Celebrations did a phenomenal job delivering and setting up the tent, tables and chairs for my daughters wedding. From the first contact until the final pick up, they were professional and friendly. Ive worked with Celebrations for two years now and they are AWESOME! I rented a tent for a university event and they brought it that morning and had everything set up with plenty of time. They were very easy to work with and helpful with the layout and even gave me some neat ideas to try. I couldnt recommend a nicer team to work with.

Ive used Celebrations for quite a few party rentals, and they have always provided excellent service and top of the line rentals. I would highly recommend using them for any sort of event decor.

They didnt have tables and chairs at location. I had to run across town to pick up tables and chairs, I was told would be ready, to pickup by noon on Friday at the store.

Rude people and not understanding of abnormal circumstances. Do not use them!

This company took my deposit of $725.00 for a tent that I reserved for my wedding and refused to refund the money when I canceled the tent 3 months before the wedding date. She told me that if someone else rented the tent then she would refund the deposit. 2 weeks before the wedding I contacted her to use the deposit for other items or go ahead and get the tent, but the person answering the phone told us that she was busy and would call us back. After several attempts to contact her with the same response, time ran out and we had to go elsewhere to get everything last minute. I highly recommend Eric’s Rentals out of Jackson, TN. He was such a pleasure to work with. I’m still trying to get my refund from Celebrations. I will be filing a lawsuit soon if she doesn’t refund my deposit.

So I have a friend and co-worker, that was given a blessing to help out with thier wedding by some genorous an good natured people who had a credit with them due to reserving a tent which was going to be to small and since celebratons did not have a larger tent they had to go elsewhere. Celebrations would not refund their money but did gve them store credit good for a year. Fast forward t curren events, not only would they not honor the credit, but treated my friend and these goodhearted people with disrespect and unprofessionalism. My advise i to not use them for your events companies in the service business should realize their business is service.
