They robbed my boyfriend of two tax fees. One for over 90 dollars and said it was The Tax Group fee to file the taxes, and then they took 70 additional dollars because they had to send the taxes to be prepared and filed by another agency. They charged almost 100 dollars for a service they could NOT provide, knowingly. Absolutely terrible company. Do not use them

I will never go anywhere else to get my taxes done but The Tax Group! Jo made it easy to understand and was very friendly. Jo definitely took the stress out of getting your taxes done...and she’s pretty funny to!!! I’d definitely recommend them!!!
