They have incorrect hours listed on Google AND their answering service... not to mention, their wash scratched the hell out of my car. 👎

Excellent detailing job on a very dirty SUV! Did all the small nooks and crannies and looks great. Only wish you could make an appointment for detailing since you have to leave the car for several hours but they don’t always have workers to do the job.

Disappointing that they are never open on the times listed. Poor management. If you list certain times for being open than be open at those times. Not when you feel like because its too cold for you to get up and open. Once again I come here Sunday 1/17/2021 you keep stating open at 8am but I get here at 830am you have 3 customers waiting and place is closed and no one to be found. So confirm what your hours of operations really are?? This is how you lose customers.

This was a terrible experience. I paid for the full service which was supposed to include an interior wipe down and vacuuming. Neither thing was done thoroughly at all. I even asked them to have the car go through again and they didnt even make it better the second time around so I ended up just vacuuming it myself. Dont waste your money on the full service, that means literally nothing.

The only reason they are getting two stars is because they did a decent vacuum job although they didn’t vacuum the trunk as expected. Other than that they didn’t wipe my dashboard, it was covered in dust, the gear shift and cup holder were dirty as well. Overall highly disappoint and I won’t be back.

I absolutely love this place for washing of the vehicle and then the vacuuming experience is just unsurpassed because of how powerful the canister vacuums are every time! And I have actually been given access once before to vacuum free of charge because I desperately needed to and had no extra cash at the time. 2 thumbs up 👍

I have a monthly membership with Supersonic. I take my car in using Fast Pass at least twice a week during the winter. Keeps the salt off my undercarriage and my car exterior clean. Love it. Summer is also tough on exteriors and I use Supersonic 3 times per week. Great value.

Just brought my truck in for a full service and it looks like they barely touched it at all. The person who cleaned the inside of the truck stated they dont even have Degreaser here to clean the rims. I was told that the rims would be cleaned to my satisfaction before I entered. I am highly disappointed and I highly suggest that nobody uses this car wash. They even knocked my dash camera off my window. here are some pictures so you can see what their full service looks like. I love the service always. But my car always comes out soaked still. You just need some more high powered dryers.

Im sorry to say I wasnt satisfied with my service. Got the carwash and detail mostly wanted a vacuum and shampoo of interior. My first time coming here and always wanted to try, but unfortunately I dont feel I got the service I payed for. And there were multiple people working on my truck. Simplest job of vaccuming a vehicle should be the easiest of tasks and take no more than 5 minutes. The console was already clean but after I got my truck back there was residue on the cup holder and it didnt even look like it went through a carwash with bug massacre still on the front. Im sad.

Dont EVER order the full service, after paying $166.00 I had to go clean my Jeep myself. I was so mad when they showed me my finished car after 2 hours, I just left, I didnt even want to speak with the manager! It was filthy!

I haven’t been a customer of supersonic for about a month. Yesterday though I get an email of terms and conditions and then a few hours later I get a text and an email saying thanks Jeff for visiting. Only my names not Jeff and I didn’t visit. I called supersonic but the manager didn’t care just said they probably put in the wrong email but couldn’t explain why the phone number as well. I guess it just wasn’t worth investigating for them, but oh well I’ll do the hard work and just cancel Jeff’s membership online. Problem solved.

Nice complementary towels that would be nice they install the air pressure blowing to be the best Supersonic Car wash of all of them

They do a great job if you do a full detail, but otherwise its not worth it to do one of the better washes.Attention to detail when wiping down interior and rims is not great... we ended up doing that ourselves. Though, i will mention, for the vast majority of visits, my experience has been worth the money.

I worked here in high school and they were a good place to work, but it sucked to work here in the summer. I gets so hot and in the tunnel it gets even hotter. They have also gone down hill since they got bought out and are no longer family owned.

When we went through the tunnel the only mechanism that worked was the flat panels. We paid 31.95 for a Polymer pro wash with an interior service. Even after wiping it down, we had to ask the kid to wipe the sides again. We should have looked at the tail gate. It hadnt even been touched. The salt residue from the roads is still on the running boards, tail gate and in lots of spots all over the truck.I will never return to this place with its shoddy way of doing business. There needs to be some kind of quality control on the end of the line area. Maybe one of the 4 employees standing around inside the waiting area could be used for that purpose. Dont waste your money and time with this business

Vacuums were great but the carwash was only pretty good, other sonic car washes puts out a lot more soap, but this one very little. The store was cool and the guy working was nice and helpful as he recommended a great product to clean the interior of my car, the prices were a bit high, but the cleaner worked great so I guess it was worth it.

Great car wash, I hope they can get broken power hose fixed at the entrance soon, brush does not preform well on my truck

I read another recent review and reinforce that sometimes the workforce really works to please the customer and does a good job wiping down the car and wiping down the dashboard and the interior surfaces. However, sometimes they are very poor. A couple of days ago the workers delivered my car back to me with the obvious visible surfaces only half wiped down. There was gross dirt visible on half of the dashboard and other interior surfaces. They made no effort whatsoever around the passenger side of the car or the back seat doors and area. And my interaction with this young man was abysmal. I think he grunted twice. The business is very efficient and the automated wash is excellent . Importantly, I emailed the corporation two days ago because I wanted to discuss this with them and hoped that they might make attempts to improve the service of these paid employees. On this occasion these employees did almost nothing. However, the company has not responded to the email so I’m going ahead with this poor review. Part of the poor review is the fact that it is obvious that corporate doesn’t care

Great price and open even in the rain

As a van owner, my rear door usually doesnt get clean 100%. They had an employee scrubbing the rear windows prior to entry, helps a lot on the hard to reach areas.

Wow the worker sprayed so much water in my grill for about 2 - 3 min straight. He did wash my front window and hood, but oddly came up to my front window and said I had plastic hanging underneath my car. I drove it about 5 min and parking my car was in major steam and smelled horrible. I took photos right away. I will definitely call and speak to the manager in charge. My car was literally over heating my dashboard temperature gauge was almost to max!!!!! Super scary I’m frustrated I come here all the time!!! I’m hopping it’s nothing serious! Also there was no plastic hanging from my car!!

Customer service was a 5. The actual performance on my detailings were a 3. Meh, I might not go back.

Dont bother. Paid for an $18 car wash, got home and noticed dirt all the way down the back of my car. Youre better off with a $5 wash at any gas station. I wont be back.

Came to get a detail at lunch. I made my entire decision based on how long it would take. I had exactly one hour and asked if my vinyl could be wiped and the car vacuumed in that time. I was told twice by 2 different employees that it would be a max of 40 minutes. So I left the car and walked to get a bite to eat. AN HOUR LATER I return and the car has not even been started!! I questioned the guys in the detail bay and they both told me I never should have been told that it could be done in 40 min. They were working on a car that came in 2 hours earlier, and mine was 3rd in line!! The employees seem nice and they probably do a good job but unless you have all day, its better to go somewhere else. Over promise and way under deliver is never a good business model. Very disappointed and Im STILL waiting.

I have been coming to this car wash since 1990. It’s always been a pretty good car wash but ever since it changed ownership it has really gone down hill. I had the monthly pass on all my cars because it seemed like a good value. I love to keep all my cars clean all the time. Little by little since the new owners have taken the place over; things are really bad. First they started using these microfiber towels on your cars which left fires all over your windows and your car. Then they stop doing your door jams on your car so your door jams ended up being dirty unless you did it yourself. Now they won’t even drive a car for you because they claim their new system makes it so you don’t have to drive the car. Well that’s a lie the car has spots after comes through the car wash on the floor so it’s pretty obvious what they’re doing here. They just want to make money by doing as little as possible . I basically can’t justify paying these guys to do nothing. I have to drive my own car to my own door jams clean my own grams so why am I paying these guys. The new owners basically want to reinvent the wheel but how they’re going about doing the car wash business is completely wrong. I have canceled all my passes and I will not be returning to this car wash anymore. The service is just terrible because it’s basically nonexistent. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else for a car wash because you will not be happy here.

Kind of a rip off. Go to Mister Car Wash instead. They do a better job. Seriously. I got the premium wash at both places. Sonic spent two minutes on the interior. My dash still had dust all over it. Mr Wash spent way more time and my interior was clean.

I will NEVER return to this car wash. I paid to have the inside cleaned and when I approached my car, NOTHING had been wiped down. I had to go hunt down the guy that had done it, after I had tipped him generously, and he sat and argued with me about every detail and was incredibly rude and insubordinate. Every time he wiped something down in my car he told me he was doing me a favor and that it wasnt part of the package that I bought. You spend $30 for a car wash only to have it vacuumed? And it was appalling the way he talked to me. I literally drove away shocked and realized I shouldve spoken to a manager about this guy. ZERO STARS. I never leave reviews, but this was a bad enough experience that I had to.

Supersonic on Vine way is one of a kind. Head and shoulders above every other car wash I have been to, including other Supersonic locations. The service is fast & friendly, which is great, but they treat your car like they would treat their own. No matter what level of wash you buy, your car gets clean & dry. That sounds like what is supposed to happen, but it seldom does at other car washes. They open doors and wipe sills & jams - they wipe down wheels, taking the time to wipe into each opening - they dont leave drips or streaks - they put tire shine on your tires. And that is all for a standard exterior wash. These people do a great job and the management obviously cares.

They do a great job for the cost of the monthly pass. I am a very picky person, so not many car washes can meet my expectations, but Supersonic on Vine does a great job!Just watch out for this... I have had the hot wax not turn on at least 10 times (that I know of) and it is $3.00 extra for the hot wax. Be sure you are getting what you pay for.

After buying the best package offered ($30+) I ran my car through the wash which was fine, but the detailing was beyond dissapointing. I didnt see ANY cleaning done on the inside of the vehicle whatsoever. No vacuuming, window cleaning, seats, interior, and door jams werent even dried off. It looks like they dragged a towel over it after the wash and called it clean. Unbelievable for $30.

I am a little bit of a car junkie, so keeping my car spotless is pretty important. Supersonic has a monthly plan of $22 a month, for unlimited standard car washes. I haven’t found a better price in the valley, and their multiple locations are very convenient. I prefer not having people dry my car off, because I’m a little cheap. They just stopped doing this at this location. Sometimes it takes the workers a minute or two to come outside to attend to you while you are in line, and they do make it a little difficult to cancel a monthly membership online, but those are my only minor complaints. Great business.

Everyone loves a clean car and these guys do a fine job. Dont be afraid to get picky and have them re do something etc. Theyre always happy to do so. Solid management team and employees, always kind, knowledgeable and fast.

This has been my go-to since my other neighborhood Car Wash has changed owners. It seems that they keep up their car wash flappers nice. Good customer service. They dry your vehicle afterwards which is a must And they have free vacuum cleaners

BEWARE!! I purchased a Fast Pass only to find out on my next visit (10 days later) that the pass was invalid. After discussing the situation with two different managers, I was told they would research the issue and give me a call. After a week and no phone call, I followed up with calls for the Manager, each time being told I would need to leave a message for them to return the call. I have never heard back from either Manager! Obviously I will take my business elsewhere.

I got the monthly pass and go to the drive through pretty much every week and havent had any issues. Easy process. I do the vacuuming and detailing myself so never had to deal with the staff, but when asked questions they are always friendly.

EDIT 2: The upgrades seem to be done and this place really shines now! The wash works well, employees are still super friendly, and mat washers have been installed. I can finally recommend this place.EDIT: Despite being closed for weeks, the wash continues to disappoint. The construction efforts have yielded new entry gates and a new melamine wall toward the end of the tunnel which covers some junk and dirty walls that used to be exposed. The equipment appears to be unchanged, and the performance is indistinguishable from the old. I hope the renovations are far from finished, so Ill be sure and update my review again if anything changes.Again, the employees here are always friendly and my complaints are only with the wash itself.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Let me begin by saying that the staff here are always super friendly. Also, I have never purchased a detailing or full-service package, so I cant comment on that.However, this wash simply doesnt do a good job. The high speed of the conveyor and short length of the tunnel cause the single application of surfactant foam to be rinsed off too quickly for it to be effective. Plus, the rotating brushes that are supposed to agitate the foam dont rotate 80% of the time, but still manage to push in my mirrors 😂. The treated water (spot free rinse) is applied inconsistently, often leaving a good amount of surfactant which isnt even removed by the ambient (non-heated) blowers which also leave much to be desired. The last few times I have been to this location, Ive noticed some huge crates sitting at the end of the building, so hopefully theyre going to start fixing these issues by replacing faulty equipment. I will be sure to update my review if/when this happens.The Supersonic at 6500 S State with ~20 year old equipment does a fantastic job washing, rinsing, and thoroughly drying your car, even with just a basic wash. That location sees much more volume than any other Supersonic in the valley, and they still keep up.

This is one of the easier locations they have to get in and out of. The staff here have been nothing but friendly. I do like the kiosks and the barcode scanners for your car.

Was not pleased with end results. I had to repack you in the car myself as well as clean areas on the exterior that should have been easily spotted by the attending staff. They did not care about quality of service.

Good car wash. I have the monthly express pass. Sometimes they shine your wheels, sometimes not. Sometimes the teenage towel people give a crap, sometimes not. Wish it was more consistent, but it is very convenient on my way home from work.

Quick in and out. Make sure you check the things important to you before leaving, like wiped wheel rims or tailpipe cleaning.

I used to think this place was the best in the area.. until today when I forgot to turn off the automatic windshield wipers and the machine destroyed them (coincidently I paid $70 bucks for the set 2 days ago). I do recognize my responsibility in this, but it’s far from being the first time I do that and here and in all car wash places I’ve been, there’s always a kid spraying water before I get into the machine and reminding me to turn it off (except for today). I’m glad my windshield didn’t get scratched.

To much to list here. Staff that has no concern for customers. Non-intuitive layout. Too many other good car washes my time here again.

I drive for Lyft in my spare time and purchased a monthly cleaning plan. My car is always clean and the staff do a good job. It isnt detailed clean, and I have to do additional cleaning sometimes. For the price I couldnt ask for a lot more.

I pay for an interior cleaning and a Deluxe exterior cleaning. My car looks no difference from before and after. My car is still dirty inside and out. Not sure what I paid 30 bucks for.

I have had one of the worst experiences ever with Super Sonic Car Wash. I wish that I would have read the reviews before I ended up trusting them to clean my car.I took my car in to be detailed. I communicated upfront intentionally what I wanted. I wanted the seats shampooed and the plastic whipped down. The employee communicated that that was a seasonal and a detail. It cost me over $85.I work across the street. They never called me to tell me my car was done. I went to leave work and thought, CRAP. I walked over there.If you ask anyone a question... They grab a manager and a third of them are sitting around while the rest are scattering to pull their weight. No one could tell me where my car was. I found it myself. A manager eventually looked over it with me and I was shocked and pissed and had no time to be there longer than I was. There was still cheese on the door, they did not touch the back and there was still dirt on the floor. I had an appointment. So, I called them the following day. I communicated and asked, Maybe I am being a difficult customer, but is it crazy of me to expect that for $85 my car should almost look like it was driven off the lot? The manager did not say much. He offered to take care of it again. SO, for the second time I took my car in. They had me point out everything that I was not happy with. They called me this time when it was done. I had to find my car on my own again only to find.... THE SAME ISSUES. Luckily, I did find a kind employee by the name of Josh. He addressed and took care of it immediately. But, there I was on a Friday late to another appointment. So frustrated I returned to the front desk expressing my frustration and schedule. You bet she said nothing and grabbed a Manager. I do not know his name, but he would not look at me, gave me to much sass and no solution. I walked away from him in tears. This was weeks ago. Today, I noticed that a book and cards that were in the car are missing. Upon reaching out a manager communicated that the book was in the lost and found, but the cards were no where to be found. HOW DID THEY END UP FROM MY CAR IN THE LOST AND FOUND AND WHERE THE HECK ARE THE CARDS?! I understand as a customer that it was a mistake to leave anything in the car. These cards are a friend of mine and are priceless. I have an awful feeling that someone took them. They have offered to reimburse me for the cards... At this point, I am about to ask for a full reimbursement for a waste of my time, horrendous customer service, poor service and my belongings missing. This is all long winded, but just scratches the surface of what a horrible experience I am HAVING. Do not go here.

Nice place for wash if you do it by yourself but NEVER pay for the full service.This morning I have paid almost 29$ for full service (some kind of super polish and inside cleaning etc.) it was almost the most expensive service.Finally .. they made a VERY HIGH LEVEL inside vacuum and spray something in the way that I cannot clean it out from my front window.Also I haven’t seen any special outside wax.They even haven’t tried to make vacuum inside place for cups and no one even tried to make vacuum under the carpets.It was very bad.I did tell to the cleaning team that I am not happy so the answer was “you supposed to pay 35$ for the detailed inside cleaning”I have made some pictures.. unfortunately impossible to attach it here

Service at these car washes is terrible. They dont provide full service 7 days a week. They charge full service prices on a monthly membership. They limit you to 30 per month. The problem is you cant get 30 days of full service which includes inside. This company is a ripe off.

I was very surprised and pleased when I came here! My car needed to be cleaned badly and for $29 the got the spotless! Of course it wasn’t a “professional” detail but for what I paid I was impressed and will be going back here again!

Disappointing service. MR Carwash is better. These guys charged more and my interior was not clean when they were done. There was still dust on the dash. They didnt even wipe it off. I paid for the premium exterior and interior clean. I did not get what I paid for.

Great for a quick cleaning, however it was much quicker than in the past. A recent obvious change to their process has been implemented resulting in much less of a thorough cleaning.

I hesitate to review with only 2-Stars, so I need to explain. Each time I have run my truck through the Express detail ($34.99) I have been fairly satisfied and would give 4-Stars. However, bear in mind that you can run your vehicle through a touches wash for $10, then it a quick vacuum for another $2 and have something that is almost as clean...I purchased a vehicle detail for almost $200 and was not satisfied in the least. Many of the small areas around the cup holder were still dirty, corners up on the dash, rims/tires were OK, and the carpet looked like they had vacuumed and then just threw a bunch of soap in because it took a couple days for everything to dry out.If you need a professional cleaning, I would look elsewhere, if you dont mind doing a little elbow grease to vacuum yourself and sit through an auto car wash, then try that. If you want to sit down, and come out 20 min later to a clean car that has been throughly dried, then give this a shot.

Summary: I DO NOT RECOMMEND using the Supersonic Car Wash located at 6126 S Vine Way Murray, UT 84121. The prices are high and the quality is beyond unacceptable.Pros: None whatsoeverCons: Well I paid $24 for a Full Service Interior/Exterior The exterior and interior were both done very poorly. The quality of work going out of the place should be an udder disappointment to the owner (if he/she cares). There was still dog hair everywhere, my dash wasnt wiped off, cupholders were still dirty, rims and tire wells were still muddy. When I asked the employees to fix it, they simply argued with me. I found a young employee (I think his name was Max) to somewhat clean my truck, but out of all the employees, it was the youngest kid there that apologized and tried to fix it. It was still done poorly, but at least that kid didnt argue and actually tried to fix the issue. He should be acknowledged for being the only competent employee there. Based on other reviews though, I dont he will ever get any recognition and I dont think this car wash will ever be up-to-par because the employees are a direct reflection of their managers......very incompetent (thats putting it lightly).
