Not only top notch service, but an atmosphere that will having you coming back just to chat. Love the Crue 10/10

Excellent service. If I had one complaint, it is that they are too popular (fantastic thing for a local business!). This can make scheduling anything immediate almost impossible. If you plan ahead 3-4 weeks though, it is well worth the wait.

Emily and her Crue are awesome. Very professional and skilled. Its the most comfortable atmosphere while youre waiting or while youre in the chair. Every client gets top notch treatment every single time. This isnt a franchise hair salon its a local establishment. Its owned and operated by locals we all know and love.

I absolutely love visiting The Crue to get a fresh fade. Logan gave me an undercut over the summer and my boyfriend, dad, and brother go there to get their hair cut. I highly recommend going here!

Thanks Emily I enjoy every minute of my haircut. Im so excited that you are also doing womens hair. I could go every day just to get my hair washed. It was so relaxing. The inside has big city urban vibe with a pool table. I felt completely safe going in. I filled out a covid form, had to wear a mask to the chair, the staff all wore mask, and they sanitized their station after each appointment.

I had a great haircut today. The guy cutting was very inquisitive, personal, and friendly. The whole staff seemed very friendly. New age modern feel to a mens barber shop/salon. Not overly priced either. My appointment was for 11 and at 11 I sat my butt in the seat. Not only will I be back, but Ill tell my friends to head over there too.

What a fantastic Barber, right here in Downtown Muskegon. The staff here are top notch and take their craft seriously and it shows. The environment is great and very welcoming.I rely on them for all my hair grooming from haircuts to beard trims and shaves. My wife approves of their work which is even better. Prices are super reasonable too. Highly recommended!

Another great cut, this time from Ross. First time in I had Logan cut my hair and this time Ross. Each time I just showed them a picture on my phone of something I was thinking and I let them use their expertise and creativity and they both nailed it. Amazing to me that each one just takes an image and adds their own flare and it turns out amazing. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Also they both nailed the beard trim as well! Great job Crue!! Next time maybe I will see if Emily can add even more creativity and flare and then I will have to choose which barber moving forward. Thanks a ton CRUE and MERRY CHRISTMAS

The whole Crue is the best. They have a perfect atmosphere for taking it easy while you wait and are all great people to hangout with while you are getting your cut. They legit helped turn around a tough day from work! Also, my homie Logan has got skills. He makes me look as good as I ever have with both my hair and a fantastic beard trim.

I don’t honestly write reviews, but this place truly deserves one written. I have visited Emily now through her previous job and now into her own business and I cant be more thankful for her and what shes doing! The Crue is absolutely amazing, its first off an incredible atmosphere. The barbers and staff of the men’s salon are just amazing, Emily has always been my favorite person to visit but watching everybody interact at this business was very welcoming. If you care about your hair this is for sure the place to go, and even if you don’t, you cant really pass up the opportunity to pay the exact same amount you’d pay at any Sports Clips, or Quick Cuts. This place offers the best hair service a man could get anywhere in the area, also if thats not enough to convince you the atmosphere, people, and customer service can win you over alone.Thank you Emily and staff, you guys are incredible!

After my first cut, I can easily admit this was the best haircut I’ve ever gotten its not even close. This place is the real deal- professional, great vibes, and they are truly perfectionists. Brenan took the time to consult with my hair type, and he made sure my fade was absolutely perfect and it really made the difference. Ive been content with most barbershops, but havent found one that I love. Ill definitely be driving from Grand Haven to Muskegon for my haircuts from now on. Highly highly recommend!
