I love this group of people- Dr. Minyard and staff can’t be beat! They’re like a small family that cares about each one of their patients and it shows. I have been coming here for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service! Dr Minyard and staff are all very kind. Have always received efficient service. When I had some sensitivity after a cavity was filled, they were able to get me in quickly and fix the issue. Dr Minyard even called me personally to check on me. I recommend this dental office.

I have been going to this location for over a decade and the staff is excellent at helping me stay on top of my dental care. My teenager and preteen go here too and Dr. Minyard has been wonderful with my daughter who was initially fearful of dental care.

The staff is nice but dont know how to fill out paperwork. Went there with broken tooth. They miss filed paper work and my insurance company sent me a statement saying that happened. So now 2 weeks went on to 4 weeks. Your staff said few more days and all would be approved. Fri I was mad. My wife calls for me and she unloads on you. Your staff is incompetent and that is why I will never step foot in you company and will bad mouth you to everyone. I hope you have a dumb medical or dental staff do this to you and you can see how it feels. Sorry you all dont have a - ⭐ rating .

I found Embassy Dental a few years ago after being fed up with my previous dentist. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Minyard and his staff. First off, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I see many poor reviews due to pricing. If you go somewhere and pay half the price, most likely you’re going to get half of the effort. Kim is always pleasant and really knows what she’s doing as the office manager. Always knows patients by name as soon as they walk in. IMPRESSIVE! Dr. Minyard is very attentive, patient, and consistent. He takes time to ensure you’re comfortable and happy. His staff is very knowledgeable and really makes you feel at home. I will never have another dentist!

We had a terrible experience with the dental office in Murfreesboro. They didn’t know how to file our insurance, which is in network. They got it wrong and had to file all the paperwork again. My husband has had to deal with a broken tooth 🦷 for 4 weeks now. I called our insurance and they have the approval on file, but the office keeps stating that they are waiting. I got upset and was reported as rude. They are being rude as well.

I visited this dentist yesterday for my first appointment. As soon as I walk in I see my first red flag, the receptionist was wearing her mask with her nose out. She hands me my paperwork and when I have a seat I look around and this place was absolutely filthy. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months, everything has fingerprints and stains. When I look up to the reception desk, sitting there are the receptionist and dental assistant both with their masks around their necks! In the middle of a global pandemic that’s not getting any better! I couldn’t believe my eyes! It’s insanely irresponsible to be a healthcare worker and have such disregard for the lives and health of others! I have the misfortune of being immune suppressed, something as simple as a cold hits me like a flu. If I’d stayed for my appointment I could have been infected with COVID and god knows what would happen to me then. I hope you guys read this and take actions to provide your patients with a clean and sanitary space where they can have their dental needs met without serious risk of contracting anything including COVID.

Thank you Dr. Minyard for taking the best care of me! I originally found Embassy Dental after searching for a local dentist that allowed same day appointments for emergency care. The office staff have always been incredibly sweet during all my visits and they treat you like family. ❤️ I’m thrilled I’ve found a local Dentist I adore!

Went here and their prices were outlandish. My experience was very similar to other one star reviews. Highly recommend to shop around for a different dentist. Went to a new one recently and their prices were about 50% cheaper with the same diagnosis and treatment. My new dentist had extremely good reviews as well so I believe you can find much better if you wanted to.

The actual dental staff are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The office manager cares only about getting paid. The prices are significantly higher than other practices in the area, and they expect you to pay in full up front and wont work with you on a payment plan. They push the application for a CareCredit card on you, but you wont qualify with already having Good credit or better. Unless you have great insurance and money to literally throw away, Id recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE first.

The perfect example of an industry that has evolved to serve itself and not the patient. I can tell you from firsthand experience that Embassy Dental in Murfreesboro attempted to sell me nearly $1000 in unnecessary services not covered by insurance. I chose instead to make an appointment with another dentist, paying out of pocket for a second opinion using the printed quote from Embassy as a point of reference and comparison. I was told I needed NONE of the services Embassy proposed. Places like this are literally picking the pockets of their trusting patients, and its shameful.

Good dental knowledge, horrible prices. Not only are the costs high, but they WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU ON A PAYMENT PLAN. They expect payment up front on the day services are rendered, and their only finance options are a credit application for a CareCredit card. You wont qualify workout a 675+ FICO score, and youll lose points for the Hard Inquiry on top of being denied. Shop around, there are plenty of better and more affordable dentists in the area.

Over the weekend I cracked a tooth and was in pain. Dr Minyard’s staff were able to get me in Monday for emergency crown procedure. Very pleasant experience and the doctor even called to check on me that afternoon.

Their practice of requiring overpriced and uninsured (over $500) treatment before a client can get a simple cleaning is insane. I hadnt been in a little over a year but had been maintaining my dental health (no cavities found), and called to schedule a cleaning. I was told I would first have to come in for X-rays and an evaluation. My gums were examined, and I was told they were receding. That was no surprise, as they have been that way for years since I had chosen not to listen to either my mother or my dentist when I got braces and did not do well at brushing and flossing.I was then told that the only return visit I could schedule was one that would cost me over $500 (my insurance would pay nothing) followed by a few hundred every so many months for laser treatment of my gums (to kill bacteria). To add insult to injury, when I asked to see the recent and last measurements for the teeth mapping (determining gum recession) I was first told I could come pick them up and then told -- OOPS, they were deleted. I was a tad suspicious, as I am not a big believer in coincidence.AND THEN, when I was preparing to get a second opinion and filled out a form to get a copy of my recent X-rays from Embassy, imagine my surprise when I got to the new dentists office and realized those werent my X-rays! Thats a major HIPAA violation! Ive switched dentists, as you can imagine.

This is the most unique / personable staff ever, hence i travel for work so i been to every location for my braces as there ortho travels from office to office . I previously was going to an office in Nashville and one day i went to this location and ever since have let Dr. Minyard (sorry if i butchered ) deal with all my general care hes amazing and the office staff is TOP notch, the office manager is a doll i just love them i Look forward to my appointments just to chat them up, there super friendly lol keep up the great work guys !!!

The staff is always extremely friendly and willing to explain anything you dont understand from treatments to billing. They are always willing to look up what your cost will be with your insurance or make sure items will be covered by insurance before completing them.

Dr. Minyard and his staff has always gone out of there way to provide the best service I have ever experienced from dentist office. I cant tell you how many times they have opened early or stayed late to accommodate my schedule. Dr. Minyard is always quick to greet me with a smile and he never forgets to ask me about my family. He remembers all my kids names and treats me like a friend that he would hang out at a BBQ with. Good people.

Avoid this place at all costs, theyre horrible and overpriced. They come up with unnecessary treatments to spung every penny they possibly can from you and make you lose days of work just so you can come and hear the lady at the front desk, the doctor is having daycare issues, they suck, everyone of them in that clinic

What a great little dental office! The staff in the office are friendly and helpful. The anesthiticians are efficient, kind, and gentle. The dentist is a sweet man, very soft spoken and very gentle. This matters a lot to me because I have been afraid of dentists my whole life. If you want a great dentist and a great experience, come see Embassy Dental!

I was scared to death and have avoided the dentist for way too long. Embassy has been so kind and understanding creating a plan to tackle the amount of work I need. I really appreciate the time and energy they have given me. Not to mention I am not afraid of the dentist any more!

It was great I got three teeth pulled out in two weeks. doctor harris is so beyond awesome and nice it was an excellent experience, everyone their is wonderful. Highly recommended

The staff is very friendly and Dr. Mennard makes you feel at ease and I didnt even feel it when he numbed my mouth.

As always, I was very happy with the service provided. I was a bit nervous at first about the procedure but Dr. Minyard put me at ease and everything went very smoothly. I didnt have any pain during or after the procedure and look forward to getting my permanent crown in a few weeks!

This dentist is terrible. The staff is horrible, especially Kim who has a TERRIBLE attitude. Do not go here if you can avoid it. Dr. Minyard cares nothing about the patient, only about making the money. Also, he takes no responsibility for his referrals and follow up is horrendous. Ive never had such a terrible dentist. Stay Away!

My experience with Embassy Dental was fast and ;pleasant. The staff was very friendly and addressed my fears and concerns about oral surgery and possible complications. When I developed what I thought was a dry socket on the third day, they took care of the problem right away so I could my life back on track as fast as possible. The oral surgery itself went well and was fast.

Could not be happier with this practice. Both the office staff and the dental care team in the back are competent, efficient, and take pride in their work. Sandra handled all of my insurance paperwork, gave me several options regarding the costs and priorities of the several procedures I needed to get my mouth healthy, and explained everything to me every step of the way. Cody and Kim up front are always cheery and pleasant while they expertly handle my scheduling, paperwork, and pretty much any other concern. Dr. Minyard himself is extremely capable, knowledgable, caring, and personable in his approach. Very happy!

*3rd update* Forgot to mention that the office manager asked if I was going to change my review? Really? Whats the point of a review then. Well I did change it now. I had to go to the Brentwood Embassy Dental office, due to COVID-19, and get a root canal and crown. They did an EXCELLENT job and I will continue to go there. Sorry Embassy Dental Murfreesboro but things still need to be worked on there. Our personalities clash and its worth driving further for my health.*2nd Update:* Went to Embassy Dental Murfreesboro today for 3 fillings. They did a great job and I am thankful for Dr. Minyard and his team. He and his staff are awesome! Keep up the great work! God Bless!I do like Embassy Dental but the Murfreesboro office isnt my favorite tbh. I do like the office staff, my hygienist and Dr. Minyard, but I do believe they try to oversell a lot with unnecessary procedures. Im not a dentist or hygienist but thats what I personally believe. It is a corp dental office, not a private practice, so I guess I understand. Im glad my insurance covers it too, or Id probably find another office to go to.*Update*: Kim, the Office Manager, called me back to discuss some of the services that I choose to get are optional. Ive always been told that they are optional, but it can seem like life or death. She understands my concerns and will address them. Im thankful that she called me personally to discuss my review. That says a lot about Embassy Dental.

My daughter had to get a baby tooth pulled and the staff was excellent!! She was so scared but Dr Harris was so patient with her. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my girl.

This was the worse experience I have ever had at a dental office!!!! If you want to feel like you are in a high pressure sales meeting go right a head also they want to force services on you that insurance will not cover but you cant opt out of either!

I came here a few months ago to get a fill in replaced that had fallen out after almost 10 years and after embassy dental put my filling in it only lasted a few months. I was then told that since it wasn’t part of the tooth that they fill last time (which it was) it wasn’t free and I had to pay AGIAN for them to refill it. They then proceeded to tell me I had to get my wisdom teeth taken out and told them I already had them taken out when I was younger around 4th or 5th grade and they proceeded to tell me that was impossible bc I was only 8. (I was between 10-12). My insurance company was even charged for my wisdom teeth getting taken out and he told me they lied to me and I never received that service and I told them well some people’s wisdom teeth come back even after they get them removed and they told me that was impossible and I needed to get mine taken out AGAIN FOR 4,000 with insurance after I cont. to tell them I was not getting them taken out because if they were going to come back there was no point AND I had proof my wisdom teeth were taken out and they told me the people that did my surgery lied and it never happened! I was there for almost 2 hours and waited on them longer than anybody was with me and I was the first appt. Nothing was completed on this appt and I wasted my time and the doctor wouldn’t even fix the filling that they didn’t complete right in the first place. All o can say is money hungry bad business. Never going to them again and I have given them two chances.

The staff are very friendly but thief office manager kim is a big ball of ATTITUDE. Im a nurse by profession and due to unforseen circumstances the morning of, I could not make my appointment. I called and tried to reschedule vs no showing and got nothing but attitude and annoyance from her. I am now changing dentists.

Just before new years i had a verry bad toothache Dr Maynard got me in no one else could he gave me the best service ive ever had .I hade to have several teeth removed and a parcel put in .If anyone needs work like this Dr Maynard is the man u wont thanks so much.
