Ms. Kim & her husband are the sweetest people. Both will give you great service & are incredibly hard working. I love how they operate mainly by appointment only (however they are able to sometimes accommodate walk-ins), so they can truly take their time with you. Ive been going to them for years now. Best place to go for nail services!

We are really happy with our trip to Crystal Nails. The owners are so friendly and the shop is sparkling clean. It does have a bit of the typical “nail shop” smell but they do a good job at keeping the air flowing and the smell down so it’s really not overwhelming as some nail shops are known to be. Lots of options and nail colors for days. The owner was really patient with my daughter and answered all of her questions. No pressure for any certain type of service. And the quality of work was great. We will definitely return!

I have never had them answer the phone to get an appointment. Very nice and quick service. Like to up sale on services usually disappointed if you dont agree. Seem to specialize in dip acrylics. Not really happy with the basic acrylics I got. Will likely go back to Ninas.

I called &★hours in advance to schedule an appointment, so my appointment was ★hours away. I called at my appointment time and let them know that I was having some issues and that I would be there as soon as possible. I get there a little under an hour later and am turned away. now, less than one hr late -after weve been having hiurs-long intervals.Common sense says: if shes called to schedule..hrs later, calls,running late, it cld be ★HOURS right? But less than..& Im denied ..VERY rudely & unprofessionally btw.I wouldnt let such negativity around my dogs. I said oh honey, Ill explain it all when I get in your chair.She had the audacity to look me in my eye & tell me that she didnt CARE what was going on in my life. 😔.& Even further explained that she did not want to hear about my issues.Which all wld be funet... Had she approached it differently.Personally, I wont go to a place I feel unwelcomed & then chastised & belittled.L A Nails will remain my go-to. Jamie& _ Van are PHENOMENAL & kind & honestly care about their customers.

Excellent shop! I am so excited to have a place to get powder dip nails! Also, I left there without my cuticles bleeding which hasnt happened to me at a salon in awhile!

The couple who own this place are so friendly! They are very efficient! They are very busy, but the salon runs like a well oiled machine. I had my nails done with the dip process and it still looked great 3 weeks later!

Our daughter got a full set of acrylic done by a girl named Tendie with a cut which we thought it’s ok but it has gotten worst two days later with bad infection. We have never seen the girl before as well as her license on the wall. She have told us she’s waiting for paper something we could not pick it up due to the fact that we had a hard time understanding her. So I assume she’s not legal yet to work??? I have called the shop and asked for the manager and there was a lady who told us to bring our daughter so she could see the infection first and we have said no we’ll take our daughter to the doctor to have it check since it’s swelling bad now and we do not want anyone who’s not medical professional to have a look and see what’s going on. The lady who claimed herself as a manger COLD told us that she was busy and hung up on us. We do not want any refund or such but obviously this salon doesn’t want to take care of thing neither one time saying sorry to us for what happened. I have reported to the Kentucky Board of Cosmotogly about the no license tech Tendie is currently work here and hope she’s gonna do it the right way and follow the law.

After many unsuccessful nail salon experiences, I am glad to say I have found my permanent nail salon in Murray KY. I love Crystal Nails! All the employees are very nice and do a great job! I never leave unsatisfied with my nails. Mrs Kim is a lovely face to see and a wonderful person to have a conversation with. Thanks you mrs Kim for my lovely French dip manicure!!!

The owners are so nice and did beautiful pedicures on my sister and me.The salon is super clean and the autoclave is full of tools being sterilized. The pedicure bowls are spotless. Well be back!!!!

Their process for dip nail is lacking. I went to them for a few months and recently changed to Lovely Nails. Better quality there than Crystals. Photo is from Lovely Nails.

Lovely little shop with great service. The interior design is beautiful too! While waiting to get our pedicure, the lady asked my sister and I if wed like a drink while were waiting. They even give out free candy! Very friendly people. I would highly recommend :-)

Great customer service, CLEAN, lots of choices - dip, acrylic, gel polish, regular polish, pedicure, manicure, etc. Very reasonable prices! Pedicure is awesome! Making an appointment is recommended, but not necessary.

I had an appointment with them for a mani and pedi...it’s took forever mainly because the person working on me kept running off to work on others. In doing so, he didn’t give me a clear coat on my toes, and I only got one coat of color and one clear coat on my nails. Literally ever seen that done anywhere. You usually at least get two. Didn’t clean the cuticles off my fingers, but I guess I should be grateful since he caused a wicked infection on my toe! Nice looking place but horrible service.

I made an appointment and walked in to get my nails done and they said they couldn’t do it. All the people stared and the man that was working on someone else’s nails asked me in a mean tone if he could help me and I said I have an appointment and they started laughing. Terrible service and not professional at all.

They do excellent work but there is always a long wait even with appt. I think they try to work too many people in.

First time ever for mani/pedi. Very friendly owner, his wife and other technician. I was very happy when I left.

I was able to book 5 pedicures 1day in advanced and I was super happy with the results! I will book my next pedi with them.

Their window says “Walk Ins Welcome”....but we walked in and was told they were too busy today. If you’re not going to accept walk-ins, don’t offer it! Bad business, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Every time I go, it costs more. Dont use a credit card or you will pay more. Communication is difficult as their English isnt that great. I may look for a different place next time.
