Finding a caterer for our daughters wedding seemed like a daunting task until I realized I just needed to find a caterer who loved food as much as we do. From start to finish, Ethan was exceptional to work with--professional, honest, and so accommodating. His staff was likewise so impressive and did a fantastic job for our 500+ wedding reception. But Ethans love of food and desire to bring that to all our guests was what sold us! Best catering service ever!! The owner Ethan & his staff did an amazing job with my wedding. He was quick to respond, informative, & professional. It was really hard for us to find a catering service that could do vegan food as well & they made the best mushroom steaks for us, I could die. They have such a good variety of food & it was a great value for it all. This company was an overall joy to work with!

We were very impressed with Rockwell Catering. Ethan was very good to work with and very responsive. He obviously loves what he does and is good at it as well. The food was awesome ! We had the tri-tip and grilled chicken. The mushroom sauce was amazing and went with everything.

Ethan catered my wedding. His food was incredibly delicious, very reasonably priced, and he was a dream to work with. He went above and beyond. Came to the reception center prior to wedding to make sure there would be no kinks, agreed to use my ridiculous mismatched antique place settings- washed them and stored them till after we got back from honeymoon. Since then all my guests have gushed about how wonderful the food was. It was perfect. Next catered event we have we will gladly hire him again!

Overall, theyre incredibly professional. They had a lot of helpful advice and suggestions for us as we were planning an event for the first time. During the event, they were extremely professional. The food was amazing and they were extremely helpful. We definitely will recommend them to anyone looking to put on a large group event.

Leading up to the wedding, Ethan was super responsive and the price cant be beat. The only issue that we encountered prior to the wedding was that we had given an estimated guest count (pre Covid and over a year before the wedding) and when restrictions cut our guest list by more than 50%, Ethan was unwilling to adjust our price to meet the new guest count.On our wedding day, the servers who helped us were SO great and our guests raved about how nice they were. However, things didnt go exactly as planned. Our contract mentioned having a lemonade station and I brought this up during every communication I had with Ethan to ensure it would not be forgotten. Aside from water, this was going to be the only drink option for our non-alcohol drinking guests...there was no lemonade station. Luckily, our bartenders were able to make virgin drinks with our extra mixers. When I brought this up to Ethan after the wedding, he was told they didnt know where to put it and apologized and admitted it was a mistake on their end. Aside from the prime rib, the food we had during our tasting was of much better quality than what was served to our guests. Our chicken was a bit dry and Im pretty sure the green beans were canned. Overall, food was okay, service was great, but details were missed and it wasnt what we expected.

Rockwell Catering is definitely number one! We had them host our senior Gala for the graduating seniors and the food was tremendous! Service was above and beyond what I had expected . I strongly recommend them and we will use them again in the future.

Professionalism blew other caterers out of the park leading up to my wedding. Definitely worth the value. Couple bumps in the road leading to my 4 stars. I was disappointed when the manager operated my wedding wearing a jersey and a hat. Their staff was in black, and my entire wedding was formal. It didnt look good. They also didnt refill waters often enough, my bridesmaids got up a couple times to do it. The day of my wedding had last minute timeline changes and they tried to accommodate, so it was okay. The food was as expected, loved the meatballs. But the Italian soda bar wasnt worth the hype. I never saw how the cobbler turned out unfortunately.

We hired Rockwell Catering for a 250-person sit down dinner fundraiser. We were very pleased with the food, the service and the cost! Ethan was eager to please, friendly and helpful. He was easy to work with and would quickly respond if I called or texted him with a question. Most importantly, he cared a great deal about making the event a success! We are so grateful we enlisted Rockwell Catering for our wedding! Ethan was great to work with and flexible even though we had a smaller guest list than they usually work with. Rockwell Catering saved the day for us. With only 2 weeks until our wedding my catering plan was falling apart and we were about to have a wedding with no food. But we called Rockwell and Ethan set us up with a cost effective menu and handled everything perfectly. We had such a great experience using Rockwell Catering! Planning for food at our wedding probably gave me the biggest headache in the beginning. I had two other caterers bail on me, and was having a hard time keeping all the family members happy. So glad we decided to take a shot at Rockwell Catering. The food was delicious! He even provided a free tasting so I knew what I was getting. He worked with us on a budget, and even kept his cool when our venue manager was being rude. He was awesome. He went above and beyond and even made these cute little chalk board signs for the buffet table after I told him I was thinking about doing it. Seriously, what more could a bride ask for? This is our second year using Rockwell Catering for our annual banquet and I couldnt be more pleased. Ethan and his staff go out of their way to make everything easy. Highly recommended.

The worst customer service and professionalism I have ever experienced. He will charge you for the guest count you put on his contract even though it says or price minimum. He will knowingly take advantage of his clients lack of contract knowledge to keep the gap cost from drastically lowered guest counts. He will NOT give any upgrades or additions to cover the gap amount. He will NOT negotiate. He will NOT work with your event planner. He will hang up on the brides sister/professional event planner because he is unwilling to talk rationally or give an explanation. He will refuse to speak with anyone except for the person who booked him (so if you are the bride, expect to be bothered and stressed out by him till after he is done serving you). He is unbelievably unprofessional and hopefully he hires a customer service liaison to handle clients because he is not fit to handle his emotions when talking business. Instead he will call the brides cell phone mid-wedding because his team will not follow instructions from the venue and he is pissed about it.All this to say, the food was in fact good. The service was poor. The prices are not worth the trouble unless you enjoy talking your caterer on your wedding day.

Rockwell Catering...the food absolutely does ROCK and working with Ethan, WELL, it was an absolute joy! I engaged Rockwell for a very special corporate event for 300 guests recently, after an impressive free tasting done at our office. Everyone raved about the quality of the food...we had slow-roasted carved beef and chicken with sherry mushroom sauce and a lovely array of side dishes, appetizers, drinks and desserts. People were joking that they wanted to drink the sherry mushroom sauce because it was so deliciously addictive! I love that Ethan includes linens and real table settings in the price of his events - it made a huge difference price-wise for us. We also had some outliers - vegans and vegetarians, and Ethan whipped up something special for those folks at the last minute. I imagine my additions, deletions, changes...so many little things would have been challenging for Ethan, but he handled everything generously and graciously. Great food, great service! This company deserves serious consideration when you are in the market for catering services. Thanks, Ethan! Your dinner really helped to make our event the BEST EVER!!!

The food was INCREDIBLE! We had so many compliments. We went with a more casual meal, BBQ, and it was delicious, hot and ready perfectly on time. Ethan gave us a free tasting, and worked with our menu for anything we wanted. The price was great, unbeatable for the quality. He also gave us appetizers included! I definitely recommend.

I worked with Rockwell for my wedding reception. My husband and I wanted to have small plates and a variety of options for guests. It turned out great. The food was delicious and the presentation was lovely. I was running around trying to greet all my guests and the owner, Ethan, brought me a small plate of food because he could see I wasnt eating! I appreciated that so much. Before the day of the reception, we met with Ethan for a private tasting and he worked with us on a custom menu that was well within our budget. I found him to be very flexible and easy to work with. He is straightforward, respectful and he gets the job done in a beautiful way. Also, the smoked salmon crisps are amazing!!!

Wreckless driving must be sop for this co. White chevy 1500 with small trailer N-B I-15 @7200 S. Damn close to removed my fender just to get in front me but behind a larger truck. But there was plenty of room behind me to safely exit with out almost causing an accident. I can only hope they cook beter then they drive. Save a life! Dont have them deliver, just go get it your self.
