Farmers is a great insurance company and Herb is very knowledgeable about the insurance business. He is also proactive, and helpful. His explanations are clear and very detailed. We think Herb is a great agent for Farmers.I feel that Herb can talk so fast that it is a little difficult for us to follow. I end up being informed and satisfied yet somewhat hurried and nervous when our appointment is over.

Herb has always provided great service to my dad for many, many years. My dad has been telling me and my sibling to use Herbs’ services for years. Finally, my sister did. Soon after I followed. It was a great choice! I should have listened to my dad years ago. I’ve been very pleased with Herb. My family has been as well. He’s good at what he does, I highly recommend him!

What I really like about Herb and his team is that if they see or recognize something that is not quite right with a coverage or policy they go proactive and consult with us and make amendments. Often (most of the time) this results in not only better coverage and usually a lower cost. I have had many agents over the years and am glad that I now have just one for my real estate (both investment and personal residential), motorcycles and RV coverage and most importantly a Blanket Overall policy (cant remember what he calls it) that covers and extends over our entire net worth. Herb has been at the easy to get to central location just off the I-15 and 5400 Exit for over 25 years and it is always easy to pop in for a question or clarification. I was with farmers for a lot if years near the end before my coverage was cancelled I suspected something wasnt right, my payments were sent bank showed that it was paid out but my agents office said they didnt get it.. then they cancelled and then payment was sent back to me a month and a half later after cancellation. hmmm was someone skimming off the top stealing Peter to pay paul???? and then adding funds back in saying oh sometime it takes a bit for us to see them. RIGHT!!!
