Im a diesel mechanic with 20 years plus of experience in the field.Nothing like having the service writer tell you you dont know what indicator came up on your dash and implying they know better after explaining what happened, and how youd verified the information in the owners manual. Like I cant match the symbols on my dash with the book.All this after getting my transmission serviced, which they argued with me about getting done. And then my transmission overheats on a trip to the west coast. I called and left multiple messages in the drive since it was just after the transmission service with no call back.I will find a better location to get my car serviced and worked on.

I came in with a check engine light on in my Mini, the staff was so friendly and helped me fix it in no time.
Took my mini in to get my sunroof fixed, the car itself was in pristine condition with no scratches anywhere; they bring it out and she’s got scratches all over the roof. I wouldn’t recommend taking a coop there for the sunroof cause they won’t care if they leave scratches.
Had a great experience buying my used Countryman remotely from Boston. Tiffany answered all my questions and gave a great video tour of the car before purchasing. When I picked it up was pristine and treated as if it was a brand new purchase (even replacing some headlight trim free of cost). Highly recommended and a great experience overall
Went in for a replacement key for my R50 had it ordered and got it in 2 days, very quick and friendly service will visit again.
I love Mini of Murray! They are always so friendly and responsive. They have helped me with my mini after having some major issue and helped me keep it to a resonable price.I have really great things to say about Zimran, Russell, and Rusty.Zimran always checks me in and makes sure he takes all the information about the appointment and ensures communication runs smoothly.Russell fixed the major issue I had with my car and he couldnt have done a better job, my car is running better than it ever has.Rusty is the service manager and he has always been very kind to me. I was confused about a service once and he explained everything they were doing and why and made me feel at ease about pricing and service.Overall, I have always had a wonderful experience with Mini. Although I didnt buy my mini through them, Im very glad I get it serviced through them. They have always treated me well and I have always been happy with their services.Big shout out to Russell, Rusty, and Zim!!! Thanks for keeping me one happy lady.
Was all excited to go check out a mini. Spoke with the dealer and they asked me to come in for a test drive. I drive out to the Murray mini an hour and a half away from me. Show up and no one is in the building period. I figured hey they are just taking a moment. So I wait around 15+ min. No body anywhere. Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Complete waist of time and money. Having no one to help literally forced me to take my money to another dealership.
I recently just came in and had an exceptional service while working with Chris Good. He is very knowledgeable on all products offered and had done obvious research to make my experience as seemingly easy and stress-free for me as possible. As stressful and difficult buying from a dealership may seem - the entire process through buying through MINI was so different and was a great experience when working with him! I highly recommend asking for Chris if you are looking to buy!

I came here for service recently and had a negative experience on balance. My service advisor and the staff generally were very kind, and the dealership itself was clean and had nice amenities. The pricing was neither competitive nor transparent, however. I was quoted $200 for routine service, but the total bill ended up being $60 more than was quoted. I called two other Mini dealers to verify that the service should only be about $200 and they confirmed. I raised my concern in an email to the dealership several days ago and have not heard back.
GREAT overall experience with Mini of Murray. Annisha in sales, made my new car shopping experience so much fun. Awesome customer service, friendly, so great to work with and not pushy. She took care of a lot of the paperwork before I arrived (had to sleep on my decision) to make it a quick and seamless process. She also helped streamlined communication with service when I took it back in for window tinting. This girl knows her Minis; body style, specs, difference from year to year. I drove many different models to make sure I knew the differences and was getting everything I wanted. I will work with them again when its time to upgrade down the road. I sure love my Minis

One word could describe my experiences, working with Logan and the team here at Mini of Murray. . . WOW!Excellence in service, positive attitudes and communication are just a few of the amazing experiences I have had with this dealership. Even the showroom and public spaces for their customers are designed with one thing in mind—providing the best experience a team can deliver. As evidenced by the photo taken, I moved in and set up an office in the private lounge upstairs with access to all the amenities, which made it even hard to leave.Grateful for the shining example of top notch service.
I took my car in to have the transmission fluid level checked on a friday morning at 8:15 am. I didnt get my car back until the following Monday afternoon! I had even scheduled my appt a few days in advance. The dealership I work for offers this as a FREE service, Mini charged me $122.30 to do it, just check the fluid level! Then they wanted $167.00 to change the cabin air filter, I bought the filter for $16.00 somewhere else, and it took less than 2 min to change it my self. Super easy. their labor rates must be around $400.00 hr. ridiculous.
Decent shop, nice people. Zimran gets it done right the first time, so ask for him.
I had such a great experience here. I worked with Annisha Pangan and cannot recommend her highly enough. She was so patient as I worked through about a million questions, and also with helping me design a custom vinyl roof wrap for my MINI to make it exactly what I wanted. If you are looking for a MINI dont wait, just go.
I leased a new Countryman from MoM last week and the experience couldnt have been easier! I HATE the processing of getting a new car, and Tiffany made it SO easy - if you are looking for a friendly, no pressure salesperson, she is it!! She went above and beyond to find the exact car that I was looking for, communicated regularly about the status, gave me multiple pricing options, and answered EVERY question I sent her way (Im a researcher and want all of the info I can get). As long as I own a Mini, Tiffany and Mini of Murray will be my go to every time.
Minis are not ever inexpensive to repair. No one should ever criticize Mini of Murray for being expensive. Having said that, I took my recently purchased Mini in for a thorough once over and ended up spending about $2K to get everything taken care of. They were honest, helpful and forth right. My service advisor, Zimran, was fantastic and communicative throughout the entire process. The fact they provided me a loaner car to drive (a late model Cooper S) while my car was being repaired made the entire experience much more paletteable. The break room has better than average snacks (soda, granola bars, etc.) and fast wifi. Overall a very solid dealer experience. Thank you Zimran, for your help and support!

Great listener, understood what I was looking for and Helped me in the finding the same. I did couple of test drives in different model cars, including a MINI. I brought my MINI in on a Saturday because my car was starting to overheat. Service was fully booked but Zimran in Service said he could squeeze me in. He got my MINI into the shop really quick and went over everything with me and explained to me how to get me car back to tip top shape! After the repairs he personally drove my vehicle to ensure that my MINI was safe to drive. After that visit, I will never take my car to any other shop! Thanks MINI of Murray!
They’re good people and all but for mechanical work do not take your mini here after the warranty is expired. Use your own mechanic as they will mislead you every time. Do not spend money here on the things their mechanics suggest.
Tiffany and Juan are great, we have 2 cars from Mini of Murray - they will work hard to get you the car and price you are comfortable with. Highly recommend these guys.
I went online to schedule an appointment for tires and tire installation. The online scheduling tool just kept running in an endless loop, and I wasn’t able to schedule a time to have my vehicle serviced. I then got on the online chat feature. The person on that responded quickly, took my information, and said someone from service would quickly get to me. It has been 24 hours later, still no call back from anyone. I tried calling, was waiting for 45 minutes before I gave up and hung up.Went online to see what Big O tires had available. Comparable brand of run flat tires for $70 less each. Was able to schedule an appointment immediately.I’ve had service at the Murray dealer before. Similar experience with not getting call backs or phone calls not getting put through. My Mini has been nothing but a money pit. Only one dealer for service in Utah, and very poor service. Will never ever buy another Mini again. Expensive repairs, constant repairs, and poor customer service.Update: I actually received a call from the service department on Monday afternoon (my initial call for service was on the prior Saturday). Of course, by that time, I had already arranged to purchase and install tires at a different place because they took so long to get back to me. Today, Tuesday, I received a follow up call from one of the managers, Justin. He apologized for the issues I had and gave me his personal cell phone number to contact him personally for any future issues. I appreciated him taking the time to reach out to me. So, I changed my review from a 1 star rating to a 2 star. While I greatly appreciate Justin taking the time to reach out to me, the fact of the matter is it is a continuing pattern I have experienced with Mini of Murray of not being able to get in contact with the service folks. I get if this happens the first time, but when it seems to happen on a continual basis, it doesn’t give me a lot of confidence in any future service expectations.
While I have loved my car over the past two years, I have found the service department to be unethical and not trustworthy. I have had an issue with a sensor in the gear shift for the past six months that is supposed to be a warranty repair, but they denied the repair due to a small spill on the console two weeks ago that from what I can see in no way affected the shifter. At $1,600 its no inconsequential repair. Based on my experience with the service staff I would seriously reconsider buying another MINI.

There attentiveness to detail, quick response regarding questions that we had, and amazing customer service was just a few of the great things we experienced during our encounter. It was a low pressure sales technique where you feel like a part of the family and that they are really looking out for your interests as well!!!

THE BEST! I came in very discouraged. I was sold a car under horrible circumstances at another dealership, and Tiffany took the entire day to try to make things right for me, and get me into the car of my dreams. Please let her sell you your next car! The entire dealership lended me their expert advice to get out of the poor position I was in, and as a 23 year old girl, I was very lost. They are so helpful, honest, light hearted, and genuine. I am so lucky I stumbled across this dealership. They will have a customer for life!

I had a fuel pump go out on me and took it there to be repaired under warranty. They called and told me the fuel line had to be replaced. I informed them that I would do that myself when I got the car back. They I informed me that they would not make the repair unless they could replace the line forcing me to replace the line there. They said they couldn’t do anything about it and to call Mini USA. I called them and they informed me to call the service manager directly and he could do a one time complimentary service. I called and they cut the price a little bit but still wouldn’t cover the mandatory part. Then they sent me a review to fill out. I fill it out honestly saying no I wouldn’t recommend going there and no I wouldn’t be coming back. Then the service writer texted me and chewed me out for leaving the review I left. I informed him the reviews shouldn’t be influenced by the dealer. So read all the reviews with that in mind.
Jeremy, and the entire service department are beyond ethical and gracious when scheduling out of town clients. I never feel like I have to question the services they recommend. They are efficient beyond the expectations associated with other dealership service departments.Thank you, Justin for hiring such a great team!!!
Throughout my life Ive purchased 6 different vehicles. By far and away purchasing from MINI/BMW of Murray was the best experience Ive had. Purchasing a car can (usually is) a stressful thing, but Tiffany at MINI/BMW made it a very enjoyable experience. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as we searched for our new car. She even made my incredibly shy daughter feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend MINI/BMW, and especially Tiffany, to anyone looking to purchase theyre next vehicle. 5 star service.

My wife just had her rotors and brakes done at Mini of Murray. They charged $1,600.00. My research said it shouldnt cost more than $1,000.00. Not feeling good about this place.

I have had many interactions here, this is my second car at this dealership in 7 years and the experience was pleasant. All car dealers could learn from these folks how to treat their customers. Had an oil leak issue with my countryman. My service advisor Zim went above and beyond for his service. I always maintain my car through these guys. The also give a nice wash to your car afterwards from service. I always appreciate how above and beyond they’ve gone for me! Will always recommend my service advisor zim.
I loved the people I worked with. I bought a manual car and they showed me how to drive it. They even helped me get home safely so I could practice on the side streets rather than heading home on the freeway for the first time. Honest, upright, nice people. I would definitely get another MINI.
Zimran in service is either terrible at his job or new, possibly both. I took my car in for servicing in which I had called to get the recall part ordered, had to follow up if the part was received to schedule my appointment and then when I picked up my vehicle it wasnt completed. I paid 1780.55 for suggested services, new tires, a detail and yet the one no cost item that I had to call and follow up on couldnt be completed.I was called by Zimran, told EVERYTHING had been completed and to come pick up my car. It wasnt until I was at home reviewing my invoice that I noticed the recall item wasnt completed.Very disappointed in the service I received.

If you are in the market for a new Mini, Tiffany at Mini of Murray is without question your go to for the best experience of your life! The boys in the sales dept that, like most boys, worship at the altar of automobile technology, aint got nothing on Tiffany. She holds her own against any of them by way of options, technology, engines, transmissions, chassis, electronics, etc.What is most important to me when working with sales dept for a new car or other major purchase is the my interaction with the sales person. In this area Tiffany leads the pack! I have a very strong personality that for some can be off-putting (because said person lacks the intellect to keep up) but Tiffany met my snark head on and matched it toe to toe. Very refreshing.Bottom line, Tiffany is an incredible asset to Mini of Murray. They should be grateful to have such a fun, energetic, knowledgeable, and devoted employee. She is an absolute riot and has great taste in shoes and fashion.I knew I had found the person sales person when we bonded over Karl Lagerfeld and Chanel. We bought a car from them that needed an alignment. The manager and salesman both agreed to get it aligned at their cost, then added the cost into the final sale. The paperwork was rushed through, as if hoping I would sign and not notice the extra charge. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened. All other aspects of the transaction was smooth and would have earned them a great review, but they went against their word and soiled the whole experience.
I walked in and was warmly greeted by Tiffany Long, she listened to what I was looking for and was quick and efficient without the pushy used car salesman persona. I was behind the wheel on a test drive within minutes of telling her what I was looking for. While I didnt ultimately purchase a vehicle, I was left with a great feeling of satisfaction with my experience and would be happy to visit again!

Lost pressure in my engine on my way through Nevada during my road trip to Georgia with the wife and our two dogs and was lucky enough to have found this place not far from where we were staying. Mini of Murray was exceptional. My car had never been serviced here before but Fernando (advisor) saw to it that my car was immediately looked at by a technician.Long story short, I had to stay (unexpectedly) in Salt Lake for the night while the technician worked to diagnose why faults were coming up after replacing a part that was initially the issue.I was stressed about getting getting back on the road, staying on the time line I had for the trip, but most importantly having to deal with paying for a part I had just replaced 10k miles earlier (when it was still under warranty). This is where MINI of Murray stepped up.Joey, one the techs, worked on my car for those two days. Very professional and very knowledgeable. He was keen on getting the issues diagosed and resolved. Justin, the service manager, was also extremely professional and helped me with resolving some of the issues I had about paying for parts I had just replaced. Fernando did an excellent job with keeping me in the loop and is very friendly.These guys worked as a team and even though I had never been here prior, I have been to a few other MINI dealerships, and highly recommend taking your car here. They are professionals and I wont forget the relief I felt after they all stepped up to help get me back on the road with my family.You guys are great, keep doing what youre doing!
It may sound odd that Im writing a review about Mini of Murray when I bought a CPO BMW, but the dealerships are all linked and Tiffany was based in the Mini dealership.I have been looking for a very specific BMW and for the first time in my car buying life I was not going to settle for anything less than exactly what I wanted. I found the model I thought I would buy on the BMW CPO website. Unfortunately, by the time I saw it, it had already sold. So, I worked with Tiffany about my requirements. She told me shed keep her eyes open and let me know when she found it. Well...about 2 months later, she sends me a text that simply says I got one!! Exactly what youre looking for. Im thinking....theres no way its EXACTLY what I want. Part of my bold requirement list was because if a car didnt have it all it was an excuse to not get into a new car. Well...here it was. A 2017 BMW 430i xdrive Gran Coupe. White. M Sport. Track Handling package. 19 wheels. Upgrated Harmon Kardon stereo (which thumps btw). Cold weather package. Driver assistance package. Literally EVERYTHING I had asked for.We scheduled a meeting. I test drove it and it was exactly what I had expected. Previous to this I hadnt driven one. It was late on a Monday so we did some preliminary paperwork/credit app, etc. It took maybe 45 mins. I left with Tiffany completing all the paperwork the next day. I swung by after work and it took maybe 30 mins to finish up everything. Which included a trade in and financing. As smooth and easy a process as Ive ever had. No pressure. A calm, smooth experience. Tiffany followed up the day after to ensure all was ok and that I was loving my new car. And, I had to admit...I am and do.Thanks Tiffany.

Ive been going for years to figure out a check engine light. While the car was under warranty nothing was wrong and it was a ghost light. After replacing the high pressure fuel pump they say the turbo charger is bad now. Car has less than 100,000 miles and now needs a $4,500 repair. And they still wanted $100 to diagnose the repair, $125 to update the software, and nearly $400 to replace light bulbs and filters. Save your time and money and get a VW Golf.Update: Ive tried to contact the service manager, as they requested.After several attempts there is still no response. Seems like the owner response was lip service.
I bought a pre-owned Mini Countryman last week, which is the second one I’ve bought from Mini of Murray. Both experiences have been super easy. Tiffany was awesome to work with, super helpful and friendly, with absolutely no pressure. If you’re considering a Mini, ask for Tiffany!
Called ahead about a vehicle I wanted to see. Steve had it on the lot and waiting for me when I arrived. He was excellent to get all and any information I wanted on the vehicle and warranty. He was personable, courteous and respectful when dealing with all my requests. Great sales person to work with. I highly recommend him.
They need to work on whoever answers the phones, and make sure that they know all the proper information because I spoke to three different people on the phone about whether or not my car was covered under a warranty and got told three different things. after being led to believe that it will be covered I was told that it will no longer be, Im not mad its not covered I just want you guys to get your s*** straight.

Tiffany and Juan were great at helping us find the perfect Mini to meet/fit our needs. Ended up with the 2018 Countryman ALL4. Love this car as it seats 5 plus has a hatch back & is super-peppy in Sport mode..and it is a Mini, after all, so its adorable. Makes you smile when you drive it. Traded in my 2015 Ford Explorer (which was a great car) and I do not miss it. Bought this car off the lot and they had great incentives on the 2018s. They made the purchase process super-easy, especially with the trade-in. Highly recommend Tiffany and Juan and the dealership.

I own an 02 R53 Mini Cooper s. So When I needed recall work done, I was very apprehensive regarding how I would be received at a dealership, because I did not have a newer more expensive vehicle. To my surprise I was first warmly greeted by Jeremy Schow Service mngr. He assured me that he would make sure my car was in good hands .They replaced my Power steering pump, a huge job, did an oil change and some work on my oil pan. I drove my car back home to Star ID. 360 miles and put a white board under my engine bay area, and left over night .No leak spots on my white board of any kind. This car has leaked oil consistently for years, I just make sure I check regularly. Not now. Do not be afraid to take your Pride and joy to Mini of Murray they will Do the job right and treat you like gold. Thanks To all at M.M. especially Jeremy and Logan.
Steve I. was attentive, informative, pleasant, and patient throughout our Mini buying experience.This included multiple visits to the dealership, texts, and phone calls to him; we changed our minds about models, colors, etc., and he was great about it all. The dealership itself is clean, tidy, hi-end, and filled with smiling staff who are low key and low pressure. Weve now bought two Minis from Mini of Murray and are happy to have them in town.
Really wonderful employees but I definitely wouldnt recommend having your car detailed here. They didnt clean the inside of my windows, there were still fingerprints on my speedometer, my passenger seat looks dirtier than it did before, and they lost my cargo mat.

After visiting nine different car dealerships, and test driving almost the same number of vehicles, as we drove up to the MINI of Murray dealership, our RM daughter instantly fell in love with the car that she first spotted, and that eventually would become the car she finally settled upon. The entire sales staff was low-keyed and thus pleasant to work with, including and especially Sam!

This may be a backhanded compliment but I got in and out of there quickly because there wasnt very many people there, I guess theres not that many Coopers in Utah. Im from Southern California so Im used to a little busier dealership. They were very thorough, I had a warning light on my panel and they determine what it was but could fix it until I got back to California, while I was there they downloaded new software.

Awesome experience this time visiting. I explained my plans with a car purchase, my desire to test one and see options - and I felt I was heard. Although I didnt buy a car this time I would definitely recommend these guys and go back myself when the time gets closer for me.
Jeremy Schow was my service consultant, he was very honest, friendly and identified some issues with my vehicle that another mechanic did not upon inspection. If you have a mini or are looking to purchase a mini, do NOT take your car anywhere else for inspections, repairs or oil changes. These guys are very thorough and are super trustworthy.
The service department destroyed my Mini Cooper. Possibly cracking the heads or more damage to the engine. Can’t even get my car to start after taking it to them. Told them to fix one issue but they never did and guaranteed it was all fixed when I went to go pick it up. Now they claim they did a pressure check on the coolant system but if that were true it still would have never caught that the spring in the thermostat was destroyed causing the thermostat to melt and severely damage other parts of the engine. Everytime I’ve taken it to this dealer for one issue I get back 3. I just wish they will own up to what they did and accept responsibility but they wont
Had a fantastic experience at Mini of Murray. Sam helped me every step of the way, exploring the options they had and eventually helping me order a custom built Mini. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially when dealerships can be so intimidating! He and the whole crew were super helpful and patient with my father and I and went the extra mile to get us the best options and the best price. He kept in touch to keep me updated on the ordering and shipping process as well as checked up on how I was doing with the car afterwards. Also... I LOVE MY CAR!!!!
These people lied to me rig bbn t fro. The beginning about the cost of a diagnostic then after taking g my mini in they kept it over night and when I picked it up they had charged .e for the diagnostic and did not show .e where the fluids are to e put Inat a d it tan the exact same as it did when I brought it I. Then a couple if weeks later I recieved a call from.. ini of .hurray wa ting to k ow how my experience was not happy with that Company at all! The guy on the line hung up on me! I did not get a chance ce to explain to him why I was not happy! Every si Glenn part of that entire visit...was not worth my time and my money.
I bought my MINI a little over a year ago and every time I need something I go here. The employees are very helpful in answering any of my questions and they try to help me save money when I need to buy something. The employees know everything you need to know about your car and how to fix them. I am very impressed with MINI of Murray. I will go there for all of my questions and needs for my MINI. Justin Rogers, the service manager was very helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend going here.

This dealership is alright. I didnt feel like they showed that much interest in my buying experience or helping me find the car I wanted. I wound up buying a used Mini through another dealer and taking it back to Mini for service. The only service needed was an oil change which I made an appointment for and it still took 2 hours. The people are all very nice, but it seemed very slow to me.
I bought a used MINI Countryman S last fall and had an absolutely wonderful experience at MINI of Murray. We worked with Tiffany and she was fantastic! She was super helpful and worked with us to make sure we were 100% happy with my car. I will definitely be back to buy more MINIs!!

My experience of buying at MINI of Murray was excellent.Tiffany was very professional about her sale. Everything was very relax and with no pressure involved. I enjoyed talking to her as we looked through my options, went on test drive and prepared all the closing paperwork.She was very kind to pick me up from a rental car and go to MINI and pick up my car. I considered that very thoughtful and kind as I was dealing with getting a car after being on the receiving end of a car accident that totaled my previous vehicle.The other staff members were very kind and also friendly. It was nice to meet such a nice team of people working together as they serve their customers.If you are buying a car you should definitely consider MINI of Murray. They have a great selection of new cars and pre-owned cars (Not only MINI Coopers, but many different car types for pre-owned purchase). Plus the people there make the experience so much better. The customer service that I received while being at MINI was far beyond exceptional thanks to Tiffany and Parry. They were so dedicated to finding me the perfect car to fit my needs as well as my budget. As a first time car buyer it can be difficult getting into a new car BUT fortunately for me, I got all the help I needed by the most amazing people and was able to find an amazing new car.Tiffany was an ANGEL and is undoubtedly one of the most amazing people i have ever met.Thanks to Parry and Tiffany I was able to leave MINI of Murray with the cutest 2011 MINI Countryman!
Logan and the whole service team are so amazing. I would buy another Mini just because of this service team. Honestly, if the experience with service was horrible (and this is the only dealer in the valley) they wouldn’t have as many sales. They get it. They treat you like gold every time, 5 years straight!!!
