Nancy is a thief. She quoted us a price prior to coming in to cleaning the house. Because she decided on her own that our home was too big she sent an extra person and charged us for it without our consent. She said she would give us a call back. We checkout our account and she already charged our account! Ive heard since then shes known for this type of behavior. Do not hire!!!!!!! Find someone else.

Nancy at The Maids completely saved the day, week and month! No exaggeration. We originally scheduled an appointment with another “Maids” brand in town for a move out cleaning a month in advance. We even called to confirm two weeks out since these cleanings are essential they’re done on time. The other maid company didn’t show to clean the home. They absolutely dropped the ball. I panicked called Nancy at The Maids immediately. Nancy and The Maids cleaned our home that afternoon! She and her crew did an absolutely bang up job and they were cheaper, even with such short notice. I highly recommend The Maids! Best decision I made during this move. Thanks, Nancy!

We ordered Move In Clean urgently. However. The Maids are really helpful and Schedule the space for us immediately. The Purple Team Leader is very Professional. The house is showing very good condition after cleaning. We already decided to enroll in the regular service with The Maids. Thank you for your companys service.

They were nice women and did a pretty good job. Took my $100 dollar deposit over the phone. I have the ladies a check for the remainder when they left. I just looked at my credit card statement and saw that they charged me $880!! Are you kidding me! Wanted to hire them foe a monthly service, no I just don’t trust them!

The woman on the phone quoted me $140 to clean my house but the price wouldnt be finalized until after the crew was finished. I asked the lady how much it was when she was leaving and she said they would just charge my card that they had on file. $688 was what they charged me for three folks to clean for three hours. I was considering having them come weekly, but absolutely not. That is unreal.

The people were beyond polite and very professional. They were accommodating and simply, pleasant. I asked for a “move out” clean and I was surprised the final price turned out to be over $500 which seemed extremely pricey for the alternative quotes I received. I was however running out of time to get my “move out” clean done and every other service I called was booked. Therefore, I felt I didn’t have a choice. Despite the demeanor and professionalism of the cleaning staff, the cleaning was sub par. Half of the windows in the house weren’t cleaned, the mantle wasn’t dusted, and I had to ask to have the oven and cupboards wiped down. There were cobwebs left around the home and none of the vents were dusted. If I paid a lower price, I wouldn’t have minded the above discrepancies, but for over $500 for two hours of cleaning, I would expect a more thorough cleaning. It seems as though they were content with simply cleaning the bathrooms and the tile/hardwood floors. I would not at all recommend this cleaning company if you’re looking for a move out/deep clean.

4 ladies come and clean my 3700sq ft house in about an hour. Its great because we can sit out back or run a few errands while the house gets cleaned. In the age of being home all the time, its great to have a service that is done so quickly so were not inconvenienced in any way. And the prices are very reasonable. They do a thorough job...Im impressed!

The maids themselves were very sweet. The woman who booked the apt got her $100 deposit over the phone days before. Price was said to be $350 for a TINY trailer home that was dirty. For 2 hours. That already sounded like a lot but I figured these people would great and Im 39 weeks pregnant and just couldnt do it myself. Woman called night before saying cleaners needed to come 2.5 hrs earlier in morning. Ended up taking girls about 4 hours total. One of the maids called me, said she was done and that her boss will call before she charges card for rest of payment and we dont pay them. 2 seconds later I check my bank account and $576 was taken out!!! On top of the $100 deposit!! The woman tried to act like she couldnt hear me when I called even in front of the maids. Disgusted is an understatement. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to ANYONE. I thought going thru a company would be an amazing clean and an amazing experience. It was a NIGHTMARE. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Team Green:This team was great! Two Negative comments:1. There was no price discussed prior to starting services (nor was it discussed on the phone when I scheduled)2. mopping wasnt great.Now....The positives:1. called before arriving so I had time to get my dogs outside2. spoke very fluent English3. very kind4. FAST work5. respectful when I was on a business call6. work quality was on point in all areas except mopping.7. arranged items in my bathroom to put them more on display instead of looking like junk on the counters.8. made all the beds9. worked around my mother in law who has dementia to accommodate her bathroom breaks during their cleaning10. my house smells amazing!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would to help even 1 person ! Please be aware this is a scam!!! They charged me without my authorization and lied to me! Do not use this service please any other service would be better

I called and need urgent services schedule on the weekend. The Maids booked for us right away. They are white team! Three Maids! They arrived on time. We are super picky person. And we are very happy there is nothing skipped! They are fast and did excellent work! We will be using them for our regular cleaning service. I would absolutely recommend them! White Team!

Team did a fantastic job for my house cleaning. I’ve had the house cleaned professionally. And I am very impressed with how hard they worked from top to bottom. My house never been clean like this. After firing MOLLY MAIDS, I called The Maids.What a difference! I gave them a list of important things that mattered to me, and WOW they went above and beyond. I could be any more pleased with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They really pay attention to details. I might add that the staff is polite, and willing to go the extra mile. Perfect service. I couldnt be happier. Hope to have them as a long standing vendor. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

Moved into a home that was supposedly cleaned by your service . Worst cleaning job ever. My girlfriend and i lived out of boxes for 2 weeks until SHE cleaned the house thoroughly. Would NOT recommend this company

They are great. I been order them for my open houses and sold homes before turn key event. They did fantastic job. I really love them and strong recommend for others.

After going through 5 different companies over the last 10 years, we finally found a company who does the job right the first time. The staff that they send is the same girls every time, they are amazing and do such a thorough job. The owner is awesome as well. If you have any issue at all he gives you a call and is very hands on, which is refreshing and greatly appreciated. My house is pretty large at 3200 sqft with lots of little things that need to be dusted etc, the staff does a really good job and getting every little nook and cranny. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family as well as clients.

First time I used this maid service and the owner Nancy is not nice or has any good costumer service skills. Nancy is all about the money not good service. The girls that work for her are nice and very polite and respectful but seam worrier about how much time they spend in the cleaning part made me feel very uncomfortable. Nancy charged my card with out asking me if I agree using that card or amount. I wanted to use a different card and asked for them to wait and I would call them to make the payment. I will never use or recommend this maid service to anyone. The job is not worth the money you pay owner is money hungry and you can tell that she does not treat her staff well or fair. This is to her staff thank you for your help and prayers.

I love my red team. They are ver detail on each time clean in my house. And the whole team are honest and they really know how to take care of my house.

I used this company to clean my vacant house that I was about to rent and they did a horrible job. I specifically asked that they pay close attention to the window sills and blinds. Not only did they fail to clean them, they also missed 2 of the light switch face plates, didnt clean inside the cabinets and all around did a lousy job. To top it off, they took my cleaning supplies and other items that I just paid for.I called and spoke to the owner Ken who said he will send them back out. Well they came back out and did exactly the same thing. Left all of the window sill filthy. They also failed to return my supplies. The owner Ken said he would send me a refund of $50 to take care of the supplies they took. Over 2 months have gone by and I still dont have a check after calling Ken 3 times. I finally had to call the franchise corporate office to get them to speak to Ken about it. Still no check.This made Ken very angry and he called me and began yelling at me. I of course hung up and immediately called the corporate offices again.If you want good service and HONEST people to come into your home. DONT USE THE MAIDS IN MURRIETTA!!!!

We have the Maids for our move in clean two weeks ago. They did quick and wonderful job! We did set up regular clean with every other week. There is the first time regular clean yesterday. They are very detail and professional!!

Nancy is rude and makes empty promises. I used to use & refer this company. If you are looking for quick cleaning where you have to clean after them you may consider this service. Perhaps change of ownership happened & quality went out the door. Saddened by the decline.
