Love my Dentist office @Indian Hills Dentistry! They are the best. They have very friendly staff that explain everything in detail before you have it done so that you are informed and comfortable. They will answer any questions that you may have. They always put me at ease knowing I am getting the best care possible. My family and I have been patients at Indian Hills for years and we absolutely love this office! The staff is super friendly, well trained and really care about their patients, both medically and personally. My kids were young when we first started there and this office is amazing with children! I always recommend Indian Hills to anyone that asks where to find a good dental office. So glad I found them! HUGE improvement from where we used to go. If you are looking for a good dentist office, definitely give Indian Hills a call.

My tooth was cracked in the back. It began to hurt when I bit down. After a series of x-rays, the dentist confirmed the crack and made an odd statement that she wasnt sure she could get back there. They told me they would get the crown pre-approved and call me. I had to call them and I was told they didnt have any appointments for 6 weeks. I said youre kidding right, my tooth hurts and they said, oh we can just give you pain meds. I told them no thanks. I made an appointment with another dentist that brought me in in less than a week and my crown is great. Thank goodness there are good dentists out there, but its sure not this one. Be careful.

I have some serious anxiety and used to avoid going to the dentist... until I found this gem. Every experience has been stellar with scheduling, Vals greetings at the front (always quick, kind, and accurate), and the thorough, gentle services performed by the dentist and hygienists. I am grateful to have found such a great place to have my dental work done!

Im very happy with the results; they were very thorough, conservative and careful with me. I was treated with respect by a competent and caring staff. And no pain! My tooth was expertly repaired. I plan to be back for regular cleanings and ongoing care.

I always hated going to the dentist until I found Indian Hills Dentistry. They are fabulous! They have the best receptionist that greets you immediately, takes time to listen and explain anything pertaining to your care. Ms. Val is the best! Once you get passed Ms. Val and she calms your nerves with her cheery self, you are in the best care with the hygienists and dentist. Best place ever!

I had my very first visit today, upon entering the reception area I noticed that it was very neat and clean. Before I could reach the front desk I was greeted by whom I assumed was the receptionist, she was very pleasant and it made me feel welcomed. As I was called to the back (still nice and clean,) each staff person was just as pleasant as the receptionist, each procedure was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff is amazing here! My teeth feel super clean and they were very welcoming. We just moved here and I needed to bring my 16 month old with me. They were so kind to her and played with her while I was getting me teeth cleaned. I felt very welcomed and my daughter had a good time too. We look forward to more visits in the future.

It had been many years since I had gone to a dentist. I have a lot of anxiety going. I had an issue with a filling and crown coming out, along with most of the tooth. After calling around, I decided to give Indian Hills a try. When I called, the receptionist, Val, was the kindest person I’ve spoken to over the phone! She was incredibly understanding and was very thorough about my options to come in, and left it totally up to me whether it was going to just be an appointment to look at the damage or to fix it. After arriving, the hygienist, Sam, and Dr. Klope were both super friendly and understanding of my anxiety. I felt so comfortable and at ease with them. I highly recommend this office of fabulous people!

I absolutely love coming here. I no longer dread the dentist. The ladies are so amazing. You feel like they are your family. I would never go anywhere else. I first went when I was pregnant with my twins and my gosh were they phenomenal. I felt like royalty, they were so great. And even now, over 2 years later they haven’t changed a bit. Great staff, courteous and fun

I was taking all the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt but they really lived up to the rating. They have the patient in mind at all times from the TV in the room to the hygienist who was very careful inside my mouth. The 8-5 hours may seem a little irritating but they understand when you treat your staff well it is a better experience for the customer.

The people at Indian Hills Dentistry make it what it is...amazing! We (2 adults and kids 11 and 4 years) have been going to Dr. Klope since she was Dr. Brown (for about 6-7 years) for both preventative care and repair dental work and have nothing but good things to say. I refer anyone looking for a dentist to them. She even advised us to see an orthodontist at the appropriate time for a condition we didnt realize my son had. We followed her advice and are so glad we did. She saved us about $50,000, a broken jaw and a lot of unnecessary pain and suffering. The condition was easily fixed by the orthodontist in under a year. They are very good with children as well and this makes it so convenient to get all our cleanings done at once and reduce time away from work. Sherry, Val and all the staff are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. The office is clean and as inviting and homey as a dentist office can be. Val even goes out of her way to have essential oils diffusing in the waiting area! If you are looking for a dentist in the Church Street area, dont think twice, make your appointment!

From the time I walked in the door until the time I left I saw smiling faces and talked with friendly staff. They took time to make sure I was numb and ready for my filling. I’m grateful because I needed an extra numbing shot. They offer new technology and a comfortable environment. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I have been a patient here for years now. Front desk is always friendly and remembers your name. The hygienists are always so thorough and feels so pampered each time I have my cleaning done. And Dr. Klope is always so pleasant and make sure to check that everything is perfect. Sad to say we have to move away and now I am dreading to see a new dentist.

All catching up and they remembered everything going on in my life the last time I visited. Theyre very personable and just honest good people. I absolutely love this place! I first went last year and now both my husband and daughter are going here. They are so nice! And professional! And knowledgeable! I was offered the other day that if I wanted to use my daughters insurance then I could go to another place. I said no thank you! This place and the ladies there are now part of the family. Val has always been so sweet! She calls me and knows me by name, or at least she always acts like she does (good manners! Ha!) The ladies that take care of my teeth are just amazing! First time EVER Ive had 2 checkups with no problems to report. They are all top notch responsible, professional, personable, skillful, knowledgeable, and patient. Ive been to several dental offices in Murfreesboro and this one wins! Reasonable wait time. Great staff. Kept me comfortable the entire time and took time to explain everything happening. Didnt leave me in the chair for long hours or force me to listen to a receptionist delivering a sales pitch for $200 toothbrushes. Didnt leave a screen up that showed patient names and procedures for all to see (all these things have happened to me elsewhere in Murfreesboro). Glad to finally find a place I can feel good about going to.

I cant say enough good things about Indian Hills Dentistry! I have gone to the same dentist since I was a child until about 5 years ago when I switched to Indian Hills. They always make me feel very comfortable and so welcome when I walk through the door. No one loves the dentist, but I can honestly say that I enjoy going here. Val is wonderful, even over the phone she has this way of making you feel like you are her very best friend and shes excited to talk to you. Shes understanding if and when you need to change an appointment (even if its the third time youve changed it!) Jamie, (dental hygienist) is so great! She makes me feel totally comfortable and is always so nice. Dr. Klope is excellent and really takes her time to make sure all of her work is perfect and that you are happy as well. The last procedure I had, she took extra time to correct what would seem a minor imperfection to some but something that really bothers me. I had not even talked with her about it, she just took it upon herself to make everything perfect!

First time for a cleaning there. Everything was great, felt very comfortable and my teeth and gums were feeling much better and refreshed after. All of the staff were very congenial and my dental hygienist did a fantastic job.

Even though I am not a Murfreesboro resident I make the 45 minute drive from Nashville to Indian Hills Dentistry. My overall experience has been excellent. You feel welcomed immediately upon arrival by the receptionist and staff. The hygienists are efficient and make you feel comfortable in their presence. Service is prompt with minimal to no waiting time and Dr. Brown makes you feel like you have known her for years. She makes going to the dentist a pleasure not a chore.

From start to finish, it was very informative and they are always sure to give you a good estimate as to what insurance will cover on your treatment. GREAT experience.

This is by far the best dentist that I have ever been to. Ever since we started coming here about 3 months ago (needed a lot of work done) they have been as kind as they were the first day. They remember my husband and I by name and usually have us checked in before we get in the door! The office is beautiful and makes you feel as comfortable as you can be for being at the dentist office! Every time they have done work on my mouth, they are always considerate and asking if Im okay or need to take a break. I hope to be a long time visitor. First let me say that I havent seen a dentist in over 15 years due to the horrifying experience as a teen with braces. knowing how important mouth care is, and knowing what can happen to not only your mouth but also your heart and other organs related to gum care, I decided it was time to take the challenge. after asking a few of my nursing co-workers who they liked best, they referred Indian Hills dentistry.From the initial phone call with scheduling the appointment, to the actual arrival into the facility with the dreaded placement into the chair, Dr. Brown and her staff exceeded above my approval and amazingly conquered all fears I had from visiting the dentist. they completely understood my concerns, and didnt criticize me for the work they had ahead of them! The dental crew were very sympathetic and talked me through everything they were doing. the staff was very educated as to what needed to be be done, and during the fillings and repair from a chipped tooth, the staff helped me to focus on what was ahead of me without fearing what was going on.I no longer have to fear having my teeth cleaned or worked on! Indian Hills Dentistry was great from the moment I walked in until the moment I checked out!. no long waiting periods, friendly staff, sympathetic dental crew, and an overall Awesome experience is what I enjoyed at Indian Hills dentistry. I have severe anxiety when it comes to someone elses hands in my mouth, so I am always on edge when it comes to getting in a dental chair. Chelsea was patient, kind, reassuring, knowledgeable and comforting the entire time. She kept me informed about what she was doing, why it was important and how far along we were in the process from x-rays to polishing. She even stopped at one point to explain how a tooth root feels when I mentioned pain in one particular area. Knowing how knowledgeable she is was really comforting for me. Id definitely be asking for her again if it werent for the fact that the wonderful office staff always tries to keep you with the same hygienist - so, even if I didnt catch her name Id be seeing the same familiar smiling face at my next appointment. Which for me is nice because consistency and familiarity really help ease the panic, but just in case she made a note in my chart so that I dont have to have that awkward conversation again with someone new should she not be there. Dr Megan Klope is amazing! Sweet, smart, diligent and dedicated! Shes really just a great person and I feel lucky to have her in charge of my oral health.

DO NOT GO HERE! The front desk lady was very rude and the staff had no idea what they were doing! The lady they had to clean my teeth was very rough. Now that could have been it had been two years since I had a cleaning. The assistant could not answer any of my questions about the work I was having done. She had to go ask someone else to get the answer on top of that she sucked up my cheek and tongue the whole time. I will never return and would suggest that you not go here!
