The team worked very hard but cleaned fewer rooms than originally asked for because two rooms were not finished being prepared (one room was mid-renovation, the other holding things from the other room). And then they forgot to clean another room, entirely. They are in the middle of revamping their website, apparently, and I was told repeatedly that they would, essentially, do me a favor by doing all the services the website says even though they do not really do those things. It was very strange. One of the crew members called the boss and I heard him ask her if he was on speaker phone, when she asked if they should make the beds as described on the website—apparently the work they do depends on whether the customer can hear what is being discussed? And one of the team members was visibly annoyed to have to clean three bathrooms, as if the size of the job was not communicated to them. Our house was extra dirty because we had been working hard on finishing our daughter’s room before leaving for a trip and having my brother stay there, so we did give the team real work to do, but there were some dirty areas left on floors that were not very difficult for me to clean—which I did—after they left. The whole process just felt a lot harder and sketchier than I would have liked. A website description of services should be an uncontroversial indication of what will be done; I never should have had to insist they do what their site said they would do. And floors should be left clean—and all rooms cleaned. I asked for a reduction in the quoted fee and was initially offered $10 off. I talked them into $25 off for the *completely uncleaned bedroom*, and two significantly dirty floor areas but it was effort. I won’t use this company again—why would I use a company that makes it seem as though it is a huge favor for them to do what they advertise they will do…and then forget an entire room, too. The house was cleaner than when they started, but I do a better job when I’m not overwhelmed by refurbishing a room and getting ready to leave on a trip while recovering from a medical condition that had me confined to bed for over a month. I am glad my house was cleaned at all, but I won’t be using this company again.

This company claims to clean your home with a crew of multiple cleaners in a short amount of time. The first time they cleaned our house the floors were left with debris and dirt throughout. I attempted to work it out with the company. The second time the cleaning crew came the same thing happened. The cleaners came back and I showed them the items that needed to be addressed. The cleaners arrived a third time with a crew of two instead of three which was typical previously. The crew wasn’t even at our home for two hours (over 4,000 sq ft to be cleaned). I arrived to nothing being cleaned but the toilets basically. This company claims to provide good service in a timely manner. They do not even provide the basic cleaning services on a home. I received no explanation upon contacting them after seeing that my house wasn’t even cleaned. I do not recommend them at all.

I decided to do a deep clean of my home after our family reunion, and let’s just say that even though I keep a clean home, I had no idea how clean my home could be! Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. They showed up on time, did an incredibly thorough job and finished faster than I thought they were. They were kind and courteous. I will absolutely use them every time my home needs a sprucing up.

We moved into a new place and purchased the move-in package. The team was super nice and hard working, but there were a lot of missed spots and things left dirty. We ended up cleaning ourselves for an additional 2-3 hours.

My request was last minute. & Christina, whom, I assume is the manger was very pleasant to communicate with. When I got to my apartment the cleaning crew was already there. (2:48ish) and my appointment was at 3! They were waiting there patiently. I apologized and they insisted it was okay. Very kind and professional. As soon as I open the door they looked around to see what they had to clean. Very detailed oriented. They got to work and I had to leave the premises to do errands. I soon got a text about an hour after and came back. The apartment look as good as it did the first day I moved in smelled even better.

Cleaning crew came and cleaned my house top to bottom in a short amount of time. Many hands make light work. I love that they had a whole crew to come clean so it went fast and wasn’t an all day experience. My house looks brand new again! Thank you guys so much for the attention to detail! I’m very happy!

Cleaning was thorough and house smelled great after. Even cleaned the inside and outside of our glass doors to the backyard which had built up dirty water spots from our lovely SLC dirty rain. The only negative I really have is that they didn’t put much effort into making the beds up nice and arranging pillows pretty. The pillows were kind of just placed haphazard in a pile instead of arranged like every other housecleaning service I’ve used does. But surface cleaning and floor cleaning was great.

My home has never been cleaned this well! It is AMAZINGLY clean!!! I’ve used several cleaners before and this company is by far the BEST! I will definitely be using this company again. They worked quickly and efficiently! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

4 ladies came out and did a deep clean, they spent a total of 2 hours at my house, did a great job, however they did not clean any baseboards, and missed quite a few spots on the walls, and did not clean my boys bedroom ( my 13 year old was in there ) but it should have been cleaned. The areas they did do, they did to perfection, over all I am completely happy and will definitely use them again

So disappointed. I had them come out today and I had asked for the deep clean including... Blinds and Ceiling fans. Not one fan was cleaned, the blinds were okay, but you can see everywhere that was missed. They did not mop the kitchen, and they didnt clean the fridge inside and I was told that was included. I had even left them a very generous tip before I left... So disappointed!Update... After submitting a review the company contacted me to come and clean the items that were missed. This was great, But they were 3 hours later then they were supposed to come and they left all the blinds messed up from the cleaning. other then that things were clean and appreciate them coming back!

Kayla and her mighty crew came into my home and eradicated dirt, dust, soap scum, and general mess that a house with 5 kids can create. Walls were washed and baseboards cleaned! All three women took care of all the surfaces and my home looks wonderful! I will be calling Maidserv in Murray again.

Jani-Serv exceeded my expectations. Over the last several years, I’ve had a series of disappointing experiences with different cleaning services. One charged me $200 and only cleaned half of my 2700 sq. foot house! Jani-Serv was a completely different experience. When I got a call from the owner I felt like I was going to get great service and find a place to clean bi-weekly for us. I have had depression and anxiety so my house needed an extreme deep clean (I admit it was need badly) I was told they would have two people and do the baseboards, scrub, fridge, oven, etc. He said that it was a flat fee for as long as it took. We paid $300.I was not home when it was done. My husband was there working in our office. He said it was good cleaning. I came home to no baseboards done, maybe 10 dishes in the sink, the fridge was not even a basic wipe down. Ive rarely made a poor review on anything like this but Im frustrated that I will spend most of the night finishing up what was asked. I didnt even ask for the bedrooms to be done. It was a main floor (1000 SQ feet) 3 bathrooms and nothing else. The stove and oven are clean. My counters are clean but its definitely not $300 of cleaning. I am extremely discouraged with the quality of what I was told would be done vs what was done. I will definitely be looking for a different company
