Painless and quick with the tooth pulling. The dentist and assistant were very nice. Also the receptionist was very helpful and nice.
This was a very good experience for me and I am looking forward to seeing the changes in my smile upon completion of the work!Only drawback for me was the mouth X-rays that were taken. Probably near 12-13 X-rays taken which seemed to me like a lot.Other than that the entire experience was definitely to my liking. Thank you!

I had to wait a while for my appointment but honestly, the service and kindness of the staff completely made up for it. Firstly I will say, I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years and was pretty nervous about going. However, everybody there turned that around and even while I was being examined or having to do the uncomfortable X-rays, I no longer felt nervous or sick to my stomach.Alexus did my X-rays and she made me feel so at home and cared for. What a sweet and real person, I hope that her boss will read this and give her praise.I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr Douglas. Any dentist I have had in the past has been rude, arrogant and made me uncomfortable. This man was such a sweetheart and so humble. I felt I could ask him anything and we chatted about our personal lives a bit.All in all - the wait may have been long but considering the service I received, it did not matter one bit to me. If I have to wait a bit longer at this dentist to be seen by such sweet people rather than be at another and be in and out with jerks, I’ll take it.Highly recommend
Waited two hours to see the dentist. The dentist and staff was nice, but the office manager tried to sell me on services I could not afford. I left feeling like I wasted my time here. I will not be back. This place feels more like retail then dental and it feels likes it’s all about making the most money off patients.
I was quoted an amount for a Dental procedure. I was told that I had to pay half of the amount in order to schedule an appointment and then on the day of the appointment I would have to pay the remainder, which I did. I paid close to 4,000 and my insurance was supposed to pay the remainder. There was a mistake made on Aspens end because they did not put in the correct coding in the system when they provided me the quote. Over a month later I get a bill for another 4,000, with threats of them sending it to collections. They didnt even have the decency to call me and let me know, I had to call them after receiving the bill. If I would have known that my out of pocket expenses was over 8,000 I would have waited to get the procedure done. I plan on making a complaint with the BBB along with state. I do not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.
Everyone was courteous and very helpful. They were very efficient in getting my dentures made. I am very satisfied with them.
From the beginning like when I was looking for emergency care they are there for me schedule appointment is flexible starting from 7:30am, front desk is nice x ray personal nice doctor Williams nice office manger is nice all together is good people god bless all I will bring all my family there.
Nightmare dont do it I paid 9,000.00 for teeth removal, 2 implants and for their best dentures. The first temporary set did not fit I was supposed to keep in my mouth while my mouth healed they fell out and wouldnt stay in. After 6 to 7 weeks they made a second pair could only wear the top one that wasnt helpful was told oh just wait until your post are exposed we will make your permanent teeth. The teeth were too big in looks and would not stay in I could not talk or eat was told youll get used to it. I complained and they made another pair this one they made me sign this will be the lat pair they still dont work and look terrible. I made a Bbb complaint asked for a refund for the teeth the response was oh come in and spend more money for implants we cant fix them you have bone loss ok why did you not tell me that before now? Never never go there. The satisfaction guarantee is a lie.
Everyone was nice. They made you feel comfortable. They took their time to see exactly what was wrong. I only gave them 4 stars because they should work with people on limited income more. I think they should hold collateral or something not always go on credit. Trust a person with monthly payments if they are willing to pay something upfront & continue payments.
Absolutely HORRIBLE scheduling! Oral surgery scheduled for 1:30.. 3:40 still not back in the chair. Explained to receptionist we had to take off work for this procedure we can’t reschedule and we haven’t eaten in 24 hours.. her response “been there”. Not sure who is in control of scheduling but they need better training. You can not schedule oral surgery 30 minutes apart. And teach the office staff to have a little more compassion .. very rude. Finally went back at 4:15.. still not sedated 30 mins later. 4 hours of waiting.
I had a great experience getting my teeth examined. Tbh the process was its usual move here, sit here, bite down. Everything was perfect, when I was finally getting my consultation and price break down I was assist by a lovely woman who was just a pleasure and was very kind and knowledgeable and help me set up my procedures and understand the pricing per procedure. I look forward to going back.
Great customer service from each of the staff! I felt very loved and cared for as we were finding out the issues I was experiencing. I don’t have dental insurance so I had to check out financing options. Stephanie the office manager was so patient and friendly as we worked out a plan. I highly recommend them!
I was rocking the CASBAR with Ozzy and Alice when a flock of bats flew over during the screaminest guitar solo of the century. Alice, worried about his reputation, ducked behind a stack of Marshalls. Ozzy couldnt get his hands above his head at his age. OlePops had to save face for the boomers. I jumped up and grabbed a bat, rared back and took a bite... before I noticed it was a Louisville Slugger.I tell you what, those girlies at Aspen Dental really fixed up my choppers!
I took my 90 year old mom to Aspen to get dentures. They were kind and patient with her and helpful to me. The wait was short and the process for the dentures efficient. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Aspen!

Long story short, ask for a statement of charges and keep your receipts. Their billing is questionable. Overall their dental care is basic for what they charge but they are friendly, bit they are also about the money.

Went for broken teeth, pain, possible access experiencing swelling and nausea....the initial exam/x-ray they said would only be $19 do to no insurance was false. They charged $19 for exam but was charged additional for x-ray. No antibiotics nothing ...was there for 3 hours scheduled an extraction for 10 days later.....have to live in pain and probably abcess infection for 10 more days. Staff was friendly but emergency treatment for serious potential dangerous situation is a joke...not to mention had to pay half up front for the extraction set for 10 days later...half was almost $500. The rep that was doing the financials had the price up to $5000 because they factored in partials and replacements without asking what I wanted...which was ONLY to have the nad teeth removed. Garbage chain mentality. Unimpressed
Aweful customer service!!They had my insurance info and was let in. They came mid session to interrupt the procedure saying my insurance was not accepted and that I either pay out of pocket or find another in-network dentist and pay nothing. I opted for the 2nd option since I had a valid insurance.Since then they kept sending bill charges for Xrays and exam. I called them several times, they were not willing to discuss it and kept putting me on very long holds...Overall very rude customer service. I would recommend folks to go elsewhere
There are only a few nice people there. Two of them are the receptionists. Other than that I hate this place! Julie is the only decent one in the back so if you go pray you get her. I bit the bullet and got dentures and they are terrible. It was the worst decision of my life. I wish I had my old teeth back, thats how bad they are. But despite how much they claim to save a bunch of money including my really good insurance I spent a nice chunk of change on something Im completely dissatisfied with so Im pretty much stuck with them for several years now.

Cecily Williams DDS done a great job. I went in for a tooth extraction and she pulled it out without pain in 20 seconds if that after the numbing agent took place. Every other dentist I have been to other than an oral surgeon have just rocked back and forth, gotten on top of me and have left tooth particles in my gums for months. She knows what she is doing. She is not some dentist fresh out of school.

I am a 46 year old woman who still has baby teeth. After many years of hiding behind my pain, I called Aspen. The day after Thanksgiving. They were only open til 1 p.m. I called, they got me in at 11 a.m. The DA Julie was beyond capable and competent! She has a natural way of connecting with the patient. Her ability to tune in was the best medical care Ive ever received. Then in walks big ol Dr. Lance! What a great guy! I cried. Julie held my hand and let me squeeze her arm. Dr. Lance was so calm, so gentle and in no time that baby tooth was out! The team at Murfreesboro Aspen are amazing! The receptionist was also amazing... no judgment no weird office stares! Just great care. THANK YOU JULIE AND DR. LANCE!!!
My first time experience at Aspen Dental was pretty good for the most part I had to wait longer than I felt I should have due to wanting to get my procedure done on the same day as my initial appointment. I definitely will be going back.

My visit was for dentures. I was a little nervous at first, but the staff there were kind and everything from the billing process to the procedure I had was thoroughly explained to me before hand. Was asked to pay for my cleaning scheduled next month on my visit yesterday. I have never had to prepay before. I just waent 5 months prior to another dentist and was told I need 2 crowns and 2 fillings that will cost 3326.00 total. Aspen told me I need 5 crowns and 3 fillings for a total of 7024.80 I am uninsured so this is all oops costs. I am 86 years old and was surprised that there would be so much variance in price and in what they felt I need especially at my age.

You get what you pay for! Went online scheduled an appointment and filled out my patient info. Went in probably 20 minutes before appointment time, waited about a foot from the receptionist for about 5 minutes before he finally said anything to me then he asked my name and said. Have a seat, Ill be with you in about 20 minutes. I was completely shocked but I took a seat. About 20 minutes later he had a different person call me up there and ask for me to fill out the patient info. I informed her that I had done it online and showed her I had a saved pdf of it incase they wanted it emailed to them. The guy snapped it probably wont even come over until tomorrow, so do you want to wait till tomorrow of fill it out again ? I filled it out and returned the iPad. Waited an additional hour after that and paying for my x-ray and exam before I was called back. X-rays were done and I was placed in an exam room.Waited AWHILE before dentist came in the room, she tried to open my mouth and could not enough to do anything. She said she suggested getting all wisdom teeth removed and walked out. She was seriously in the room less than 1 minute. I was then walked to another waiting room and waited for the check-out person. I met with her, she was nice, but told be A. I owed an additional 10 dollars.B. That the removal couldnt happen with them their for another 6 weeks and as a cash pay patient to do 2 teeth not all 4 would be just shy of 3,000. I said I would have to explore my options elsewhere. I was in complete shock that they had charged me an additional fee, I work in the medical field, when you have a self pay patient you inform them of any and all upcharges before they are preformed, and how about that non existant exam, didnt that cover any charge. The dentist couldnt even place a single instrument in my mouth. I felt like they were just trying to get money out of me not give quality care. The only outright rude one was the male receptionist . They X-ray tech and assistant were fine no issues couldnt speak on dentist due to lack of time, check-out seemed nice, I was just baffled by what she had to say...

I was not pleased at all i went there with a tooth that had losened basically falling out they charged 392 dollars to remove never even used any tools to remove dentist used gauze pulled out by hand i also asked about removing all teeth later because of a hereditary condition was quoted over 13000 dollars after my insurance i would be liable for over 8000 dollars i done research total before insurance at many other dentist less than 5000 aspen dental is way over priced and over rated

**UPDATE**7 Months after paying $2000 top set of dentures when i FINALLY GOT THEM. They were AWFUL. Painful crooked and jst soo fake looking. The entire staff tried to convenes me I was crazy. So I took them home... My family without me saying a word saw every single thing I saw... i do not recommend!!!!Well so far so good. I will post an updated after my next appointment so this is my experience thus far.The front desk people are super friendly, the dental assistants are super nice and both doctors Ive seen have been super friendly. Ive never had a dentist so easy with the numbing shots that I hardly felt a thing. And Im so far happy with the overall look of my dentures. They are a little big which is why I said I would post an update. But so far so good. As long as they keep their word about customer satisfaction then they will be 5 stars

Terrible place in Murfreesboro tennessee. Please don’t go they will quote you a price and you will continue to receive a bill after it’s paid and the quality of their work is awful. Their money back guarantee is a scam. I tried to get my money back on several occasions and they refused and they continue to send me a bill after I have already paid what they had originally quoted me. I’m sure they will try to ruin my credit when they don’t receive the extra money they tacked onto my bill.

Will not be returning and definitely do NOT recommend!I called yesterday asking about new patient services, what to expect in the first visit, and costs. They would not disclose any cost information over the phone in terms of cleaning and repeatedly suggested I come in for a new patient visit (which includes X-rays, an exam by a hygienist, and a consult with the doctor about moving forward). They promised it wouldnt take more than an hour, and to speed up the process, I could fill out the paperwork they would send via email.First problem - they told me I wouldnt keep the discount special if I didnt didnt make an appointment soon (shouldve hung up the phone then). Second problem - the confirmation email never came. So I had to show up 15 min early to fill out the paperwork. Then they had me pay my $19 for my new patient visit before I even did my appointment (shouldve walked out then). Long story short, I spent TWO HOURS in their office and still didnt get a consult with the doctor. I walked out of my patient room and no one stopped me. A waste of money and an even bigger waste of time.
I was visiting from out of state and needed a crown reset after it had come out. I had never visited an Aspen Dental office before but they accepted me as a walk in. The clinic was very clean and following CDC guidelines. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Dhankhar was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable as possible. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Aspen Dental of Murfreesboro made the experience as well as it can be.
Im an older person, 72 yrs young, and have dentures. I needed just the lower plate replaced due to loosing a tooth and cracking starting. I couldnt have made a better choice than Aspen Dental! The entire staff that Ive come in contact with have been very caring, knowledgeable, understanding and just a joy to work with. I have medical problems that doesnt allow my jaw to open very wide. Once they saw this, they were able to use my existing lower plate as the model for my new one. That was wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend Aspen Dental. As Ive worn dentures for almost 50 yrs, and trust me, you get what you pay for. These are some of the best and well worth every penny.
Very poor customer service. They were running over an hour behind because they were short staffed and failed to let clients know that. Also, was not told that the cleaning would not be done at the time of the appointment as that has to be scheduled at a different time which defeats the whole purpose of going in for a cleaning. Very inconvenient.
Dr. Williams and her team instantly engender trust and exude a comforting, no-nonsense brand of professionalism. They took care of me and I trust them fully. Cant recommend them highly enough.
Great staff, I love talking with everyone there, they are all such wonderful people. Dr. Coggins is one of the nicest dentist you will ever meet. All the staff there does anything you need to make you feel comfortable. Ms. Crystal the hygienist is amazing as well, very sweet lady who will make you smile when you she her. Cant say enough about them .

This is the only dentist office Ive been to in the last couple years. Its always very clean the staff is always friendly and they have credit cards you can apply for if you cant afford treatment. the only thing that bothers me is that there is a TV running in every room and on every patient chair. Its a good distraction for someone afraid of the dentist but I find it annoying.
I wish I was able to give them 0 stars, because the way this place has done my mother which she’s 73 years old, She paid them 950 dollars for their services and she has nothing and they took 200 and something dollars from her money before they even sent it back to her, God doesn’t like ugly, so just think about it before you go to this place
They are NOT prepared for any emergency situation at all!!! Me and my wife walked in on appointment at 10 oclock, we checked in and they did the xray and all the measurements needed, my wife she have some serious issues and one of her teeth got infected so bad, so the dentist give her 3 shots of anesthesia and she start shaking so bad and trouble breathing, he try to put her on some oxygen but it takes him 5 minutes to figure out which oxygen bottle are working and looking for the oxymeter after finally found it it need a battery!!! My wife start feeling better a little bit and the dentist said ow you almost make me call 911!!! What in the world happening there, NEXT he start to extract the teeth and almost half way he stop after he was pushing and pulling and he said I think she need to start taking antibiotics for 3 days and we can try again and he walked out!!! We was in a big shock dont know what to do my wife was crying and in so much pain she was nervous and frustrated, the nurse she was so nice but she doesnt know what she can do because there are nothing she can do about this messy situation. She talked to the owner Dr.William and the owner told her she will do it next Monday by herself, the owner didnt even bother and come to talked to us!!! I was about to spend $40k for implants at this place but if this just the start thene i cant trust theme with a dime, its absolutely the worst and horrible experience ever at this place.
This was a consult that I was there for. The young lady that took care of me was wonderful. Very helpful in every way, explaining everything and every question in detail. I’m looking forward to getting things done. 👍
I absolutely love this place! It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist, I was very nervous, everyone here made me feel at ease. I have a super bad gag reflex so I was having a hard time with the X-ray’s, the nurse(I can’t think of her name) was very understanding and patient with me. She never got irritated with having to give me a few minutes to catch my breath. The dental assistant was amazing. She understood that I was in pain and was doing everything to ensure I wasn’t in pain. Cheryl Coggins was my dentist, and she was amazing! She walked me through everything and explained everything to where I could understand. Even though she was swamped she still took the time to answer any questions and didn’t rush through anything!! I’m so happy I was referred here!! I will definitely be telling everyone about this place! Thank you Aspen Dental!!
My experience with Aspen Dental was phenomenal. My appointment was with Dr. Cheryl Coggins. She was very helpful and met all my needs. And Julie, the Dental Assistant was exceptional! I also saw Jill, the lab tech who was very helpful. I must say I was most impressed with the fact that they were able to fix my problem without trying to sell me something I didnt really need. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.
Too long waiting...1/2 hour to get in...teeth cleaning...then had to have a crown re-glued...total time...2.5 hours! Scheduling really needs a revamping!!! Pleasantness and apologies were plentiful...but sometimes that just doesnt help!!!;
Super inefficient! I went in for the first appointment of the morning, only needing a check up and cleaning. 1.5 hours later, dealing with 5 different people, and sat in different waiting rooms 4 times.... and they inform me I only need a cleaning! After pushing extra services I didnt want or have time to consult about, I had to walk out. I would not recommend unless you have half a day set aside for a teeth cleaning.

They are frauds and overly expensive. insurance frauds at that. Every time I go to get my teeth clean they never do it because they say I have gingivitis. First time I paid for it because I didn’t do my research and the second time I went I declined and went to another dental. They won’t clean your teeth until you pay $500 upfront and I wasn’t going to do that again. I went to another dentist and they said I didn’t have gingivitis and cleaned my teeth. This company is a rip off. This company should be sued. My total bill was 10k out of pocket compared to the other dental office I currently go to now, which was 2400 out of pocket. I wouldn’t recommend these people for nothing in the world. Fraaaaaudsssssss... They should be banned. I don’t know why I gave them a second chance to look at my teeth.
Over 2 hours for just an exam and then they want me to come back for my cleaning. What ever happened to getting an exam and cleaning in one appointment? And Who has half a day to spend at a dentist. I’d give them a one if it wasn’t for the friendly staff. Crazy long wait time.
I went to Aspen Dental on Thompson Lane for my first visit. I loved every second of being there. I was there for a while but them making me feel like I had been coming there for years, I didnt care how long I was there. Thats how I like to feel when I go somewhere for appointments. 1. Even though I had an appointment I waited for an 1 1/2 hours.2. I had a broken tooth that was only hanging on by a tread. (Later the broken part fell out) the doctor insisted that it was the tooth in front of it giving me problems. I insisted that it was the broken tooth and said how I couldn’t chew on it. She just looked at me blankly. It was kind of bizarre. Then she said she recommended a root canal and crown for both teeth. But NEVER acknowledged that the tooth was BROKEN. I found that just plan out weird. (Later I was told by the Endodontists that she did not recommend a root canal on the tooth that was not broken. Also by the way Aspen only do “root canals on front teeth”)3. When it was time to talk payment I was told they wanted 3,200 for two crowns. I know crowns are not cheap but that price just seemed over killer. Then I was repeated told that I could just “have the teeth extracted”. They were very pushy about pulling my teeth which I found offensive. That’s last resort. I don’t know if they thought I couldn’t afford to have the tooth treated or if that is how they make a sell. Like pay this over price bill or just have it pulled.I won’t be back. No thank you I will keep looking for a good dentist.
They were so attentive and ready to help me feel better and healthy. Definitely will see them again. Extremely friendly staff and special thanks to Dr. Pack for going out of her way to ensure I was taken care of. She also called next morning to see if I was doing well. I brought my good friend to get new Dentures, this has been an awful nightmare. My friend has very serious health issues & can not sit for too long. Aspen was made aware of this, needless to say having an Appointment time means NOTHING!! Each visit we have waited over an hour to be called back, then once in a room it again is about an hour before the Dentist sees you. It seems there is ONLY 1 DOCTOR at this Office BUT they have several Doctors listed on the wall. The Dentist is OVER BOOKED Techs seem to be limited on what they are allowed to do UNLESS the Dentist is there to over see and approve. Today my friend was called and asked to come in early if possible because they needed to do another fitting for her, we arrived and waited in the waiting room for 2 HOURS!! Then we are in Exam room WAITING AGAIN!! As I am writing this and Warning people we have been in the Exam room now for 1 1/2HOURS!! YES we should walk out but services have already been paid for 😡This Office on Medical Center Pkwy. is UNDER staffed! OVER BOOKED NOT ENOUGH DENTIST on Duty everyday or every other day. Look into another Dentist if possible, unless you like wasting your entire day waiting. P.S. IF you do come make sure to bring a drink & bring food or snacks 😬
The staff is really friendly. I went in for my crown that fell off. Came out with $4300 in potential charges. Evemnn getting a new crown would have been $1300. They stated my tooth was decayed and would need to be ground away and have a new crown put on. I went to my old dentist, 60 minutes away, and he told me there was no decay, that was the build up needed for the crown. He was able to reattach my original crown for $150. Seriously a rip off. Get a second opinion!

Everything was good overall. The staff were nice and very professional. They were upfront about costs and what to expect before the appointment. They’re affordable if you do not have insurance and just need a cleaning (my insurance was not accepted, and i did not know that until they called me). The only issue i had was the wait. I set my appointment for 10:15am. I arrived at 10am (they asked for new patients to be there at least 15minutes prior to your appointment). I was not seen until 12:20pm the lady doing my X-rays was rushing through. I was concerned they were not going to come out well because she was rushing so much. I then had to wait another 15-20 after X-rays to see a doctor who was only in there for about 20 minutes. I did not leave until 1:30pm. If they were overbooked for the days I would have rather just rescheduled
Great place, I recommend. Military friendly! I hadn’t been to the Dentist in quite some time and they squared me away. Ally is my hygienist and was awesome. Majority of the staff cameand introduced themselves to me while I was being treated. The office manager also named Ally took care of things on the administrative side! Very knowledgeable Doctors also present and ensured I understood my dental health.
Everyone was friendly and likeable. So far so good, until appointment day came where I had to wait approximately 2 hours for the Doc to do one tooth filling. It has been a week and since then the filled tooth and the one next to it are feeling like hard sandpaper (as if the Doc accidentally drilled into the other tooth or got some of the filling on it). I’ve had fillings in the past, and I am pretty sure it’s not suppose to feel like that, at least not for the perfectly healthy tooth nearby. Extremely disappointed with the result, for it was a job done very poorly.
I had an earlier appointment around 3:00 pm and was finished before 4:00 pm. My dental hygienist was very professional and had a very pleasant personality. The receptionist was also efficient and friendly.
Perfect for new patients not so good for returning clients. As a new patient I was seen the same day I made an appointment due to a toothache and was taken care of. As a returning patient with a toothache I was only giving the option of an appointment 3 weeks away even though new patient slots were open that same day. When I tried to explain my extreme pain and discomfort and that I might need to visit another dentist I was told “you don’t want to go through that whole new patient thing again...”When trying to make an appointment to schedule a wisdom teeth removal they wanted to check on the price with my insurance.. understandable! It’s been 1 week and 5 calls later and they still haven’t been able to give me a quote... After discovering they had my bday wrong they first day I called they didn’t call me to correct it they just waited for me to call them. They stated they would get right on it and call me back.. I called them back four additional times and still no one has simply called my insurance to get a quote. I’m never returning and have since easily made an appointment with another dentist.They also keep charging me $200 for a $20 exam. I’ve called twice and both times they said it was taken care of.. I’m sure I’ll get another bill any moment for $200 yet again.
Aspen Dental in Murfreesboro was wonderful! The office was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient to my needs. They have early open times, which was perfect for getting out before I needed to be at work. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They worked efficiently. Shout out to Rachel for my speedy x-rays and her effervescent attitude. Check-in, service, everything was awesome. Also, very clean and modern office.
They were crazy busy but it was worth the wait. The staff was friendly and thorough. I am looking forward for my next visit. They care about the individual.
Crystal M. is THE BEST dental hygienist you could EVER HAVE. You are blessed to have such a knowledgeable, fun spirited, beautiful person (inside and out) working for your company. Go to Aspen Dental on Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro to give her a visit. You will NEVER regret it! She explains everything about what she’s doing, constantly asking how you are, and making sure you are comfortable.
Dr. Williams was wonderful. I took my dad to get his dentures repaired and she took great patience and care with him. She truly went above and beyond to help him feel at ease, which made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend her.
Everyone there is so nice. I just loved the doctor. She is so down to earth and very knowledgeable. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait. But it is worth waiting if you have a good doctor.

Everyone starting when you 1st walk in the door is so friendly. They make you feel really relaxed by theyre friendly inviorment. .. they got me back pretty quickly took my x-rays and worked out a dental plan with me explaining everything very clearly and answering every question. Id highly recommend this place for anyone!!
The dentists have bad experience they gived me shot and couldn’t remove my teeth don’t go there.
