Weve been using Trent for the last couple of years (about). We have had a great experience with them! Our coverage is exactly what we need and is very affordable. I remember always being nervous when my renewal would come with other insurance agencies, but with Allstate and Trents office we have noticed our amount due going down a bit each time. We have also had quick responses to any questions or help we may need. I highly recommend Allstate and especially Trents office!

You are NOT in good hands!!! To say the least!Ive dealt with 2 claims(both where I was not at fault) Ive had to do all the leg work. Nobody could tell me anything. It took 3 months to get anything going. No thanks to Allstate. I had to tell them who and what they needed to do. My car gets lost. My keys get lost.i get told 2 different stories. Which turns out neither were the truth. Full coverage doesnt cover jack!!! The tow and storage fee was over $3,000. Thanks to Allstates Negligence. I was even near the car when it was taken out by some vehicle. And it ended up costing g me so much time and money. Gave them another chance because of Nicholas (employee) he was awesome. And Im back in the same boat! Please look and think about Allstate very closely before making them your insurance!!!!They really dont care and try to rip you off. YOU also have to make sure things actually get done. YOU. NOT THEM!

My insurance needs were met in a thorough manner. Different policies were offered and a plan was made to care for me and my family’s needs. It was quick and easy, and I could communicate via phone, email and/or text.

I am coming back to Allstate insurance, I was with them for years, and had some trouble doing the renewal, but I am not satisfied with the new insurance company. Most of it was my fault due to a busy schedule and now that i have it worked out. Ill be much happier, and relieved.
