DO NOT USE THEM!!!! THEY RUINED OUR CARPET AND DID NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!! I used them on to clean my brand new carpet. It was higher end, $50/square foot carpet. They were nice and cleaned it, but the NEXT DAY IT HAD BLEACHED SPOTS. My wife and I were so surprised as this carpet is a couple months old. We called them a few days later and they told me that would not have been them, but they would send someone out to take a look at it. The next day, Mike came out and immediately told us that wasnt them, and that nothing they use would bleach like that. I told him that I didnt care much about that because they came to clean my carpets and the next day there were bleach stains. He said he could have his manager call us and tell us the exact same thing, that nothing they use could make those stains. When he started patronizing my wife and I, we then told him to leave and have his manager call me. Every room that they cleaned has this bleached stain on it, and they only way to get rid of it is to replace the brand new carpet. We paid them $400 to ruin 2 rooms and our stairs. I get that every company makes mistakes, but this company doesnt even take responsibility.Update: Its been 2 weeks and they havent called us.

Clean Green were very nice, but they didnt honor their Groupon and said they had to charge me $200 to come out to our home because it was out of the area, which I understand but I ended up paying more than I would have otherwise. Following the cleaning, the carpets didnt look any different than they did before they cleaned, and because we were on a deadline, we just ended up renting a machine and doing it ourselves. We did a better job and paid a third of the price but still paid more because of the money we had already spent. The stains on our staircase were still there after the cleaning. They tried to say they would come out again but I had already cleaned so why would I have them come again and put this much chemical on my carpet? I just wanted a refund or even a partial refund, but they would not. I truly wish them well and hope they can improve their service.In response to your response - we had to have it cleaned the next day and could not risk you coming again and not doing the job right! You did not say you didnt come to Brigham only that we had to pay more if you did so you didnt make an exception like you were doing us a big favor. We paid for a Groupon which you said you would match but didnt. The photos show the quality of your service. People dont have time for re-dos - they are busy and shouldnt have to tell a professional cleaning company stating they offer superior work to come and do it again! If you guarantee your services, we should get our money back not have to re-arrange to have you come again and waste our precious time and yours! Had they even given us a partial refund, we would never have done this review and would have left more satisfied as we understand mistakes can be made by business, but dont blame it on the customer - very bad PR move. The customer is always right!

I have personally used Clean Green Carpet Cleaning for about 10 years. They do the best cleanings for a great price. I also refer them in my real estate clients. Valerie handles all calls, scheduling and customer service. She is very responsive every time I call. She provides first class customer service! She is amazing! If I have ever had an issue, Clean Green has always jumped quickly to make correct any issue.

Today I have my carpets cleaned by clean Green carpet cleaning. Hunter was my technician he was very professional very nice got everything clean that I wanted cleaned. He was even able to get candle wax out of my carpet in my living room. the price was very affordable I used to Groupon and paid a little extra to have the stairs done. I will be calling them to clean my carpet from now on!

I was very disappointed with the work performed by Curtis and the companys mediocre attempt to make things right. I had two small rooms and a hallway cleaned, but also had the hallway stretched. The carpet in the bedrooms somehow came off the tack strip a few days later. (The home was unoccupied so the messed up carpet was certainly caused by the technician somehow.) The company said theyd send somebody out to fix it, but the next thing I know Im getting squeezed for another $150 for work that was created by their own technician. So now Im ~$350 deep on two bedrooms and a hallway. Rather than offer any discount, they offered me a coupon for my next cleaning. Thats cute right? As a landlord I need better reliability than this when I have work done. The owner of the company also stalked me on social media, which was inappropriate. Best of luck to you if you decide to roll the dice with these hacks.

Just had our carpets cleaned and the guy was nice and quick, he finished 3 rooms in about 30 minutes. I’m excited to see everything once it dries. Word of caution: the kind lady on the phone said they would move my furniture for me and the dry time would be 4-6 hours. The guy who came said they DON’T move furniture (or would charge extra) and the dry time is 10-14 HOURS! So just be prepared-I would’ve had them come first thing in the morning had I known this detail.

Ive had a good experience with this company. They were less expensive than Zerorez or another place we called. They even gave us a discount because we didnt have that many pet stains. Travis did a thorough job explaining things and even had answers to additional questions we had about carpet- super helpful info! It was fast and painless and they were RIGHT on TIME which was really good for my husband who gets anxious when people are late. Thanks guys!

My 6 year old son poured 5 buckets of water on our basement carpet (out of the walking path) and didnt tell anyone. My wife discovered the problem 3 days later. I called this company and they came to help with the clean up. They rented us their blowers and this helped. The owner came and was nice to our children. They put the carpet back and tacked it. Grateful for their help.

I had previously used Clean Green with Bailey as my technician and had a very good experience. I scheduled this appointment and requested Bailey. An hour before my appointment, a different technician, Curtis, called to say he was running late. I asked “why isn’t Bailey coming?” and he replied “oh, another customer requested him.”When Curtis arrived, he walked in and immediately started to attempt to upsell me, saying that the areas to be cleaned were oversized, needed special treatment, etc. I told Curtis that Bailey had been to my home six weeks prior and had cleaned the same areas PLUS one extra room(including treating the areas where my elderly dog had urinated) for a fraction of the price Curtis was quoting. His reply was “this is the price” and I told him this was a bait and switch situation and asked him to leave my home immediately. I never received a call from Clean Green asking why I did not go through with the cleaning or what happened?This was a very classic case of a company advertising a price to lure customers in and then trying to upsell for more money. I called another local company and explained my experience and they quoted me a hard price and guaranteed that it would not go over their quoted price. Beware of Clean Green Carpet Cleaners.

I am not impressed with the service of this company. I used them because my sister had Micah come out to her house and he did her carpets and vents, and they looked great and he was super nice and professional. I requested to be on Micahs schedule. But a guy named Alan showed up for my appointment instead. He broke a ceiling tile in my daughters room and left the mess on her bed and floor and we didn’t find it until we put her to bed that night. He didn’t even bother to tell me what had happened! Idk how a professional could leave it looking like that. He charged us for a vent that he couldn’t even clean because it was glued to the wall, and he left a vent cover laying on my bathroom floor with the screws on the tub for my little kids to find. If I’m paying almost $500 for your services, I expect the service to be pretty stellar, IMO. When I called the office to see about getting a refund on the one vent, the lady insisted he come back out. So he did. He acted sooooo annoyed that he had to come back and deal with his lack of effort he put into this job. His attitude is so unprofessional. He called his manager about a refund for the vent, and he said the manager would be in touch with me. This was on Saturday, and now it’s Thursday and I haven’t heard a single thing from anyone. Im annoyed at the complete lack of professionalism and customer service from this company. There has been minimal effort to remedy the situation. If you’re planning on using this company; good luck! I hope you had better service than I did. I won’t ever use them again.EDITED TO ADD:Thank you for reaching out to make things right. Sorry it had to take a bad review to do so. I waited several days before publicly saying anything to give you guys a chance. Thank you for the refund. The ceiling tile may have been broken a little, as you can see from the photo, there is a tape mark on it. They aren’t the nicest tiles I will admit, they are probably original to the house, but it wasn’t so broken that there were pieces of it on the floor and in my daughters bed and it most definitely didn’t look like that before he came. And yes, Alan is right, I did leave and my Mom was there. But I left after he was done with the vents and started on the carpets. He knew I was leaving and could have spoken to me before I left, or told and shown my Mom what happened. We can play the blame game all day long; which from your previous replies to other unhappy customers seems to be your go-to strategy (which doesn’t look professional in my honest opinion, the defensiveness makes you look more guilty). But the bottom line is my house was not left in the same condition as when he came. Just remember that your employees are the ones who represent your company and they should instill the utmost confidence in their skills and their ability to make things right when there is an unhappy customer.I would also like to mention, because our experience wasn’t all bad, that I am happy with my carpets.

I would hire them again! They showed up promptly, were very courteous and did a great job. I had to reschedule and with less than 24-hour notice, I assumed I would be charged a fee. They were kind instead. I asked for the internet deal for 3 rooms but added a living room and stairs at the last minute. To my surprise, they kept the deal and gave me a room for free! I called a zero res company prior to them but their price was 3 times as much!! I plan on using them to clean out my air ducts next!

This is my 3rd time using these guys and they are awesome I wish I took before and after pics. But you just feel the difference! Our last technician was hunter and he really went above and beyond I have always been satisfied with their work! They are always on time and they do a great job!

I had my carpets cleaned and the technician name was Jason. He did an amazing job! He worked hard at getting stains out. My carpets looked new when he was done. Went above and beyond by cleaning the dust off my molding.

We purchased a Groupon for 5 rooms for $89. We also wanted our stairs cleaned. They quoted us $4/stair. He suggested a protectant on our wool carpet, we chose to pass since the carpet has been down for 20 years and our kids are gone. He was great and finished doing a wonderful job in a timely manner. We definitely will call them again and recommend them highly.

Ben he did an awesome job!! Our service was for 5 rooms and let me tell you all, we are definitely keeping their service from now on!!! I promise ya, you won’t be disappointed!! Very awesome cleaning supplies used bc my carpet (embarrassing), had nasty water stain and food stains . We have a big family and we love company over our home, so it was hard to keep our carpet clean . But with this company I know they’ll have my back and have them perfectly looking clean, again!!

If there was a strong odor before, I would be accustomed to it and would not notice the odor after the treatment.My opinion still stands; I would overlook mistakes, but for the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service at the initial appointment.Original post: First the technician left without doing my carpet, even though I went outside when he arrived, so I would be easy for him to approach (I buried my phone somewhere in my house and my doorbell doesnt work).When I called the company, the lady on the phone was rude and accusatory. The customer service was not good.She would not send the technician or any other tech back to me. The carpets look cleaner, but not as clean as I have had done in the past when my carpets were cleaned.Im not sure why the smell. But I dont want to have to deal with them anymore. Will not be using this company again, with or without a Groupon. Very unprofessional at both the employee and management levels. They do not keep their word. They did not clean the carpets, they just sprayed water on them and a chemical that supposedly was to remove pet urine. This made the house smell horrible for a week. No call no shows, broken plants from their hoses, oil in the drive way, no calls back as promised. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I want to send a shout out to Brian who communicated and arrived on time for his appointment. He then listened to my concerns and background on the spots needing attention and proceeded to go above and beyond with making sure that the spots came out. He was so nice and did excellent work. Clean Green was exceptional from start to finish. They came as a recommendation from a friend whod used them and they did not disappoint. From outstanding customer service (calls, emails, texts, reminders) to the crew member they sent out. Shoutout to Micah specifically for just being all around fantastic. He talked thru everything with me, offered us other services with absolutely no pressure, didnt nickel and dime us with tiny closest spaces in bedrooms. Super friendly, super polite and a real asset to Clean Green. Kudos Micah! Give that guy a raise! So if youre going to use Clean Green, ask for him by name. When we need cleaning again in the future, wed use them & Micah again.

The technician was in contact with me before the appointment, so I knew exactly when to expect him. He seemed knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with the cleaning. The carpets did take longer to dry than expected, but I appreciate that it’s a healthier way to clean and don’t have to worry about fumes. Would recommend!

We booked Clean Green Carpet Cleaning to come to our home to clean one room, the technician side several times that the single room would be $60 we ended up paying $120+. All this because their technician can not communicate. The technician insulted my wife by telling her she is stressed about the cleaning. Not professional at all. Our floors are still wet. Don’t waste your time and money go with a company that will stand behind what they quote.

I received service over and beyond what I was expecting when I called! I had contacted another company to come stretch my carpets and when I called to schedule the carpet cleaning, the woman that answered the phone said, oh! No, dont do that! We can do both! So, I called back the other company and cancelled my appointment. Ben showed up a little bit before the appointment. He was set ready to rock and roll. He stretched both rooms carpets and shampooed and cleaned up each one. He was very professional, Kind, and he knew what he was doing! Benjamin Franklin Taylor is a rock star and made my day! Technician Brian came within the window promised. We had them pre-treat for pet stains before they start the actual cleaning with their equipment in their vans. Brian started in our basement and after some time he came up and shut off all the equipment and said it was not operating properly. He said the owner was coming out to see what the issue is. He came and got equipment running again. Brian continued with our upstairs. After completed and over $450 + in charges, Brian asked if we had any questions. I asked if the carpets were safe to walk on and if they will be wet. He said yes, but after 6-8hrs they would be dry. Well 7.5hr later, the upstairs is great. Dry to walk on and carpet looks good. The basement however is SOAKED, like walking in a puddle. I have called, emailed and sent video. No response because it is in the evening. I am left with figuring out how to dry carpet and hoping MOLD does not occur. I will need most likely mitigation now for mold. So frustrating to deal with. Their help email on their invoice is not a valid email and no answers via phone.Replying to your response. If that were the case than the upstairs should still be wet as well. I think when your equipment failed it was extracting no water in the basement and that’s why it’s like a damp swamp. The upstairs is fine it’s clean, dry to walk on. Your tech should’ve taken the extra time in our basement to extract the excess water. It would’ve been nice as well since your equipment failed to provide some fans to dry the swamp. We have never had a pet urine smell in our house. We do have a dog and she has had accidents, but never a urine smell.

Good communication throughout, gave us a fair price, and can’t complain about much other than our carpets were wet for longer than I would have thought. But they were dry by morning so nothing too bad there even. All in all they did a good job cleaning our carpets as we asked them to.

I contacted clean green because they offered both carpet stretching and carpet cleaning services. When Ben got here, I presented him with frayed carpet and a lot of ripples. He found the root cause of the problem and told me how he could fix it. My carpet looks brands new! I am so happy with it. The well worn carpet that he cleaned, he was able to get the stains out. These guys are AMAZING! Last year another company left me hanging at the last minute (tough with furniture moved) and Clean Green made time for me. Staff is super friendly, and they always end up doing more than I expected. I got their 3 rooms for $69 deal, and had them do area rugs too. Highly recommend.

Nice employees, decent carpet cleaning, would even recommend for basic carpet steam-cleaning. HOWEVER, for a couple hundred extra, we paid them to clean our air vents. A few weeks later -- still sneezing and noticing filth in our vents -- we hired an actual air duct cleaning company to clean our vents again. They removed the filth left behind by Clean Greens half-hearted job (their cameras/pictures inside our ducts showed us vents where they cleaned a few feet into the vent, and then just stopped....leaving behind large amounts of cobwebs/dust).UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE (see below) FROM OWNER:Yes, we definitely booked with Clean Green (and paid $500 even for your services), but booked under my wifes name. We appreciated your quality of the carpet cleaning. Unfortunately, theres no reason to redo the air ducts at this point.

The carpets were left soaking wet the technician (Brian ) did a horrible job carpets were not clean. The technician tracked leaves that were on his hose all up through the house didnt clean any of that let the hose mar the corner of our walls. After calling to speak with you about the problem I find it very interesting that you guys only do recleaning in the evening So you put your customers needs and concerns very last. If you have already created a problem anddisservice to your customer why wouldnt you handle that 1st thing.speaks volumes to the type of company you guys are.

I bought a condo with old dirty carpet and linoleum and Clean Green did an amazing job. I cant believe how great it all looks and how clean it smells. Im so happy to be moving into a condo with clean floors now. I booked the service from out of state and needed it done fast and they came through for me on that also. Bailey was the tech that came to our house, he was very professional and explained the whole process to me, also gave me some advice and product information on how to protect my carpet in the long run! Bailey was fantastic! He knew we were getting our carpets cleaned because my baby is going to be crawling soon. And since our carpet is kind of old, he took extra care in getting it cleaned and suggested an extra protectant to help resist against stains. The full process didn’t take long, was a great price and my carpets look great! I’m no longer worried about my baby crawling around now!

This is the first time I wish I could give negative stars. Do NOT waste your time, money or groupons on this horrible place. Please let me save you by telling you to go anywhere else!! They are liars, give horrible service, and the owner Travis and manager Travis are the WORST. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. They stained our brand new rug and did everything they could to place blame elsewhere. It wasn’t even cleaned by them but the representatives that came out their equipment on it to gather it.They will lie and do anything to weasel out of their wrong doings. DON’T use them no matter how much money you think you’ll be saving. Seriously.. go anywhere else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL DESTROY YOU HOUSE!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The carpet cleaning was ok but they destroyed my newly painted walls. When I called them out on it they said they would put me in the do not contact list. No apology, no can we fix it just we won’t contact you anymore.

We were so impressed with Clean Green! We moved in on Saturday to carpets in desperate need of a cleaning and they were here on Monday morning. They were super responsive and quick, the cleaning was fast and effective and the crew was super friendly. The price was spot on and the carpets look amazing. I wish I had thought to get before pictures! We will definitely use them next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Very unimpressed. When I first made my appointment over text, I wasn’t even given more than 10 minutes to respond with what time I wanted before they just scheduled me at 8-10. Already I was a little annoyed but figured my husband I could make it work. When I realized we couldn’t, I asked if could move it later and I got a response back saying my appointment had been moved to 10-12. Well I guess that never got communicated to the techs or something. I live in a basement apartment and the tech showed up at 8:30 and knocked on the front door, my brother and sister in law who live up stairs explained he needed to go around back, but when they realized my husband and I weren’t home my brother in law ran downstairs to let the tech in and he wasn’t there so he left the door slightly open for the tech who I guess just left. I was at work at that time and the tech had text me asking if it was okay to come early, I told him I’d have to ask my husband since I was at work. My husband was gone taking care of his grandparents and rushed home (only like 5min away) but when he got there the truck and tech was gone. I figured they would just come back during the SCHEDULED window. Nope. 10-12 came and went. When I got off work at 12:30 I texted both the tech and the number I scheduled the appointment with(the same number that texts me at the end of every month telling me about the same “specials” they have). No response for a couple hours and all I got back was that they were trying to contact the techs but wasn’t getting an answer. So I waited two more hours and asked if the was an update. Nothing. So I finally told them if we couldn’t figure it out by 5 (it was 4:30 by this point) then they can just forget about coming all together. Then at 5 I finally got a response saying they still hadn’t heard from the techs but they probably just moved on to another area because they couldn’t get a hold of me or my husband. But the problem is they showed up WAY early! I was at work and couldn’t be on my phone figuring out all that. If they had shown up at the time we had scheduled then my husband would’ve been home and there wouldn’t have been a problem. I have no idea who my tech was suppose to be but they were highly unprofessional and I do not have any interest in scheduling with clean green again. The fact that the techs will not respond to me(or to anyone else I guess) makes me overall very unimpressed. I ended up having to move all my furniture back and will have to figure something else out at a later date. All very frustrating.

Was impressed from my first call to the office to ask questions. Fast booking. Eathen called to ask if he could come a bit early, which was great. Wonderful young man, so polite, professional, great communication. He did a great job and was so fast. We have multiple pets so he was great to work with and make sure there were no escapes out the door. He did 3 rooms of carpet, pre treated for pet urine, a sectional, chair and 2 area rugs, set of stairs and applied the protectorant. All looks wonderful. First time I have used a carpet service that I wasnt annoyed by the pushy upcharges and issues. Definitely will use them on a regular basis and recommend them highly.

This was my second time using this company.the first time was a pretty good experience but this time not so much. They were two and a half hours late. They missed a spot on my carpet. They left oil stains in my driveway and all the sludge from the hose on the driveway too. And now that Im looking around whatever they sprayed they sprayed all over. They sprayed on my dresser, my furniture, my safe, my family photos. Theres over pray all over the place. I dont ever see myself using this company again.Update. Needed to update this based on the owners comments. He doesnt mention that this was already their second time in my house. The first time was a disaster, they came back again to try to make things right and they just made things worse. A company should not need three times to make things right.

Carpet looked great for the first 24 hours, until it had thoroughly dried and many of the stains resurfaced. The company van also left a large grease stain on our driveway which they werent able to remove. Boo.

This was my first time using this company. I can honestly tell you this was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a company. The young gentleman that came to do the cleaning was definitely an over sharer and was talking to me about things that were completely out of context. He threw in some very weird comments that just made me uncomfortable such as saying that he was going to shout “I love you too” to my husband while I was on the phone. And then I’d find out he’s secretly gay..? Completely out of line and disrespectful. He had said multiple times that he was in a hurry to get to the bank before they closed. Yet he spent a solid half an hour in my living room talking to me about a previous client whose carpets were really dirty. He finished in I would say about 45 minutes. Which was great. Although I truly do hope that he did the job well despite the lack of professionalism. I can very confidently say that I will be using a different carpet cleaning company the next time around.

Service was done quickly and unfortunately not thoroughly. Lines were left in the carpet showing that some areas were cleaner than others. I contacted the company to have them come back. When the worker came back, he only focused on one little area and didnt clean the rest. Theres distinct marks in our carpet.

Chris came out to service my carpets yesterday and he was awesome. he went above and beyond in service and made sure I was happy with the results. He was so friendly and polite and even concerned about one of my dogs that is very ill. I will request him again for my next service!!

I saw this company doing my neighbors carpet, so I asked him about them. He gave great report and reports about how great the cleaning is and how those he had recommended was very very satisfied. All I can say is WOW! The technician was prompt, courteous, very professional. And this company is COST EFFECTIVE! I will definitely recommend you trying them.

Chris came and cleaned our carpets yesterday that were badly stained. He was early (called first to ok coming early), was helpful in moving some furniture we hadnt had time to move, was friendly and thorough! Super impressed with him, and request to have him every time! Our carpets look beautiful!!

We had Steven clean our carpets and it was a great experience. He was kind, great with our kids (my son talked his head off) and he was fast. He cleaned 4 rooms, our hallway and stairs in just a little over an hour. They look great even after drying. He was knowledgable, fast and this is our second great experience with Clean Green and we have them clean our carpets again in the future.

Great customer service and prices.

I have used this place for around 3 previous carpet treatments and they have been good and fairly priced.However, the recent treatment we had was with a technician named Zach who was going to charge my wife just to help her quickly move a couch 2 ft forward so the carpet underneath could be cleaned. I would think it would be good practice to just simply be helpful and not charge for such a simple thing.The experience with the recent technician just make us rethink Clean Green and will probably be using another company next time for our carpet cleaning needs.

We had a rough start with an inexperienced technician. I contacted the company and they were grateful for the feedback. They sent a team of two the next day to redo the entire job. They did it well without making me feel like I was just complaining. They took full responsibility and made it right. The second team worked hard with happy attitudes. They used guards to protect walls and furniture. They second team was very thorough and I am happy with my clean carpets.

Clean Green was great to work with on my recent carpet cleaning. They communicated the day before of my apt via phone to remind me and confirm as well as a text from Ruben (cleaning guy assigned to me) the same day 20 minutes before he arrived. Ruben did a great job explaining everything and answering all my questions. Overall a very good experience.

I have used Clean Green for several years now for both our condominium complex and our home. I love that they use a citrus based clean product. Their prices are affordable. Some techs have been better than others over the years, but overall they are really great to work with. I highly recommend them.
