I honestly dont get why this place has such a bad rating! My apartment flooded last week and they came that night to get the water out of my carpets. They were so friendly, so considerate and kept us up to date on how much moisture was in our carpet. They were very careful with our items and moved all of our books out of one room. Thank you so much guys, I appreciate it.

Ill second the joke part. Our apt complex has the misfortune of using these guys. We had an issue and were partially flooded in our apt around a month ago. Venturi was called and they placed 3 fans around plus a dehumidifier to suck the moisture out. Its been 3 weeks now, almost a month, running these fans day in and out. They had the nerve to tell our office manager that We wouldnt let them take their equipment out the apt. Please, come get this garbage out of here and let me get some room back in here so that I can actually move. Fans were worthless, didnt do a single thing that a regular fan would do. Their employees seem completely incompetent. Theyve come through to do a yearly carpet cleaning that we get when we renew our lease....the carpets looked worse after they were done. We can do a better job with our own steam cleaning vac that we purchased. Incompetent Liars is putting it nicely. Glad I havent had to deal with them and money.

My apartment flooded 10-8. Its 10-25 at the date Im writing this and I still havent been able to move in my furniture because of how long Concept Property Mgmt. and Venturi Cleaning have taken to address this. I had to personally call and hound the owners to see any action taken on my apartment. Embarrassing at best.

My apartment complex (managed by concept property) uses this company for any water damage that occurs. As a certified technician in water damage restoration I can confidently say that Venturi has no competency in mitigating water damage. I had the unfortunate experience of my upstairs neighbors flooding our apartment from their overflowing toilet. Venturi sucked up the standing water but did nothing to address the saturated walls. They placed drying equipment for a week in my apartment (which by the way does not dry out painted drywall). after they pulled the equipment the walls still are wet and I am confident as a result, the mold that is growing behind the walls are posing a hazard to my family. I would NEVER recommend this inept company to do ANY work in my home.

We have our duplex carpet cleaned and they did a horrible job. We had both sides cleaned and when I came home my carpets didn’t even look different and it smelled in my house. Would not recommend them to anyone.

These guys are a joke. 3 visits and still sewer in the carpet. Even the manager came out and missed it.
