Anthony did a great job. Our carpet is over 20 years old and has had three little ones running around on them, plus a dog and cat. Now are carpets look fantastic! Anthony was reliable, respectful and a hard worker. I highly recommend using Carpet Heros.

Miracle Workers! We hired The Carpet Heroes to deep clean our carpet and tile after we moved out of our rental home. The floors were extremely dirty/stained from prior tenants and pet accidents. I never imagined that all of the stains and dark spots in high traffic areas could be removed; we just asked them to do their best. By the time they finished, the 10 year old carpet genuinely looked brand new again. I was astonished at how great the floors looked! Everything was sparkling clean!Anthony was extremely responsive and easy to work with, and they were so accommodating of our moving schedule and timeline. They accept Venmo as payment which made everything that much easier. I highly recommend The Carpet Heroes. If you want the very best, give them a call.

From the moment we called and spoke with Anthony we knew we had contacted the right place. On the day of our carpet cleaning they were on time and wasted no time! Our technician was Sinclair who was super friendly and very professional. He did such and amazing job. Omg they did a fantastic job on our home. After years of abuse I thought I would have to replace our carpets. I just want to throw a shout out to these guys they do great work, they where on time fast and I was happy. Will be calling again in the future.

Hands down best carpet cleaning I have ever had. Anthony was very nice and he explained to me the whole process. I can’t believe how clean my carpet is I just saved thousands of dollars as I was thinking that my carpet was done but with quotes as high as $7,000 it was simply not an option to replace at this time. Anthony did great for me $300 and I am a happy camper.

Will be referring them to all my family and friends. They have amazing customer service. They did an amazing job inside. We had some tough spots and they took them out. They exceeded our expectations and communication was excellent as well as explaining everything from the beginning. Andrew our Tech was a pleasant young man who told us our exact square footage for the cleaning project prior to the tile/grout cleaning so we knew the exact cost, which seemed reasonable to me. He proceeded with his work in a timely manner and when the job was done it looked 100% better. I would recommend this company for sure.

Outstanding job! They were very professional and dressed sharply surprisingly! I give to them thats for sure. Charged 150 for the up stairs about 800sqft. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely call them again! Cheers!

I just want to say thank you so much to Anthony and his worker. They did a fantastic job on the carpets of our new home. We honestly didnt think this carpet was going to come clean I was so happy that I even took few pictures (hope you guys didnt mind). I would highly recommend them. I will be calling soon to set up the tile cleaning. By the way these guys use non toxic products which for me is a big win as I do have little ones. I have found my go to guys for carpet cleaning.

Anthony came out and did his thing he did an amazing job. I honestly had no hope in cleaning our rental carpets. I been following him for sometime on Facebook and i decided to give him a call based on his videos and reviews and I can say will be using him again.

I checked for information on their website and Eric immediately responded and gave me a quote that was literally 100.00 less than the competition. I was skeptical, but he assured me there were no hidden fees and he could make a next day appointment. I figured something will go wrong--- Eric said 4:30 for the appointment, at 4:15 Eric calls and said he was on his way. Eric arrives and PROFUSELY apologizes for being 8 minutes late, seriously- 8 MINUTES. He immediately gets to work and does a FANTASTIC JOB- CARPETS WERE BEAUTIFUL---- EXPERIENCE, COMMUNICATION, SATISFACTION- AWESOME... I recommend and will use this company again.

We used these guys for a rental property we where cleaning. Our normal guy we use flaked out, so we where in a very tight pickle as the owner needed to get the job done. These guys came though and saved my bacon. They did an amazing job on the carpets. I will keep calling them more often that is for sure.

Boy did these guys come through for me. the problem involved : a dog and a shag carpet - in another persons home. i truly do not have the skill set to address the enormity of that situation and time was not going to improve anything. these guys came over within the hour and made the problem vanish. in addition, i had them do a few additional carpets as an apology to the homes owner, and it only cost $135. fantastic.

OMG!!! the smell is gone. I had horrible just horrible renters that had 2 dogs. I figured we where going to have to replace our carpets in the living room and dining room area. We even had the carpet installer coming that weekend. My gut feeling told me that I should look around and I searched online and I read reviews on these guys both on Google and other sites. I took a chance and wow they did not disappoint at all!!! You guys have no idea how much money you saved me I am very happy.

I should have realized when your website said you would call back within half and hour and it took about 16 hours that things were not going to go great from there.But, I thought I would give it a try.You told me 9-930 you would be arriving so I was ready by 9 and you showed up just after 10. With no phone call.THIS is what you said you would do.The Carpet Heros Way of Cleaning Carpets1. Picking up and moving small iteams off the carpet2. We start Vacuuming the carpet from wall to wall.3. Pre-Spraying the Carpet so the soil and dirt and grime start breaking up.4. Power Scrubbing, this lifts the carpet fibers and brushes off the dirt and suspends it and gets it ready for Hot water Extraction (steam Cleaning).5. Pre Treat any stains and spots.6. Hot Water Extraction we add Rinsers in our water supply to remove all pre-spray and detergent and dust mites and dirt from your carpets.7. We do a final walk though with you and show you how clean your carpet is now.Your web site also states you have tons of hose allowing your machine to stay outside. Not true. I did not get a warm fuzzy feeling when you pulled up in a mini van either.I had specifically told you when inquiring that I could not help move items.Some small items were moved. Others were just simply cleaned around. Not even most furniture was moved to clean under it. A first for me with carpet cleaning.You did not start vacuuming wall to wall. In fact, the first thing you did was start wetting down the heavier traffic areas, which I assume was #3 and 4 & 5 and 6You certainly did not do a walk through with me to show me how clean the carpets were, but you did comment several times how clean they were. I told you I would have to hold judgement until they were dry and I could see. I personally, can already see stains that don’t even look like they were touched.You also did not bother to ask me if I wanted the floor rugs cleaned on top of any of the rugs, plug back in my microwave that you had unplugged to plug in your machine, put back my garbage bin in the bathroom that you had used in the tub to fill up your machine, empty out the large bucket of ours you borrowed in the sun room (in the process dumping the stuff that was in it in the middle of the floor) to use with water in it OR put it back.Nor did you ask me if I wanted anything put back or offered, so the person who could not really help with things has to put it all back.I asked you how long it would take to dry the carpets and furniture you said you really didn’t know, they were not that wet.My floors were wet enough though, the linoleum in the kitchen that the first thing I had to do was to get those mopped up from the soapy water you had scattered on them before I slipped for a THIRD time.Then to top it off, you failed to mention on the phone when you called that you ONLY took cash! Not even debit card. So at the end of the cleaning, I had to send someone to the ATM machine to get cash. While you impatiently waited. And then no receipt at the end either.I am not sure where the good reviews came from.I don’t want an answer, I don’t want any more services. I just wanted to let you know that I would never recommend you and I found it about the most unprofessional carpet cleaning job I have ever had.

Second time I’ve used them and great service from David. Carpet was cleaned quickly and well, including a tea stain that had been there a few months. Very affordable and easy to check in, pay, receive invoice. Will be calling them again for new years.
