This was my first time. I was a little unsure if the key would actually work. I have gotten keys made at a lock shop, and had to go back 2 and 3 times trying to get the key to work. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got home and the key worked first time. I actually stood there for a while fiddling with it, not believing it was working so well.

Oren was awesome. I called the company at 9:00 with a vague problem I couldnt explain, and by 10:00 Oren had gotten to the root of problem, and fixed more than I even asked him to. Hopefully I never have to use this company again, considering that needing a locksmith usually comes around stressful situations. But if I ever need a locksmith again, Im definitely coming here

I needed new brass mail keys to be copied quickly and saw their kiosk at the store. It was quick, convenient, and well worth my money. Even though they didnt have brass keys in stock, they were mailed to me within a few days and the new keys work great.

Even though that I explained to the locksmith that there was a problem with immobilizer and key and he had program the keys anyway, hes still charged me full price for the entire ordeal. I asked him if he had any suggestions to correct a lock/immobilizer he has not gotten back to me.
