Absolutely perfect!! I called first thing in morning and couple hours later I had a estimate on repairs. It was fixed by 3 pm the same day and was a nasty rainy day. Will absolutely recommend to anyone and will never call anyone else. He will be my one and only hvac guy.

Dave was recommended ro me by a friend about 3 years ago. Since then, he has responded to my calls almost immediately. He knows what is wrong and will do excellent work. The feelings of doubt we have when we have a service by a plumber or mechanic etc., are well founded, but if Dave cares for your heating and cooling needs, you have no reason to worry, doubt, or suspect any trickery. He has none. Dave will not charge you until problem is solved. And when it comes to honesty, he is well above expectation. I had to call him after i got an invoice because i thought it was lower than i expected. Have ever had such an experience? And Dave will telll you the truth. Finally, his prices are reasonable, which as you is important because HVACS are not cheap to buy, run, or repair. Try him. You will not regret your decision.

A heating unit was recently installed by David. This was a big deal because I live in NJ and did not know who to go with. I was helping a family member, wanted to do the best I could for them and they had no heat. After researching, I felt it was best to go with Fire and Ice. Dave did exactly what he said. He kept in close touch with me and my family member. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, thoroughly efficient. My family member now has heat and totally happy. Fire and Ice, (Dave) has fixed every piece of equipment at Matt Bs Pizza. Today the Pizza ovens went out on our busiest night of the week, we called FIRE @ ICE, and Dave was their in less then 10 minutes, and had the oven working again in a flash before our Friday night rush started. I also appreciate his honesty when he suggests that we dont put any more money in an old piece of equipment, even though he misses out on a work order! I highly recommend FIRE @ ICE!!

We were without heat on the weekend and they responded to our call without hesitation (unlike another company we called) and they did so without charging us overtime. They gave us an honest assessment of our issue and options to quickly get us back up and running. They even checked in with us 2 weeks after the job just to be sure it was all still working well. Fire and Ice is GREAT!!!! I had them come out to take a look at my furnace. They arrived in less than two hours and had the part on the truck. I mentioned to them that the pilot on my hot water heater had been going out, just to get their advice, but they took it apart and cleaned it in ten minutes and DIDN’T EVEN CHARGE ME ANY EXTRA!!!Haven’t had a problem with either since.Definitely the best around.

Two times these people has saved me and my familys but. Im disabled and Im on a very limited budget. But they came in this last time and done a lot of work for us. I mean they started on our roof from there went to the basement and finished of by working on the A/C. And they was willing to work with me on monthly payments witchI was so greatfull for. In short Im trying to say if youre needing heating or A/C work stop looking at other peoples websites and choose fire and ice you will be glad you did.
