Dishonest delivery attempt.Message said they attempted to deliver packages at 8.02pm, and they were rescanned at the station at 8.04pm ... thats not possible.Plus we were home, have a door bell and two very reliable dogs. Plus, no note whatsoever on the door.Bottom line - the drivers must be lying. No question about it. Residential home deliveries are guaranteed by 8.00pm, so lying is the way to cover your behind when the clock struck 8.02pm.The reattempt is scheduled for three days later? Shame on you FedEx.1 star, should really be 0.

The staff here are so friendly. However, every time I am expecting a package from FedEx, they always label my package as “incorrect address” simply because the drivers cannot find it. It leaves me without an on-time package, therefore having to go to the site and pick it up! EVERYTIME!!!PLEASE tell your drivers that my address IS CORRECT and for them to make time to take the extra step to figure out if it’s a such address, versus being unconcerned. Then labeling address as “incorrect address!” It has gotten ridiculously frustrating!

Guess we have musical chair drivers here. They always have trouble finding us. I wrote it on the mail box by the road and, my drive way. Scheduled delivery today brakes screaked and, they kept going. New schedule tomorrow.. Hey do your drivers have GPS?????

You can not get a real person when calling. They did not delivery my package. They left a not while I was home. I did not receive emails nor text of updates after the package was in my state and county. They had me take two days off work and could not narrow the delivery time down to range instead it is entire day 24 hours that I have to stop my word and sit at a door and watch for their drive by delivery with no knock, no door bell ring, no email, no text, no call! Customer service useless and I will no longer use Fed ex nor accept packages from Fed ex! This is the second time that I have had major problems with them. The Federal Postal System is much more effective, efficient and has better customer relations!

I scheduled a business pickup on July 10th to be picked up July 13th. When I checked the status of my pickup online it says it was picked up 11:46 on the 13th. When I checked the shipping area on the 14th, my packages are still sitting there. How does FedEx say that the packages were picked up if I am looking at them. We have had issues receiving items and getting them picked up from our location for months now and have been unable to speak with anyone about the issues we are having. The always pick up and deliver at the Nissan Plant but seem to have a problem coming down to the Battery plant that is just next door. This is not the way to do business.

5 days from Nashville to Shelbyville and still no package !1 star is to high I will do my best not to use them again!!!!!

Got email saying package was attempted delivery, wife was home the entire day. So I decide to check my cameras. 9 cameras with all views able to see every inch of my property and road. One way in on my road and no fedex truck has attempted delivery, no tag on door. I am currently on hold trying to find a person to talk to about this, 35 mins on hold and still waiting. Website saying they won’t redeliver until Monday and it’s Friday now. Service is horrible and I want my package!

The people here were very nice and helpful. I left my card and tried to call and confirm it was there before they closed. Instead it transferred me to the corporate office customer service line. Customer service was no help and took too long. The location was about to close and customer service didn’t answer the phone until after I arrived at the location. The rep informed me this location does not have a public number so I would have to call corporate every time and wait. It was very inconvenient and the rep was also rude.

Expedient and friendly. Its a great location with fast service. You may want to take the small access road/alley nearby if you plan on making a left on Thompson. Use Google maps ahead of time if youre not familiar with the area. Traffic tends to back up at that intersection.

I dropped a USPS package in the bin and they made sure it was sent to the post office for delivery. Thanks for handling my dumb mistake correctly. Nice and efficient every time Ive gone inside also.

FedEx in Dallas TX answer call to address my concerns over the delivery due the 6th.My location near Nashville TN had damage from tornada and redirected to Murfreesboro TN.Now I know were my orders are and on the way to my place.

The service was fast but $35 was too much to send I letter for 24 hr shipping.

I went here to pick up a baby ball python due to cold temps and not wanting her on a truck all day. The lady working was afraid of snakes but was so nice. We opened the box in the lobby to make sure she was okay and ended up taking her back to the counter so she could take a picture.

I use FedEx to ship at work. I really like using Fedex. The only thing I dislike is When you call in its hard to speak with a human. The driver from Fedex that picks all my stuff up is Luke. He really goes above and beyond his job. He gave me his personal cell phone number so If I had a issue I could call him for help. Luke deserves a raise.

I have been having the same product sent to me for over a year and have had no problem receiving it until last week. Not only did I not receive my package, but the driver scanned it as being delivered. This person is not only dishonest since he changed his story three times or more but now Ive decided I will never use Fedex again which is costing me more money than before since I have to use USPS Priority. I am now waiting on a delivery dispute and I have ended up not having a package that cost me $40.00

Delivery was supposed to be at 10:30am this morning and my package hasnt even left the facility. So I called and they said it was out for delivery amd should arrive by 3pm while on the phone with them I seen the delivery truck in my apts and I didn’t receive anything so I called again and they told me that it was just loaded on the truck and it should be delivered by 5pm. I understand things maybe moving slower due to inclement weather but it has been like this for days. They have had enough time to change delivery date/time. The site is slow at updating. I wouldn’t have to call so many times if they were quicker at updating it.

Package was dropped off on a Friday. By Tuesday the package hadnt even been scanned in. When pressured the person on the phone said not to worry, it just wasnt scanned but it was shipped and will arrive Wednsday. NOT 15min later the tracking number finally shows it being scanned in for a Friday delivery. They are LIARS. If I had not complained my package would still be sitting there in the store. When your business involves shipping items to customers fedex will make you look bad, especially the dishonest people at this location.

Drivers using roads as an excuse. Im a professional driver. The roads were okay enough to make runs. Seeing how UPS was running and other customers in area got their packages from FedEx. This is bullshit. Delivery was to be at 1030 this morning then we were told tonight now tomorrow. yeah professional drivers my ass. They are lazy and dont wanna work, but hey thats what happens when you get guarantee pay.

They didnt have an option to find out the latest shipping out time for over night express shipping. It just kept sending me in circles on the phone. I had to drive an hour to the feed ex facility to find out the information.

I paid about $86 to return an item back to Arizona. The next day this package shows up to my home 2 miles away. Why would I pay $86 for it to go back to my house? I tried calling but this number just takes you to some headquarters that took me to billing, who said they couldn’t do anything.
