Just a really long wait thought there were to many smoke breaks in between every cut and Im seeing on here where a trim is $10 for a beard and I was charged $14 every time I have been there and I have always tipped but this last time I was there. Its not really being understanding its just being rude to the customers when you go out to smoke for 10 mins after every cut.

Best kept secret in Muskegon when it comes to Barber Shops. Old school feel, chill atmosphere, and a great hair cut every time. Highly recommended especially for military looking for that fresh cut. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I’ve had two great haircuts.Since then, I’ve tried at least a dozen times to get a haircut and been unable to due to: variable lunch hours, appointment only times, and camping trips.Point is: make an appointment if you’re able to.

Amazing bald fades

They give a nice hair cut when they are willing to cut your hair. I have been there three time over the last year and they have turned me away saying they aren’t taking anyone people. The last time I was there at 4pm and the sign on the door says they are open until 6pm. I was told he wasn’t taking anymore appointments.

Typically there is a wait so be prepared to spend some quality time with the boys talking movie quotes,music, hunting, fishing, cars, and life.I kid you not, Leaving there you may not want to go out on the town, but your hair will.Get the Uncle Shane, you will not be disappointed.

I came in on a Saturday. It was very busy, but the wait was well worth it. Great location and Shane is a great guy. I went a whole different haircut that I wouldnt normally go with and it turned out great. I will definitely be in there a lot more.

Phenomenal work! We live on a military base and the barbers here cannot compare! (Can we just move your whole shop, down south?!)My husband received the *BEST* fade and cut he has ever, ever had! The new barber is GREAT! Our young son also got his hair squared away, truly he did great! I tested his abilities when I asked him to clean up my undercut and neck lines (ladies, short cut).. even the owner commented.. equal opportunity barbershop here! He did a great job on mine too! Friendly and convenient place to get a haircut. The barber that cut my hair took his time and paid attention to detail. When he was done he made sure to ask me if I was happy with my cut. They only accept cash so leave the plastic holstered.

I knew Shane for a long time hes a really good person and cuts the best hair in Muskegon, this is a matter of opinion but he probably does do the best fades in West Michigan and I have been to a lot of places and youre not leaving without quality and fair prices.I personally dont go anywhere else if I dont go to him I just dont get my haircut or do it myself

Best barber shop in the area. No appointments walk-ins only, that can be kind of a pain because hes always busy. But hey I can wait or come back later. Worth it for someone who knows how to cut hair and not corners.Editing to add: Coop does a fantastic job as well! It took me a while to be comfortable letting anyone but Shane cut my hair.... But Coop has given me nothing but great cuts so far!

Decided to try them out.... Didnt make it though the open door before they told me they couldnt help me. This was 1hr before close. With 2 barbers present and only 2 customers in the store. Felt very uncomfortable being told before even a Hello. That i cant be helped. I drove down the road to there competitor who also closed at the same time. They were more then happy to help me. Wont be back again.
