Worst insurance ever, any changes that you request don’t ever get done by them. They have been charging me for almost all year when I requested for commercial vehicle to be removed. Plus y’all the fees and other charges they told me that I will get back and I never did.

My parents, siblings, and I have used Monson Insurance for decades and have been so pleased. They administer our Bear River policy. I would very highly recommend them both.

Went in on a Friday morning for an auto quote. Never heard anything from agent until i called later in afternoon. Gave me one option and said he would call me back wirh another. Never heard anything. Left them a message the next Monday night asking if they wanted to sell me a policy, well i guess they didnt cause i never heard back from anyone. Poor service.

One of the best Companies I have every worked with, they really know what they are doing.I sent my brother in law over to them to help with their needs and they were so happy with the results they sent flowers, LOL.
