We reached out to Dad’s to rent an ice cream push cart for an event. Even though we ended up not renting the cart, they provided amazing customer service and bent over backwards to help us out. We will definitely use them if we need a push cart in the future!

NO SHOW!!! Ruined our Sons 6th Birthday Party! Not even a phone call to say they werent coming. All the kids were in tears. Please do not book with them they will not show up!!!! Dont Schedule if you do not have Staff to accommodate.

Once it was an expanding business, but now it has just shrunk to the wholesale of an ice cream.

Stellar customer service! I even got there when they were closing & was helped without any complaints. So courteous, I didnt feel rushed & the price I paid (which was NOT a lot) was worth every penny & more.It is located in an area I wasnt all too familiar with but easy enough to find using Google maps.I guarantee Ill be back & am happy to tell the world what a great business this is, with great products & great prices.

They were able to come out on really short notice. I rented their ice cream truck for my kids birthday party and when it pulled up (EXACTLY on time) his friends went crazy. All the kids and parents got the ice cream for free, and they just invoice you for the cost later. All the parents asked where I rented the truck. Great Experience!

We were holding a 5K fundraiser for a young woman who has been battling cancer for 3 years. We were looking for different activities that the 600+ people who registered could take a part of after the 5K. Dads was willing to donate their blow up foosball equipment for our event. Ive been a big fan of Dads Ice Cream over the past 5+ years. Ive rented from them for all sorts of events--birthday parties, church socials, scouting activities, school events, you name it! Ive tried out everything too--bounce houses, ice cream (soft serve and from the carts), nacho machine, carnival games...Every time has been a wonderful experience, and if I ever have any questions about something, they are always quick to answer or assist. I cant recommend them enough!

Reserved an ice cream truck... didnt show up on the day of our daughters birthday party. No call, no text, just a half hearted apology a few days later. Maybe go to a more reliable service so your children and their friends and family arent disappointed.
