lake.In the name of fairness and to give an accurate review, I will admit our boat did have a mechanical issue pop up during their morning test run, but Mike called me and made arrangements just in case but had the boat fixed and ready to go by the time we were at the lake. But I still say 5 stars as thats the nature of all boats - Gremins! I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone.

My girlfriends and I rented from Muskegon boat rentals for my bachelorette party and they were absolutely amazing. They were the only rental that had a boat large enough for my 19 person party and although there were some initial scheduling conflicts, they were very attentive and thought outside the box to make it work and figured out a way for us to get the rental. The boat was beautiful and clean and well kept and we just had the best time of our lives. Working with Mike was wonderful, he was so accommodating and his staff was excellent! Even at the end, when we had to get some gas - Mike called without me prompting a phone call from me first to refund the amount, great customer service, great attention to the needs of the renter, and a beautiful beautiful boat. Mike and Kristen were very helpful and accommodating! When the weather was questionable, Mike even called at the last minute warning us, and giving us the chance to reschedule! Renting the pontoon boat was easy and created a perfect day on both Muskegon and Bear lake.
