Three packages out for delivery. One taken to my apartments front office, one put in my mailbox, one still out for delivery? Just give them all to my office. What the hell. Now I have to wait another day and my package was sitting the the mail truck all day for no reason.

I know the USPS usually gets a bad rap. Usually it is warranted but I commend them for keeping up with all the mail especially during the hard COVID times.They forgot to put one of the packages in my mailbox and they got the mail lady to come back out quickly and even texted me. It was all solved within an hour! Not ideal but good communication 👍

The worst post office Ive experienced. From claiming the parcel boxes arent used because all the keys are lost, to not having time to look for a box, to long lines with 1 person working. Ive also noticed that I will drop boxes with tracking numbers in the package drop box inside - and its often times 2-3 days before they ever get scanned in. Avoid this one if you can - Memorial is 10x better.

I just talked to someone on the phone about where a package I’m supposed to receive is because if the seller ships the item, it is then in USPS hands. I’m assuming USPS lost my package because I know the seller shipped my item because it notified me on the Etsy app. The USPS worker was extremely rude! She told me she had to get off the phone very quickly because she had a customer at the front. First of all, if you are going to have someone answering your phone at work... make sure they know how to speak to customers! Nothing makes me more mad then calling a company and they have a horrible woman with an attitude answering! Y’all need to get new workers that actually can have decent interactions with their customers.

I had a package that was supposed to come in and instead the tracking updated and said that it was “undeliverable” and something along the lines of the the address wasnt recognizable (I get packages all the time for online shop). I call the post office, extremely rude and demeaning lady on the phone, says the package doesn’t have the street just the apartment number and that it will be delivered later that day. I received the package and upon inspecting the original shipping label, there it was, my address perfectly in full and legibly printed by a machine, not hand written.So confused

The customer service is terrible. I put a wrong address accidentally, and it had a barcode and tracking number on the box Already. I went to the post office immediately to change the address after I talked to a woman over the phone. I changed the address under a female staff instruction. I was going to take the wrong barcode and tracking number stickers off, but she told me not to do it. I trusted her. But it is shipping to the wrong address regardless of all the effort that I made it right with a woman in the post office. They do not care if it is going to the wrong address or not. I cannot trust these ruthless staff in the post office. Don’t ever make a mistake, they do not care, they will make you pay the price for it. There is no customer service to make it right with these staff.

The last three years have been the worst. The mail carrier mixes up mail on a regular basis. We deliver the mail to neighbors. We dont always get packages we ordered, and our complaints are ignored. I suspect worse than incompetence at this point. We had no trouble for 13 years before this carrier, and now we have had nothing but frustration. The supervisor scoffed and said its because hes a man. Shes a woman. This is the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. If there were any other way, Id NEVER use our local offices. Another order went missing, but the PO registered the package delivered. No doubt someone else is enjoyong our order.

First time at this location. Had to ship out a package, and Im always hesitant to use USPS (Ive had packages dissapear and never even leave the facility)...I normally use UPS, but I gave them a shot because of the major price difference. They were busy but efficient helping the customers and keeping the line moving. The gentleman at the counter was super helpful and sweet. Service was quick. Ill definitely come here again for shipping!

Literal sloths,... all of them. The slowest at every movement they make and each of them takes 1 restroom break per customer they serve. There were 3 employees doing nothing and I waited at the front of the line for over 20 minutes. I was in the store a total of 45 minutes to mail out 1 thing and it wasnt even busy.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Because our mailbox was partially blocked one day over a week ago, our mailman has refused to deliver any mail or packages to our home in over a week. I have been calling to get this resolved for 3 days now, with no one at the office knowing what is going on. I was supposed to be called with information yesterday, and was never called back. Its getting ridiculous.

The five stars go to Eleanor who went above and beyond and was patient enough to help me, she even stayed late, too. 0 stars go to the other clerks and manager lady who made sure to make rude comments and dirty looks because I was mailing over a hundred packages. After all, that is the USPS service - to mail things. This means I spent almost $500 and simply expect to be treated better as a customer.

The LAZIEST sobs Ive ever had to encounter. My mailman will NEVER get out of his mail truck to deliver a package. If he cant somehow cram it into my mailbox, hell leave a note and then Ill have to pick it up from the post office. He had a replacement once, a woman, who I saw on a Saturday afternoon, when my tracking stated Out for Delivery drive right past my house to my neighbors...I walked right up to her and asked for my mail and my package. When I asked her why she didnt deliver she stated my car was blocking my mailbox so it was undeliverable. The car was a full car length away from the mailbox. So I asked her since I was expecting a package anyways (which was too large for the mailbox) why didnt she walk to my door...she said she doesnt have to if it doesnt fit in the mailbox. I laughed so hard the neighbors came out and asked me what was going on...when I relayed the story they laughed also. I guess she got mad because she ended up driving off and not delivering mail to the rest of our street (sorry neighbors!)Anyone I have encountered at the post office directly (because I ALWAYS have to pick up my undeliverable packages) are nice and helpful. Never gave me attitude, found my packages and did their job correctly.

My package arrived at the facility and for whatever reason they decided to send back to china after a month of waiting for it... not only are they rude and not helpful but were by their own admission, not able to give me ANY conclusive reason as to how my pkg said delivered/insufficient address. Normally the service isnt this bad but this month has been piss poor. do your best to go to another office or just do not use them for the mail service.

I had a $40 package delivered to my apartments and it was placed into a parcel locker, according to the tracking information. When I opened the locker, inside was another key to the same locker! They must have delivered my package and someone elses in the same locker and given us both keys.I went to this post office, which delivers to my address, to speak with someone about this issue and was told by an employee who took my information down that Id receive a call from their boss regarding the matter. That was weeks ago, still nothing. No effort to find the reason this happened, no effort to replace it or reimburse me for losing my package. Is it any wonder no one uses USPS anymore?

Should be 0 stars. Just called and said i had a quick question. I was very polite on the phone, and curious if I could pick up my item that must have missed the delivery truck. Woman who answered was quick to shut me up and ask for shipping number. After having to listen to her huffing and puffing very rudely and being very rude to me I said nevermind and hung up. I have never been treated so rudely, and sure didnt expect it from a postal worker.

Near 1 am about a week before Christmas I was putting packages in the self service drop when I had a problem. Even though they were closed, I heard noise in the back and I asked if there was someone there that could help. The guy responded and was friendly and helpful. WAY above and beyond what I expected.

I am very dissatisfied with this federal organization. They are a waste of tax funds. Private mail carriers are more reliable and in a competitive market they can be forced to make improvements whereas this federal organization is consistently poor across the multitude of states Ive lived in.Murfreesboro USPS is probably the worst so far. Not only are there a plethora of 1 star reviews already, but here is mine on top of it. Their employees do not seem to understand that they are still working a job. My USPS mail carrier refuses to leave the vehicle to deliver packages.I have had the same packages delivered from Amazon via UPS before with no problems. Now, USPS is saying that the address is incorrect, signature needed, and other vague remarks when in all reality once I called Amazon they relayed the note they got is there is no secure location to store the package. The front stoop is secure. Near the garage door is secure. Next to the mail box is secure.What really happened is that this mail carrier (having a bad day or not) refused to perform their job duties. If you are unwell, do not go to work and spoil the efforts of multiple people. If you are unfit, do not take a position that requires movement/labor.It would do tax payers justice to remove this festering wound of an organization from payroll.

Carriers are the worst!!! Two days now and doesn’t pick up my packages.!! Losing sales in my business because of them. Wish there was another way to ship without paying more to ship. Leaves mail box open and mail gets wet. Drops mail on the ground. Had a letter for jury duty and it was on the ground. Lucky I seen it or I would of been in trouble. Very bad carrier. I swear the carriers are stealing people’s items. The lady that was supposed to deliver my items said she left my items on the front porch but when she scanned it it said it was left in the mail box. When I came home I didn’t see any packages left. I made a complaint but ofcourse the USPS customer service will stick up for their own ! now I have to go through the process of getting my money back when she could have simply just delivered my package!!!

I live in a multi unit community and our mailboxes are all located at the entrance drive. I have had others mail left in my box, the flag up with mail to be picked up ignored and packages not delivered. I am disabled and do shopping online often. Today, a package, which was already days late, was brought by the carrier. She was going to just leave without even attempting to deliver the package to my door and just leave a note in my mailbox. My boyfriend caught her before she could leave and asked why it wasnt brought to the door. She claimed she couldnt find our unit. This is crap! My house number is clearly visible in a giant black number 6. She made no attempt because she didnt even drive around to find my house. We were both home, so there was no excuse for it not to be delivered.

I hate to complain, but the USPS is really pushing the reliability of their priority mail. I think Ill pay the premium for a private carrier next time.I had a situation recently where I sent some valuable documents within-town, and was promised 1-day priority delivery. When I tracked the envelope, they showed it as being delivered less than 24 hours later. The recipient disputed the delivery, and I was sweating bullets for ANOTHER 24 hours until the package finally showed up at the recipients doorstep. The postman (based out of the Memorial Blvd. office) had no excuse or justification for the false delivery confirmation.What good is delivery confirmation if someone at the post office can mark my package as such when it is not true? I would have been comfortable with a 48-hour delivery, if no one was lying to me about where the package was. Very sad. I would like to rely on my government postal service.

My current mail carrier is an arrogant, disrespectful twit. He clearly hates his job. Thats fine, buddy. Just dont do it anymore! Quit and make us all happier.He drives through my yard and my neighbors yard because hes too lazy to pull back onto the street. He wont leave my packages from online shopping. I never get my utility bills. He packs my neighbors mailbox so full the door wont close, and half the time, he never closes it anyway, rain or not. Not only was an employee rude and hateful but also the Manager! Who I told not once but twice she was being rude and hateful. My personal information for taxes was lost and not put in the correct box, the manager blamed the apartment complex, blamed my employeer and when I ask for help she sad hits not on me to find my lost mail, that I needed to call the postman (how do I do that I don’t know them), she continued to place blame and tell me I’m repeating myself. When I was saying if your postman said he put it in my mail box and it’s not there now it’s lost, she replied well I can’t do anything this is the female manager on 30th Of January I spoke with a manager acted like this!!! This is ridiculous, and when I get smart or hateful back due to lack of respect she gave me and her vein hateful she hangs up! This is personal information that was lost so now the post office doesn’t care if someone steals my identity and says well guess you’llHave to figure it out! I’ve had McDonald’s employees help me better than this! This manager is why her employee spoke to me and didn’t even want to assist me!

Ive let it go for the longest time and today I have to vent it about it. Whoever the person is delivering to me doesnt care if they mix someone elses mail up with mine. It could be my next door neighbors mail or someone 10 houses down, it doesnt matter to them!Today, I put mail in my mailbox to be picked up and raised the flag alerting this person to pick up the mail, what did they do? Please hire carriers who can read addresses correctly. Ive had my neighbor 9 houses down bring me my mail 4 times in three weeks: one was junk mail. one was a large envelope from my wifes bank complete with a book of checks. one was a package with a dvd in it for the family. and one was another package about the size of your hand with some toys in it. Im currently missing another small package of toys for my children that was mailed from the UK. Im going to have to just assume that my neighbor 9 houses down decided it was too much trouble to keep returning mail to me; or the carrier dropped it off at a completely new neighbor whos less honest. thanks.fire/dont hire carriers who get numbers swapped around in their heads. thank you.

2 bad experiences...First was a certified letter that I was left a card for in my mail box. I filled the card out asking that it be re-delivered. Waited a week, never was re-delivered. It was being held at the post office. Had I not gone to post office, I wouldnt have known it was there. Second, I mailed out a car payment and over a week later was called to be told that my payment was late. Went to post office, and low and behold, the envelope was at the post office. Apparently the address label had fallen off so they couldnt deliver it. Why did my carrier not make me aware of this?! Why did I have to go to the post office to find this out?! Thanks USPS!

Theres a lady named Pam that works here. She is the rudest and most over dramatic person I think Ive ever spoken to. My grandfather called to ask why he has not been getting his mail delivered & his scheduled pick-ups not getting picked up.. She told us that the mail cant always get delivered & pickups cant be done becuase they have too much to do. She even said We dont have the time to pick up scheduled pick ups & deliver mail to every address in Mboro... when we never said nor acted like they should (even though they are the United States Postal Service??????). I dont recommend using this post office. The mail carriers are LAZY & disrespectful too. They get angry and are hateful to you for expecting them to do THEIR JOB. They are miserable and expect the entire world to feel sorry for them for having a decent job. But if you expect them to do their job, they get defensive and aggressive & extremely unprofessional. When we lived on the other side of town (Old Fort Pkwy area), the mail carrier was GREAT! He was so delightful & always did his job. I recommend going to the Memorial Blvd post office the lady that works there up front is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. South Church St. carriers & clerks are obviously miserable & mad at the world for a petty reason.

WOW!!!I just had the most rude experience with a carrier...I work in a large call center in 37128 and apparently the guy had to wait on me for several minutes as I was on the other side of the bldg...When i got to him, he was very rude and wanted to know how to speed this process up and saying did you not hear the buzzer??? (ummm no)As he turns to leave he says (clear as day) I dont have time for this f***ing $h*t and leaves the property on two wheels...Ive tried calling the post office to complain but the phone rings once and stops...Not acceptable behavior.

This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS . I was on phone for 28 minutes trying to find out why postal truck is sitting in my yard ??. I went to see if the postman or postwoman was ok...the truck was empty.. so I called the number for post office and ended up talking to someone on the west coast that could not speak English !!! OMYGOSH....thats freaking crazy !!! And they wonder why they are getting such bad reviews !!!! Between trying to calm my dogs down and make sure the person is ok and being on phone for 28 minutes ..this is CRAZY !!!!

Called to see if they still have my package that was supposedly sent out on July 27th, (its currently August 3rd and I have yet to see it, 6 business days) and was rudely told it may get to me over the weekend but that its not a guarantee. This was sent to an address of my friend and was sent back to me because of an insufficient address which is total crap because Ive sent things there before. So it has been out of my hands since I sent it on the 19th and that was priority shipping. So I paid $6.80 for it to be sent all over and still not be back in my hands over three weeks later. And all they can say is its on its way. I wish I wouldve got the womans name at this location because she was the worst customer service rep I have EVER spoken with.

Theyve sent my 300 dollar package to the sender in belgium for insuffient address eventhou it was confrimed correct. Tried to call before this happened and they have it set up do you cant speak to a human. The recording asked me to stay in the line bc my opinion matters and then hangs up on you before you can day your piece. The USPS needs to end!

My package is a week overdue. It was supposed to be delivered the 9th of april but the guy delivering it didnt bother to check and see if anyone was home he just left a pink card, the kind they are supposed to leave on the door, he left it in the mailbox and marked that no one was home, we were, all day. I rescheduled a delivery that never happened on the 11th, and saw online that they would deliver it the 13th, but that didnt happen either! I cant reach the numbers listed for the post office, all I get is a bust signal and the tracking says there was a delivery delay on the 11th and then nothing else.

I went in to get a refund on an overnight package which took three days to get there. the mananger pamela pittman postmaster 12 came out to help me by screaming and cussing at me. she kept yelling and yelling telling me that I could only get a refund online. after more yelling and some phone calls she is told that she has to give me the refund because that is the only way to get your money back for express mail, online or not you must go to the post office. this was my 5th time doing this but she said I was a liar and that this has never happened under her watch. Ive never been yelled at like this. If I had done this to here she would have called the police on me for the way I was yelling and cursing. she should be fired. if this security footage got out it would be on the news and she would loose her job. give someone her job who deserves it.

Worst Service!This is the second time I have confirmed with FedEx that this post office has my item out for delivery handed over to USPS and yet it was not delivered. The excuse the post office gave in their system per FedEx was that the delivery location was not accessible. I live in a house and the front yard is not fenced in nor is the mailbox or porch. This time I shipped a package Priority, 2 day shipping and paid quite heavily for it only to have it bounce between the Nashville and Murfreesboro branch multiple times. Thus not being delivered in the 2 day priority I paid for. The customer service department did nothing to help, only say that priority isnt guaranteed 2 day shipping when its labeled as 2 day shipping.
