I take my Lexus here for all needed services. They make everything convenient. They are great at accommodating my schedule; even when I am late, they are great to work me in! They don’t ever use a high pressure sales pitch to push product or services you don’t want or need. The service agents are friendly and professional and the service technicians do the job right the first time!

Lexus Murray provided an extremely satisfying experience. I had experienced professional and timely service last week when I had brought in my RC350 AWD for a general diagnostic. From my initial call in, to the suggested and performed services, my experience was cared for the entire process (no one idling around: a gentlemen dusting the show car in the middle of the floor during a downtime). The noise coming from using the brakes on my car was the main concern. Turns out, the service I truly needed was a F/R differential service, and not the brakes, which is a service that cost about $400 less than the brake service. Could you imagine experience those age old stories, oh you need this and that done on top of what you came in for which wasnt the case. They cleaned the current brakes and that alleviated the noise problem. Therefore, I had no problem saying yes to getting the other services done and met a cool person at the parts department and ended up buying the cargo net for my trunk; next thing I knew all the services were done and I was on my way. Ill be back there for future services, there is no doubt about that for me. My thanks and appreciation to everyone there.

I love this place! They are quick and thorough. I trust them. And they always return my car washed and vacuumed! So nice! The waiting area is also very comfortable and clean with plenty of drinks and snacks. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve had my Lexus maintained at Larry Miller Lexus dealership as well as the one in Vegas where I bought the car and this dealership is by far the best in all aspects of service. I have not one complaint. In fact I owned a Mercedes before my Lexus and this dealership out shines any Mercedes dealership I’ve been to. One of the main reasons I’d buy another Lexus IS knowing this dealership will always take great care of me! Thank you… finally a decent dealership that takes customer satisfaction to a higher level than most!

The service was outstanding. I brought the car for an oil change, at the same time the whole inspection has been done and I got recommendations on what and when needs to be done next. I will definitely use the service at Lexus next time.

I was told last visit of repairs needed. Once I got the money together I took it in for repairs and found the new technician disagreed and the repairs were not needed. I did get my oil changed and power steering fluid changed but the major repairs were not done. I also had the clear bra on my headlights yellow so I could not see. Lexus attempted to fix but was unable to so they directed me to a tint specialist they used to have it removed. That was a big help to be able to see at night. Lexus wanted hundreds of dollars to replace the headlight assembly. I paid $85 to have a professional remove the film on my existing headlights. My car is 100% again. Ethan you were great directing me through the services.

I had my car in for regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) and to look at the rotors and a setting question on the panoramic camera. The drop off was very easy. I received a call within an hour with recommendations and it was ready by lunch (incl turning the rotors). Sean was friendly and arranged for a tech to show me how they reset the panoramic camera for speeds below 6mph. We have 3 cars that we take to this dealership and it’s always a great experience!

I had my 90,000 mile service, They were wonderful! They even sent me home in an Uber and had them pick me up when it was done. They called about an added recommended service at an additional cost but got my approval first. They are always so professional and have drinks and snacks if you decide to wait. I also had 2 sets of keys that didn’t work and they got them reprogrammed very quickly. I loved how clean my car was when it was done. They always have it washed and shining when I pick it up. I just love Larry Miller Lexus!!!

The staff on site were professional and courteous and accommodating as I had never been there before and they were quick to orient me to the process of having my vehicle serviced for routine maintenance. Due to a high volume of work orders, I was unable to speak with anyone over the phone, but made an in person visit. Thank you for finding time to service my vehicle and in a relatively quickly manner!

I paid for ding and dent repair and both times I asked for it to be done they insisted I didn’t have it on my plan. This time I told them to go pull my paperwork. Shocker they found it. Although they don’t paint so waste of a service. I asked them Look at my air filters because it’s been three years, they didn’t.They don’t top fluids At each visit which is bizarre for a luxury vehicle dealership. Also now my tires are totally out of balance after they rotated so I have to go back.They don’t vacuum or wipe down each time (or if they do it’s a terrible job)The best part…I have had my car for three years (lease) and after the last time I spoke with them about the ding repair and then arguing with me on it someone went into the system and changed my name to Karen. Nice….

A year ago I had a perturbing experience due to being under some time constraint. I could see the vehicle was finished after which I had to wait for another approxamately 20 minutes before I was notified that the vehicle was done and we could finalize the paper work and I could be on my way. This time Im happy to say that the service was done promptly and we finished the paper work and I was on my way in a very good time.

Very good dealer experience for a new car service at 5000 miles. On time, nice attention to detail, timely resolutions, and good customer service. Completed the car with a full detail and return in less than an hour after an oil and filter change, with rotated tires. Every person I interacted with was professional and courteous. Lexus Murray Service had recommended repairs to my Lexus RX 330 during my first visit. I gave the service department a call later to let them know I had a service appointment scheduled the following week and they assured me that the part for my suspension would arrive before my service appointment. I arrive to my scheduled service only to be told the part was not ordered and I would need to return. So, a couple week later I make another appointment and return and find that the part was ordered, but it isn’t the correct part. Third times a charm? I left my car there overnight and the next day the correct part arrived and the job was finally complete. Overall, having to wait for a part that ultimately arrived within 24 hours after finally ordering the correct part was moderately inconvenient, but a human connection was also lacking over the course of that month. I was working with Justin throughout the whole ordeal and he was only present for 1 out of 4 of the visits. He was relatively lackadaisical about responding to me. I just wish they had apologized or found a way to make it right after all the trouble.

Julian was a fantastic service advisor, upfront about what needs to be done. The dealership itself is clean, friendly, and if you need to work, a great place to set up a temp office. Believe it or not I live in CA, but if I come in to visit family, I try to tie my services so I can go to this dealer and not my local one.

Passing through Salt Lake City we found a bubble on one of our tires. We decided to stay the night in town and visit the local Lexus dealership in the morning. Arrived at 7am and was greeted pleasantly by the service advisor Sean and the tire guy. They informed me about tires and I explained my situation of needing a quick tire change and alignment. (By the way they have an awesome alignment checker as you drive in with like 42 lasers per tire and had a reading by the time the service advisor started speaking with me) Took an Uber back to my hotel and they completed the work within 3 hours with a carwash to boot. Very friendly and professional, would recommend!

Julian was suppose to order the window on Thursday, said it would be in on Saturday. I scheduled to have the repair done on Tuesday 5 days later. I rearranged my work schedule so I could have my car there. I arrived and was told the part had not been ordered until yesterday. Josh said he would call me when the part arrived so we could reschedule. Three days later I called AGAIN to be told the part had arrived on Tuesday but they were busy so I would have to schedule out 10 days to get in. I called 3 times to get assistance from Adam but he was never at his desk. The customer services department is less than stellar.

Lexus service department ordered a tire pressure sensor for my Lexus . I previously purchased one from Tire World at the time I replaced my tires.Tire World installed the sensor on my tire, but they discovered they could not calibrate it and for some reason, ONLY Lexus could. I was willing to pay Lexus the $100 + to have this service performed. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with Lexus because they COULD NOT OR WOULD NOT perform the calibration on MY AFTER MARKET PART that Tire World installed. I was inconvenienced by Lexus. I ended up paying over $300 to Lexus for this sensor and had to wait for over a week to get it installed .At this time, I am not thrilled with Lexus and I probably WILL NOT have regular service work performed by them. I do not consider a tire part to be a specialty. Several years ago I needed to purchase a wheel and it was suggested to me by Lexus, to buy one on EBay. What is the difference? I actually thought Lexus was looking out for their patrons!I’ve ask each time I’ve come for any service work about a bad rattle in the left front of my car. I’m still waiting for a diagnosis. That’s been over 3 years. Why do have to feel like I driving an old truck when I’m actually driving one of “the best cars in America “? I know my car is not new, but I’ve faithfully repaired every problem you’ve told me about. What’s up?

I wish I could leave a 6 star review! I brought my truck in on a Saturday and worked with Josh. He accommodated me and got me taken care of while being in a good mood even though he was working on the weekend. As far as the work done, I got an alignment and could not be happier. They got all the adjustments right on the money and now my truck drives straight as an arrow! I could not be happier and I wont be bringing my truck anywhere else. Highly recommend!

We were very disappointed because they told us we had a warranty service call and when we went there they said oh this is a big one you’ll have to take a loaner car and come back which was fine but since we were there doing a service call under our warranty. But they neglected to tell us that this service call was going to cost almost $1000. It ended up costing us $1200 because they also need to replace the battery for some strange reason. Of course we’re going to spend the money to service the vehicle, but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time instead of just handing us a $1200 bill without letting us know what to expect as we assumed this was a free service call. this is very upsetting.

All staff was great, but your technician said there is nothing wrong but ordered a part if there is nothing wrong why order a part. This is NOT our first car, my husbands knowledge gained from his education and trade, he truly knows.The way he talked to us was in the way with we shouldn’t be there, I felt disrespect, and more. I am not feeling comfortable to come back.
