Angel did really well on my wax along with my mom. We both were really satisfied as normal. She is such a great worker and definitely has a bright feature ahead of her. Always making us feel comfortable and just overall a good wax experience.

Great service, clean setting, affordable and quick!I have been here multiple times, the online scheduling is great, convenient and easy. Service gets an A+ for amazing and affordable. Eury and Delta are great! Anyone you get there is pretty good at what they do. Each technician has their own method, however you will be in and out in no time!

I went to get a Brazilian wax and this would be my third time ever getting one so I booked online for Danielle because she did a great job last time I went but received a call the next day from the receptionist asking what additional services I was requesting. I told her eyebrow arch and wax upper lip as well so she told me that would be fine but she would have to push the time back from 4:00 to 5:45 which was not a problem for me. When I got off the phone I received a message stating my wax would be given by Eury and I didn’t say anything about them giving me someone new because I thought maybe because of the additional services maybe she wasn’t able to do it at that time. I went to my appointment and Eury waxed my eyebrow and upper lip fine, however when she was giving the Brazilian it felt like she was all over the place and I thought you’re supposed to go towards one direction but this is not my profession, I just remember them doing it the last two times I’ve had it done. This wax was hurting more then usual and I guess because of my reaction she asked me if this was my first wax and I said no my third, thinking this feels like my first but only worse. It just hurt more than I thought it should. I told the receptionist as I was checking out that I wanted Daniele next time and always. I took a shower later and I was burning from the wax and I felt as if I was swollen so I had my husband look and I had an open cut and an abrasion on another area and I know this as well because I ended up going to the doctor. I called the next day and asked for a manger and the receptionist told me they don’t speak to customers right away but could call me back and asked me what it was regarding so I told her and she asked me who it was and I told her, she tells me oh that’s the owner😡so not only am I’m hurting but you tell me the owner did this to me. So she tells me she can have her daughter call me back because she is co owner. 2 tries after this I get a call back from the daughter and I tell her what happened and she tells me this can happen because it’s a sensitive area and sometimes it does happen. I tell her it’s never happened to me and I just wanted my money back. I didn’t get an apology but what I did get told after that is that Danielle no longer works there and my next appointment was just cancelled. It was fine with me because I was never going back anyway. That was crazy to because she was working the day before but now she is no longer there. If that type of stuff happens when you get a wax they should have something to warn people or something but you don’t ever have to worry about me ever going back.

Love coming here! They are so throughly with their service. I have informed a couple of my lovely friends about this facility and they all love it. They are good at making new customer feel welcome. Great service, fast, and efficient

I went to get an underarm wax on 3/26. The front receptionist was very nice and so was my waxer. Unfortunately my underarms were very sensitive after my wax, which was unusual. I have been getting waxed for 2+ years now and I know how my skin reacts. I woke up the next morning with a large rash and my skin was sensitive to the touch. I know I lifted since I have worked in this industry before and checked with two esthetician friends of mine. They confirmed that my skin did indeed lift. I called back that morning asking what I should do since I have never had this happen. The front desk said to put aloe on it and call back if I’m still experiencing pain. I did indeed put aloe on it, but my skin got worse. I was very upset with how the situation was handled. I didn’t get an apology or asked how to help the situation. I wouldn’t be nearly as upset if they would have said sorry for their mistake.My skin is dry around my rash and flaky like a sunburn. - night of 3/27First picture is night of 3/26.Second picture is morning of 3/27 with aloe.

I went for brazilian wax and was seen by Eury. This was the first time I had ever been waxed below the belt. She had no respect for my pain and laughed at me when I made pain noises. She also didnt stop when I said stop and continued to say she only needed to do a little more. Im giving 2 stars for the receptionist being really nice and recommending Eury receive some sort of sensitivity training especially surrounding sexual areas and consent.

I went to get a Brazilian wax because my regular place was booked. The lady was quick but I still have a lot of short hairs left. Also, the place didnt seem fresh and clean to me. It looked dingy to me. I came home and scheduled ahead of time to make sure that I get into my regular place.

I have followed esthetician, Nikki Fazioli, from studio to studio bc she is that AWESOME. She is a consummate professional. Knowledgeable and experienced in her profession. She makes me feel so comfortable. She’s kind and caring. We have so much fun chatting about life. I highly recommend her for your waxing needs. You will not be disappointed.

Great waxing place! Everyone there is super friendly! Eury is nice but seems to rush through the wax and often misses hairs. I just got a wax today, this being the second time I’ve been waxed by her, and while she works quickly it seems to be too fast as she does not do very a very good job leaving me with lots of hairs left behind to get rid of myself later :( With that being said, I would still recommend this location as the service is always great!

Look. I got a wax back in like January or February I think. All I know is I’m sitting outside of a new waxing place for the first time in months and I’m nervous. I’m nervous because Flame did me so right, y’all. Like...I’ve honestly never had such a good Brazilian wax! I was in and out in 10 minutes and now I’m searching for my Flame in Boston. Please girl move up here so I don’t have to go to anybody else lol

I’ve only had Brazilians done in the past. Today, was my first full body wax and it was great. I highly recommend Flame. She’s knowledgeable, does a really thorough job and takes measures to make sure your comfortable. I will be back!

This makes my second time visiting with Authentic Brazilian Wax. Customer service is excellent. My leg waxing experience has been awesome. I make appointments once a month and it is so worth the price not to have to shave! Next month will be my 1st appointment for a full body wax!!! I am looking forward to it. I have tried different waxing specialist each time I have visited to find the one I want to stay with. So far, they are all wonderful. I recommend this place to everyone to try!
