I have to be honest about something. I was thinking to give a negative feedback for their car service. I had to make just an oil change in my vehicle, I had an appointment set, and both times prior today, even with appointment, I had to wait between 2 and 3 hours to get my car in the line to change oil. I thought, what is the need then to set an appointment if I get there and my appointment goes to the toilet. Today, this person explained in a thorough manner the complications of having my appointment on time due the lack of people working on the service department. Now I understand, just because somebody took the time to explain it to me. Now Im happy that my car will have the service done.
I was SHOCKED at how low pressure a buying experience this was. I normally hate buying cars but Carly was a dream to work with.We originally scheduled a test drive online, and they had the car pulled up and ready to go when we got there. We also drove a few other vehicles but ended up buying the car we originally drove.Note: we had intended to pay with cash, but to get the online list price you are required to finance. We plan to pay off the loan almost immediately but will keep it for six months to avoid a penalty to Carly (we liked her that much)
I usually never write reviews; however, the level of service and professionalism exhibited by Jose Huerta in the Service Department warranted a great review. From my interactions in person and on the phone he was always kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He makes you feel valued as a customer and goes above and beyond to make sure hes looked at all options before providing a recommendation. You get the sense that he truly cares and wants you to have a good experience. He is looking to provide solutions that make sense for the customer and not ones that merely benefit the dealership, which has often not been the case in my experience with dealerships in the past.He is very proactive about providing updates and makes sure that he reaches out to me before I ever need to contact the dealership. When youre at the dealership it is noticeable that his team members enjoy working with him and that he brings a positive spirit to work every day. I have nothing but good things to say and hope he gets recognized for the excellent job he is doing and the customer-centric experience he provides.
I love the south Towne service department! They never fail to impress me! Tim is one of the best service advisors Ive worked with in a long time.
They waste your time instead of just making it simple and sending links via email or to your phone. No one should have to waste so much time and energy. No to mention they pass you around unprofessional!

Great service department. You really feel pampered when you come in to get your car serviced. Saturdays are busy and if you dont have an appointment you might be waiting a while, but they have so many loaner cars to utilize.Jacob is my service specialist and he makes every experience enjoyable and even remembers me, my car, and whats going on in my life. I highly recommend him!
Forced unnecessary fees on the bill of sale, and when I said we dont want the key warranty he said he can opt. out of the sale. Even though my mom had amazing credit they put a high interest rate. My vehicle loan has a lower interest rate and my credit isnt as good as my moms. Caught them in lies a few times, overall not very good dealership like most others. Ken Garff Ford in West Valley was way nicer when I bought my truck there, and when I didnt want a fee on the sale they took it off, unlike Tim Dahle. Just avoid this place.
I don’t typically go to dealerships for repairs. I always go to Plowgian auto because they are very honest and great to work with. I was worried my car might be having transmission issues so I thought it might be better to go to a dealership. I expected to pay more, but for better quality service/parts. I waited an hour and a half for them to tell me that my check engine light meant my Mass Air Flow sensor needed to be replaced. I was presented with a long list of things they “NEEDED” to do on my car that would cost me a total of $1512. Most of the “necessary” items were routine inspections I had just done, an oil change (I did 1000 miles ago as says on my windshield” and a filter replacement that I again, just replaced. The one item that was actually necessary I would have been charge over $600 for. I ended up buying the $180 part online and spent 10 mins reading my owners manual and replacing it myself. I understand there are routine things that need to be done, and they may not have known I had already done them, but charging for things like an oil change and filter replacement that are obviously not needed is dishonest. I expected them to be more pricey, not crooked. If you would like my business don’t talk to me like I’m not intelligent enough to know that I’m being scammed. If the same information was presented in a way that was honest I would have had a much better experience. Unless you’re looking to pay an arm and a leg for service that you don’t need I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Well it seems when a bad deal it gets worse! After all the trouble I had with the vehicle i purchased i decided i would go in to get the paper work so i could cancel warranty only to be met by a very nice salesman who was very willing to help me. Then he asked the sales manager Rich Avery if he could get my paperwork. Very simple and I was not there to start problems until i was met by Rich, instead of asking what I needed he asked if I was there to have a conversation in a way that made me feel uncomfortable, I then told him I just needed some paperwork for the warranty which he said he would grab for me. After Two more times of him asking me what i needed only to have him stand at his desk and talk to his salesman I decided to leave. Absolute garbarge. I guess they know when the screw someone over they treat you just like the deal. Sad to know that I could never go here again since they know my face. Thanks again Tim Dahle for reminding me of just how bad a dealership can be.
Came in expecting to not have any help. But thanks to cheeky (Sergio) we was able to get a brand new 2019 Nissan Altima. With great payments and a low down payment. He really helped us out when no one else would.

This is the best service shop in the valley. They truly go above and beyond. When they started the pickup service to have an oil change I thought Id died and gone to heaven. With small children that service is worth its weight in gold. The service professionals are always nice personable too. Free refreshments and a kid area complete the package. Although they need a ton more toys in the kid area!
Absolute waste of time. The online specials show incredible prices, but a lease payment on a Leaf is $663 on a 36 month lease. Ya, NO!

Staff seamed honest, I made an appointment for 10 am but the lady left and we enter home without telling me,( she was tired, not my fault). But she was called to come and finish her ax agreement. She was great when the arrived. The financial guy was awesome, he answered my calls, but a couple of calls he didnt get back to me the same day. Car has been great, havent used the car wash or service yet.
I always liked the service department and comfortable waiting area with all of the amenities. I appreciated the service coupons sent out and of course the GTR in display which I gave found only in some of the finest Nissan dealerships.
My experiences here have always been Great! No high pressure sales, just sincere, helpful advice and a desire to help me find the best vehicle. Everyone is exceptional! (And the complementary hot chocolate in the winter is great too.) Id highly recommend this establishment ... and Nissan as well.
Tim dahle nissan sure knows how to sell you a car and not tell you anything that’s wrong with it! expect problems and expect them not to pay for the biggest part of your car to keep it working, just yesterday i purchased a pre owned 04 WRX from them and as soon as i leave the dealer, it has a bad o2 sensor, AND the DRIVELINE is in horrible condition, hope they see this and ask me to take it down and finally pay for me to have a great experience!
They helped me put my license plate on in the last 5-10 minutes they were open. Maybe I should have gotten there a little earlier. The guy hesitated helping me because they were about to close, but I told him that I was told they might help me with it. I just used the restroom first, and so maybe got there 5 minutes later than they would have preferred. Understandable...

Amazing experience UNTIL you purchase, then dont ever expect to hear back from them.I was sent out with no ppwk (the disk drive was empty) a trunk that didnt work, and an empty gas tank. Thennnnn when I tried to contact them, they never contacted me back. I have called, emailed, texted, even left messages with the secretary. Zero response. I guess my next step is the BBB and/or corporate. 🤷♀️
I was not impressed with their costumer service here. Nobody would ask me if I need help, I had to find the help myself. I pay for the Worry free package Where you get 3 oil changes, tire rotation, and cleaning. When I got to my car it was was not washed (I could understand not washing because it was raining), nor vacuumed which I felt should have been done. I was told my air filter was clogged but was never shown the air filter, they just replaced it. When my car was done the told me my car is in spot 103, or 203, but it was in the very back. I felt as a costumer they should have drove my car to me as it was raining, unfortunately they did not, and I had to walk through the rain to the very back. I usually go to Tim Dahle in South Jordan, and I get treated very well there. I would not recommend this location, I would say go to the South Jordan location.

Took my car here in August 2018 to get my air conditioner fixed. I had to replace my Air Conditioning Compressor which was $800. I work from home so dont drive very much and then we went into winter. This year my air conditioner is not working again and they said it will be another $500 to replace a hose that is coming off of the compressor. Most of that is labor, if the hose was bad they should have changed that when I first brought it in or they should cover the labor. Pretty annoyed and didnt do the fix. If I decide to shove out more money, for something that should already be fixed, it will definitely be to a different company.
You should know that Tim Dahle doesnt honor their claim to provide a loaner car for repairs over $500 like they advertise.

Was working with the service department, Trevor was a very nice, although busy, service manager. Talked to him about Sentext. Every person in the service dept was very friendly & helpful. Good place to take you auto for service.
Their oil warranty is absolutely repulsive it states that anything that touches the oil is covered I took my Silverado in for a oil pan change and they said it wasn’t covered I’d suggest buy your car somewhere else this place does not know their own warranty

Zero for customer service. The service department will not even make an effort to call you back after multiple attempts on my end. I left messages and sent emails without even an acknowledgement.I purchased a set of tires and had made an appointment a week in advance. Then, on the scheduled day they only installed two of them because they had sold the other two to another client.As it was late in the day I was left with no other recourse but to reschedule, which took over a week because no one would reply to my repeated attempts to contact them.
Went in over 2 months ago for a emc issue it was replaced, not even 2 days later same issue. It was found out it was a bad wire harness and had to be replaced. So needed to get a rental car because they said they had no loaner cars and I would be reimbursed, with it as a warranty. Now over 2 months later still getting ignored over this reimbursement.

I will NEVER go back to this dealership! I was sold a lemon! Within the first month my car wouldnt start & I was stranded at work for 2 hours. They did fix the problem, but then a couple of days went by & my touch screen stopped working!! They said its not their problem & its $1,200 to fix!! Wow, really?! I just dropped over 20k for a car that doesnt work!!! I am so disappointed!!! Shame on Tim Dahle Infiniti dealership!

If you set an appointment ahead of time it makes no difference your car will still come out no faster then someone who just pulls up. All 3 of our oil change appointments were nowhere near the quoted time, usually an hour later. So, I will not be coming back for any service here anymore.
The service department advisors are always friendly,they come out to greet you, listen to what you want done, advise if you need additional work performed. They text you and say that you can text them back at anytime for updates regarding your car. They washed my car. Love Tim Dahle Nissan!!

Today I took my car for the oil change and I forgot my wallet and when I get my car stolen 70 dollars stolen, I talked to the manager and he did not answer me for my money it seems very bad to steal the money to people and do nothing to return it I recommend to other people who do not go to that place for this kind of inconvenience was the only money I had to buy something for my children I will never return to that place

So happy with my service experience at Tim Dahle Nissan. I bought my car about 6 months ago, and all of a sudden it started shaking, grinding, and making all sorts of weird noises. I took it to a repair shop that suggested I take it to Nissan just in case there were some extended warranties. Upon arriving, I realized that I was 1,000 miles beyond the warranty. However, because the VIN could be traced back to almost exclusive servicing at Nissan dealerships, they gave me a 90% discount on repairs. This saved me THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars compared to if I had taken it to any other service shop. I will service with Tim Dahle from now on.

Vroka in service is the one to ask for..I took in my car thats not an infinity but left feeling treated like it was I mean they cover all bases and the deals are great, but its the top notch treatment that I love when I come here.
Sales department is not attentive to your questions or needs. I simply asked how to get to the service dept, and I was told to return another day, and never got the directions I requested.

After purchasing a new vehicle at one of the other dealerships in the Tim Dahle auto group I returned for a car wash. They immediately took my truck back and hand washed it in less time than even they expected. Theres nothing like exceeding expectations and that made me happy as a customer.

They are slow on service and when you pull in your always attacked by sales guys that are just standing around. Then they judge your car and act all high and mighty when they probably drive a Honda. My 350z is better than anything any of those sales guys drive guaranteed. I dont need to be ridiculed and laughed at by some 20yr old sales kid just because he doesnt like it. Well kid maybe you should have worked at Honda instead.But also this location has horrible car porters that can care less about taking care of your car and dont listen when you state you dont want a car wash and the service writer doesnt listen to tell the tech where the certain lift points are on your car so they dont damage important wiring. Worst service at any dealer I have ever been to at this location more than 3 times and I will never go there again. There southtowne location is much better managed as well as their neighboring Infiniti dealership as well.
It was a great visit. I used their free Level 3 charger to charge my LEAF. Cant complain about 80 miles of free energy in about 30 minutes!
Usually very friendly and fast. They do have a shuttle service when you have to leave you car overnight.

Not a great service day today. Had my car for over 7 plus hrs to tint windows. Arrived to pick up my car and several people were in the service area waiting their cars/service assistance. Took another 30 + minutes to get paperwork and my car. My car was a,week old... very frustrating service day!!!

I had bought the 3 for $100 oil changes and used 1, I went back months later to use another and they had informed me that my oil changes had been used at a different service center that I had never even been to. The ONLY reason its getting 2 stars is because the guy who helped me comped my whole oil change for me that day, but Im still out one oil change that I had already paid for. Their whole system is always messed up in the service center. Theyve mixed my mom and my aunts cars and services up every single time, their customer service isnt very good. They sold my mom an extended warranty when she bought her car and told her it would pick up after her original warranty ended, well they lied on that so her so called extended warranty was up only 10,000 miles after her original one ended. They also slip a clause into your warranty that if something breaks thats covered under warranty, you are not allowed to go anywhere else to fix it if you are within 40 miles of a nissan service center. Although i love my Nissan, i will not go back to Tim Dahle Murray for services and probably wont buy another car from them. Even with an appointment, their wait time is stupid long. Almost 3 hours for an oil change and an alignment, I can go and get both of those done and all my fluids checked, with much better customer service at Burt Brothers, in 45 minutes or less.

These guys will help you find that perfect one for you.
