Ive not had any personal interaction with my agent. I purchased my policies online and over the phone. Allstate was able to literally cut my premium in HALF from what I was paying at State Farm with the same coverages! Nothing bad to say about State Farm however, they were great to work with! So far, Allstate is the least expensive I have found.
