Had M & O house cleaning come in to do a DEEP clean on my house. When they arrived they asked to use my stepstool, vacuum and garbage bags. When they were finished I was charged more than quoted do to the extra time they spent. After they left I noticed ALOT of things that werent even cleaned, let alone DEEP cleaned. When I texted the owner with my concerns he told me that my house would start looking better after the regular scheduled cleanings. He DID NOT offer to come back to fix the issues. He then started telling me what bad shape my house was in and how dirty and dusty it was. It was a very disappointing and insulting experience.

What he lists as a deep clean wasnt done. The closest wand dusted out, the tops of the doorway were left untouched. He came out again, and again I sent him pictures that show what wasnt done. He refunded less than 1/2 the fee.

I purchased a voucher through Living Social. Unlike the previous comments, I had no problem what so ever getting through to them. Some one answered the first time I called and an appointment was scheduled for not even 2 days later. When they showed up, I was greeted with nothing but smiles....which kind of surprised me. I gave them a list of the priority areas. They went way above and beyond what I had asked for. They were extremely effecient with their time. This is the first time I have ever had cleaners out to my house and was very pleased with the entire experience. I would recommend them, and would definitely use them again.

As you can see we have some bad reviews from people who contacted our services through Deal Companies, since we are a small locally owned company we could not keep up with the large ammounts of demand and have not done business with Deal Companies since. As of now we are doing a much better job of scheduling our customers and have many satisfied customers that would gladdly reference us. Please do not take these reviews as an example of our work and give us a try yourself and experience the best cleaning ever without spending a fortune. And for those that had a bad experience with us in the past we are willing to offer you 2 hours of free service to make up for it and to help you give us another shot!

DO NOT HIRE THESE CLEANERS.I hired M&O cleaning services to clean my house and paid them in advance for 5 hours of house cleaning. They told me they could only come at 10 AM on a Friday, and couldnt come any later so that I wouldnt have to miss as much work.The day of our appointment they were a no call no show. I called and asked about it and I was told I would receive a call back within 5 minutes. I to this day never received a call back. I called 10+ times and they avoided all of my calls. And they never offered a refund for the cleaning they didn’t perform.

Its pretty obvious these guys are straight up scammers. I also pre-purchased a cleaning package from them and scheduled four different appointments to which they never showed. There was never any notice, no apologies, nothing. Absolutely infuriating and ridiculous. AVOID!!

TERRIBLE. I received a groupon as a gift from a good friends of mine for this company. It took almost 3 days to get someone to pick up the phone and they never returned my voicemails. To confirm my appt, I was to send them a text. I asked for a reply so I knew it was booked, and never heard back. The day prior to the appt, I called to confirm, and again, could not get anyone, and did not have any voicemails/texts returned. The day of the appt. came, I left work to meet them and no one showed up, and surprise - I cant get a hold of anyone at all. I had to tell my friend to return her generous gift to me, which was awkward and made me feel bad, but I hate to see her money go to waste. Stay far, far away. Terrible way to do business.
