Absolutely the MOST Ghetto place I have ever been. Some black lady kept talking over me and wouldnt let me finish. Twice I have scheduled an appointment and twice it was cancelled with no notice till I show up for the hair cut... Absolutely redic

The staff was very cheerful and considerate. I wasnt totally pleased with my cut but considering my hair is fine and thin on top she did the best she could with what she had to work with.

Had an appointment at 10 in the morning. I got there at 9:45. They did not open at all the whole day. Never got a call to cancel. I called the next day and asked what happened. I was told something came up? Asked if I could get in that day and was told that they had no time left. Very unprofessional.

Schedule a appointment online for me and my daughter just to get there and not have anytime for our hair cuts.

Quick service. In and out that is how good they are especially with covid19 they are very prepared to tackle what you need done. Will recommend folks.

I was supposed to have a hair (which I even brought in the Detailed picture of the style I wanted) & explained this is what & how I wanted my hair to be & look). I asked if she could do that & reassured me she could. And the other reason for the new hair style cut was because I wanted to donate my hair to a comp that makes & gives wigs to people free who have health issues causing them to lose their own hair. The Fact that this lady was the salons manager makes this Terrible situation even worst! I explained Ive never been to a hair salon in my nearly 60 yrs of living for myself. And she asuret me she could do the cut I wanted,even asked if she could put the pic on her station top to look at which I said of course. I even gave this chick a $10.00 tip!All while I felt something was off & not exat right but couldnt figure it out as I was rushing not to miss my pre-arranged ride with the local senior transportation service who will leave you if youre not outside when they pull up to get you.It wasnt until I got home when I Started noticing All that she had done to me that was wrong & not even close to looking like the picture! My headnoe looked like a big short cotton ball of every short lengths as possible! She mademyhair look worst than a mans messed up short hair cut! It looks So Hideously sickening I cried! It was when I returned home when my neighbors commented on my new hair cut that I found out some of them also had gotten their hair choped up & screwed over at the same place ( Smartstyle salon inside the Sherman St Walmart .! If you value your hair appearance & want a specific cut Do Not I Repeat Do Not use Smartstyle salons! Ive so far contacted without success the ( hair destroyer salon who choped up my hair) trying to get info.Myabt the owner of the franchise & ... Now my next step is file complaints with the BBB, & the State Licensing & Regulatory Agency. Sending along with pictures of this wack job she claimed looked good! Just be warned folks. I was able to book an appt for a haircut and color at the LASSSST MINUTE! I showed up and she took excellent care of me! She made sure to take her time and really listen to what I wanted done! Very friendly and made me comfortable! The prices were AWESOME, along w great product prices too!I would recommend anyone I know to go there!(I visited the Muskegon, MI, Sherman Blvd. Location.)

Had a GREAT experience the 2nd time I went back. The 1st time they were booked up, which I understand. But, the stylist just yelled across the store and didnt ask if Id like to make appointment or anything.

I went in yesterday for 2 kids hair cuts. They lady was very patient with them. Then she told me I was a good mom...it really made my day and my kids will look amazing for picture day because of her. I will be going back there again.

This was my worst experience at a hair salon ever! I went in last week and waited patiently until someone finally came to the counter. I asked if they could get me in for a haircut and she told me to come back in 20 minutes after asking the other two stylists how long one of her other customers would take. I returned after 20 minutes and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before the hairdresser came to get me and seated me. she then sprayed my hair with water only three times and brushed through it once before going to another customer. I waited as she washed the womans color out (about 10 min.) and then proceeded to blow dry it. She blow dried the womans hair for 35 min. before I finally just walked out. I was extremely angry because what she had done made my curly hair really big and frizzy. The shop was also unclean, it had hair all over the floor, and hair from previous customers in brushes and combs.I ended up going to Borics Hair Care, a few stores down, the service was great and it was cheaper.

Missy messed up my sons hair...looks awful, then another lady tried to fix it and made it look worse. If you cant properly cut hair, THEN DONT WORK AS A HAIRSTYLIST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO BACK TO SCHOOL.

My wife stopped in here while visiting a friend on her recommendation and she was very happy with the stylist, the cut and the price. My wife is not the easiest person to please so for her to say she was happy is definitely worth the 5 stars!

One side was longer than the other. Tried to fix it myself. Ended up going somewhere else. So I paid twice for one haircut and it’s a lot shorter than I wanted it.

Worst hair cut ever there was a 2 inch difference from one side to the other and she cut off nine inches. Totally could tell had to go somewhere else cause I got it the weekend I was moving. Called and the manager was only in 1 day that week and before they could do anything she would have to see it well I moved and couldn’t be there the only day she was there I also moved 2 hours away so I thankfully will not be returning.

You get what you pay for. If only I had left when I saw that one side was longer than the other. But, no. I asked the stylist to fix it. She corrected the longer side with a razor. What a mess that was! I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. Nothing special. Just wanted a bob. What I got was a short mess!! I will be curling my hair for a month because I cant wear it straight. It is so uneven. Have made an appointment with one of the leading shops in town. Made it for 30 days from now so I can get some growth.

I went in there for a Christano Ronaldo Hair Style And They Messed It Up Bad. I Hated how it look So I Just cut the rest of my self.

All I can say is this place is way over priced. I spent close to $200 just for a haircut, highlights, shampoo & conditioner! Never have I ever spent over $100 getting highlights and a haircut plus I didnt even get a full highlight only partial! Never again....
