I have never had my carpets professionally steam cleaned before, so after an online search, I found Fletcher Carpet Cleaning online when I was in need of carpet cleaning in a jiffy. I called around but nobody could see me the same day, but Jerry was able to squeeze me into the schedule. I am selling my house and I needed a tile and carpet clean before the open house. They exceeded my expectations. The carpet looks brand new and the tile sparkling. I will definitely recommend all friends and family to use their services. Really disappointed in the carpet cleaning. They werent able to get food stains out of the carpet, they nicked the legs on a new buffet, and they left waves in my carpet. In several areas of the house the carpet wont lay flat. Looks like theres something underneath it. Very disappointing. And no senior discount.

They are quick and efficient! I called several floor companies, hoping to book a carpet cleaning service before we moved into our new home. I was running out of time. They were able to book me same day! I like that the vacuum system is connected directly to their van which provides a very high amount of suction power, leaving the floors thoroughly cleaned; it is as if they are new. We used Fletcher’s for the house we recently purchased. We will be using them in the house we were renting, as this guarantees we will be getting our full rental deposit back. I highly suggest using this company for your floor needs.

I had a water damage, first floor of my two-story home was flooded.not only did they clean my carpets but they sucked up all the water. extremely professional. Will call them again in the future.

Unfortunately I can’t review their service as they never showed up! I scheduled them for a whole house cleaning on a moveOut two weeks prior. Then I contacted the day before as I hadn’t heard from them to confirm and left a message. Never got a response. Called again morning of got voicemail again never heard back. Thought maybe he didn’t get the messages but then they never showed up at all.
