Will never use these guys again. Made an appointment to re key 2 locks and the guy never showed up, ended up rescheduling the next day. Once he got here he said it was going to be more money than he did on the phone, broke one of my locks and had to replace it, and then tried to charge me an even higher price and said I had to tip him as well. Do Not Use This Locksmith!!!

Called to have my car door unlocked, they couldn’t understand me when i said the address multiple times so i hung up on them when a friend called to offer help. They called me back twice after i told them i don’t need help anymore. One phone call was even made from a personal number as well. mind your business boys!

Quick and professional service! I was charged $35 for a key that doesnt work at the Honda dealership which they refused to refund. I was able to get 2 chipped keys here which they made sure work properly! I dont know why I ever bother with the dealership.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I got locked out and they opened my door. However when they said they were going to change the locks they were going to use a top brand, Schlage. They started installing some knock off China brands that didnt work and when I told them to take the knockoffs out he argued with me and was going to leave me without locks at all. Super unprofessional and extremely rude. Grossly overpriced. They even work out of unmarked vehicles as well. I question their validity.

My dog was locked in a room. Needed someone fast and good price. These guys did it all. I give them 5 stars. Only sad thing was door knob was stubborn and had to break knob off. My dog was so happy. So thanks guys, your awsome and best price.

Helpful locksmith and friendly service, yet high priced on Sundays. $290 total, to unlock my apartment door on a Sunday. $50 fee just for calling them, $159 for the service to unlock the door and $65 for a new door knob, since they drilled the doorknob. I was charged a total of $290 which I felt did not add up, and I even got cash out to avoid the seven percent card fee. He is friendly, fast and helpful but I would reccomend calling around to see if you can get more affordable prices before using this place on a Sunday.

I cant even express how frustrated I am with this company. I locked myself out of my car, they state they are open 24 hrs. I call them at 530am to assist me they say they will have an agent call me back in 10 minutes....i had to call back 4 times still with no response from anyone. I obviously went with another company... pathetic service when you have no other options this early in the morning.... Thanks for your help!

I called the company in Murray Utah to open my car and duplicate a key a technician came really fast. The service was wonderful and fast. The price was absolutely reasonable.

They gave me expectations for price over the phone. Since it was a key fob programming and the dealership might require a pin number there were a couple of prices it could be. It was nice to know my options right up front so that I didnt get any unexpected expenses or surprises. The woman who answered their phone service had a little bit different information, so I would recommend going with what the locksmith quotes rather than what she says about fees. Its a mobile service, so the fee is just part of a reasonable price for service coming to your location in my opinion. The whole programming took less than 15 minutes, and was $50. I had a 2010 Chevy HHR. All in all a really efficient and pleasant experience.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I got my car unlocked in Murray, during business hours a few blocks away from their location. I was charged $ 200.00 for a simple unlock, that took them less than 10 minutes. Afterwards he asked for a tip. Super rip off!

Total bait and switch. Quoted 35 plus 19 service fee over the phone. I gave her make model and year of my car so they knew what it was. Guy shows up and says $20 service fee and $120 to unlock it. Really? More than 3x the quoted price? One of the biggest scams Ive ever seen. Called back the answering service and she said starting at 35. No you didnt. You said 35 plus a service fee. Dont do it. Call someone reputable.

I couldn’t get the keys to go in the ignition to start my car. Called around for pricing and 24/7 locksmith solution gave me the best price. It was late at night and help they had available. Within an hour they were able to take apart the ignition to find out what the problem was and fixed it.

My husband got locked out of his car and called at 5:44 pm. We had our car unlocked by 6:04. However, the service fee ended up being $89 because it was after hours at 5:30 (instead of $19). And then $50 to open the door. The total cost was $140 to unlock his door even though it took less than 5 minutes. The last time I had this happen, it was $60 total (with another company) who also came in under 20 minutes so the price difference was quite significant. We were not quoted a price on the phone OR made aware that it was after hours.*edited to add - the service person who helped called me less than 10 minutes after I posted my original review and offered me $30 to delete my review. I am completely shocked that a company would call out their customer instead of apologizing for dissatisfaction and trying to make it right. He also told me I didnt try to ask for a lower price! Who knew that you needed to do that?? Being yelled at and called a liar for a review is completely inappropriate and unethical for any company to do. I am surprised it is still in business.

It’s funny to read the owners’ reply on those bad reviews. Another one star for this company is exactly the same reason as theirs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF POSSIBLE. Right, seems like they are one of the few who could be there for you 24/7 but please be aware you are running into ... being ripped off ! I locked myself out of my bedroom before and I reached out to a different local shop. $60 at 7:30 pm within less then a minute to get my room unlocked. This time I did it again and here comes this company popped up right away on the internet. Same as what others stated, the customer rep said “$15 for the trip, $35 for unlock bedroom”. I even repeated the total of $50 and she said yes. The technician came, took a look at it and handed me a $199 bill. Ha $199?! His reason was I got an external lock blah blah. BULL SH**T! I told him he could leave my house right away and I would just look for the one I got done before. He started bargaining, offering me student and military discount if I’m not. Wow 😮 He said he’d pretend my dad is to give me that. So professional! The bill was then brought down to $180. These people are too hungry for the money I guess.The end of the story is I gave him a $100 bill asking for the change. He took his time counting the money in his wallet and said “I don’t mind the tips”. TIP YOU?? Ha not with that whole dishonest you put me through. Rip off and terrible experience overall. I just needed my car door unlocked. The lady on the phone was highly impatient and said it would be $35 depending on the car + $20 for service fee. When the technician arrived and he got the car open he said it was $120 all together because of the type of car. Its one of the easiest styles to unlock and took 3 minutes and my car only bluebooks at a grand so any risk to damaging the vehicle is very low cost aswell. So really makes you wonder what car they would charge $35 to unlock... A motorcycle? Ill never go back. Never refer.

Wife got locked out with our 1 year old and called the line. They quoted $20 for a tech and $35 and up for service (I have been with friends and house lockouts where they $80- $110). Tech called from ND Professional Locksmith and would be there in 20 mins. She waited over an hour and when he finally showed up, said itll be $160 before doing anything. ($135 in labor!) She told him he could leave then after waiting that long so he offered to pack and leave for $25. She talked him down to $100. Call ND Professional Locksmith, no help, argument was if the invoice is paid, she agreed. It was 24-7s fault for quoting wrong.Lesson learned, dont get locked out or call either company.

Thieves. I denied their services after getting a qoute and proceeded to wait for another locksmith. A man in a grey van shows up claiming to be the other company. Opens my car and charges me $104.99. $54.99 more than they originally qouted me. This is theft, this is lying and this is no way to run a business. I called to file a complaint and to get a refund but I never heard back. I will revise my review if they ever decide to reimburse me for the original price. They should reconsider who they employ as well.
