Julian came to fix my oven which would not power on. He was on time for the appointment, very professional and courteous. He diagnosed my issue quickly and luckily it was just a fuse that needed replacing. He fixed it right away and in doing so also fixed the issue I was having with the broiler. He tested everything before he left to ensure everything was working. It was a pleasure working with him and I appreciate his service.

I work 3rd shift needed my washer fixed, unfortunately called this company paid $70 for this guy to be rude to me raising his voice at me because l decided to get a new washer. He tried to charge me $220 to fix the washer. I was like l didn’t want to spend that much to fix AN old washer so l paid him $70 he was upset good grief obviously if you look down further someone else talked about how rude he was. Look at his other reviews he’s a repeat offender of being rude! Look at the reviews speaks volumes! I’m not lying.

I wish I could give 0 stars.. we called him to come look at our fridge in June because our 1 year old fridge was just out of warranty and no one else could get us in same day, I now know why he could. The owner is the one who came out and seemed nice. He informed us our fridge could not be repaired but he had something that would be a temporary fix and could last weeks or years. It in fact lasted a couple weeks which okay we knew that was a risk, but we were charged $300 and later found out the product he used only cost $30. So we called the guy when it went out again to get some advice and he never got back to us until 2 days later and just simply said we had to buy a new fridge. Come to find out he ruined our fridge by taking short cuts. Whirlpool had a technician come out and we were informed that “the service person really did nothing” previously and the stuff he injected into our hoses should’ve never been used and that the problem was in fact fixable. But because he took a short cut maybe because he had to come out on a Sunday we are now having to buy a new fridge, when ours was fixable the whole time. Also he has many good reviews, but he informed us while servicing our fridge that he was offering people $25 off a repair for the reviews… do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company!Since I can’t reply to the owners response. 5 minute service call . . . Very rude technician. Reasonable price for a service call but if Heath is your tech, prepare to be treated rudely. Was annoyed if you ask any questions about the repair and labor and parts costs. Would not recommend.

Awesome experience with this company! When Heath got here, I explained what was going on and he immediately knew what it most likely was. He had my washing machine ready to go in less than 30 minutes! He was super nice and great at explaining the issue. I will use them again whenever I have another appliance emergency!

Our dryer went out over the weekend and we didnt get much help from the manufacturer, so we called this company and Im glad we did. Very rude behavior. Raised voice when I asked questions about estimate. Very intimidating tone. I paid initial visit fees and then cancelled further repairs. Was very worried about intimidating behavior, so chose to engage another repair company even though I had already paid initial fees to this one.

One of my friends recommended Mr. Heath to me and I called and made an appointment. Mr. Heath and his son arrived on time. Mr. Health takes his career seriously! He will slide in a joke or two during his service. They were professional and provided me with some appliance education. His prices are fair and reasonable! I would recommend him for repairs!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Heath called me ahead of my appointment to talk about the issue and walked me through checking a few simple things to see if they were causing the problem with my washer. Turns out I had left some moving bolts in the back of the washer that were causing my drum to bang and my washer to bounce across the floor on the spin cycle. I removed the bolts easily and ran the washer without any problems. Heaths help saved me a service call charge and what I thought was going to be hundreds of dollars in repairs. Heath did a great job at finding the problem and repairing our stove. He was up front about the cost and possibility of it not working. He was prompt on two visits. He communicated about his availability and time of arrival. He is direct and all business. Will use him again if needed.

Did a good job on the repair but was rude upon first visit. Not friendly at all. Came into my home with a fire harm without notifying or asking if it was ok. Guaranteed his work but when i called approx 3 weeks later with the same issue his attitude was still unprofessional. Would not let me get a word in when trying to ask about cost and other repair questions. As i said hey... let me make sure this issue is still present before you buy the part and come all the over, he (heath) said well i wont be repairing your washer today...and hung up...returning ...

Heath and Tech came out. Not even 10 minutes later called me stating landlord hasnt called back he guess I need to get an new washer. I told him I need more information he hung up. The techs had left prior to the call and then called me back after they left. I didnt see an service order or anything. My husband called back upset bec the address shows an house for the business.I asked for an super. I was told our business was not needed. The older guy had an bad attitude and was rude from the start. I have no idea what was even wrong with the washer. He pulled the washer out and left it in the middle of the floor.

Had a very good experience with Fix It Right 4 or 5 years ago, and so am returning now - fast service, polite, honest.

Had appointment scheduled from 11-3. Got a few calls around 12:15 that was Scam Likely so I did not answer it. 3:15 I called and was told the Tech called ad I didnt answer so they had to reschedule. I said I will check my voicemail and if there is no message I will find another company. She said she will cancel my appointment and hung up on me. No text message, no voicemail.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!The owner of this place is disrespectful & very unprofessional. They worked on my washer & a month later the same issue occurred. The owner did not care & hung up in my face, so basically he took my money & refused to correctly fix the problem! Find someone else please!

Zero stars if it would allow me to. Would not recommend them at all! My timer knob on my dryer broke so they came out to see if they could help. He said yeah no problem....gonna be $320!! Thats almost as much as I paid for the dryer brand new 3 years ago. He said $120 of that was for labor (and I later found the part online for $70), so he was going to charge me $200 for the part!! Think all they wanted was their $60 appt fee which I gladly paid to get them out of my house. They were there for about 7 minutes!!

I would put 0 if possible. Very rude guy, 0 people skills, the guy seems disappointing and frustrated with live. When I told to slow down how he was speaking over the phone, he hung up and did not answer my call again.Apart from that, he went to the house to diagnostic a dishwasher repair. He estimated $220 and when he got the part, he called me and said I havent done this in the past so I will need to charge you $60 more because I would need to uninstalled and reinstalled the dishwasher again and my time is very valuable.This is as of June 8th 2020: On top of a bad attitude and worst customer service I have ever had, he charged me $100 in my credit card for the service fee when in reality it is $60. He did not perform any job or repair, just went to the condo for 5 minutes and got his money. If you truly are an honest person, return my money! Be aware of this business!

My washing machine flooded the house yesterday because it didn’t stop filling. Called this morning and they’ve already been out and fixed it! He stayed and made sure it stopped filling at all settings, was very thorough in explaining everything he did and why it was needed and the fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend Fix It Right.

They might be the best at repairing appliances but I wouldnt know as they scheduled an appointment with me, then proceeded to not show up or call to let me know they weren’t going to make it nor did they return a call after their no call/no show. Save yourself some time and call someone else who will show up!

Contacted the number provided from an internet search. Both times I spoke to a lady. My first call was to inquire about putting a new seal on refrigerator. She explained for me to get the model number and call back so I did. This second call, I was told a tech would call me back. No one ever called me back. I understand this is not a huge money maker, but dont say you will call back then dont. Poor Service.

ALL OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM MONTHS AGO. I had to give one star just to post this. The reviews here are 1s and 5s. Guess I caught Heath on a 1 kind of day.Repairman Heath arrived at 1pm for a 12p appointment. He looked at the Refrigerator for about one minute, and said a refurbished electric board would be $120; and he could return tomorrow. His tone changed to impatient and irritated after I asked if he could fix it today. He said he could not drop everything, go to the warehouse in Nashville just to fix my refrigerator. He could not believe the people who have to have it now. I explained that I wasnt trying to ruin his day, and I didnt appreciate the attitude. I was just asking; and that I didnt know his schedule or where his warehouse was- I work for a living too. He asked for charge card payment $60 service call fee which is supposed to go towards repairs. I asked if he wanted payment for the part because I would try to have someone at the house for a reschedule. He said he is the owner and reserved the right not to repair my appliance. After leaving, he called back and said he would fix it today if I paid the Fluff fee... the people who have to have it now fee, catering fee of $320.00.FOLLOW UP: Technician from another company just left. Thankfully, He performed a thorough check, and 2 electronic boards are needed. One runs the compressor. THANKS TO MARS APPLIANCE REPAIR!

Easily the worst customer experience I have ever had. Do not do business with this company. I have never had a representative at a company where I was doing business speak to me like they did today. Unacceptable business practices.

Will never use again. The website states they are open til 8 pm but they were unwilling to make an appointment for 4 pm. The Owner was extremely rude to me on the phone while I was trying to make an apppointment. Raised his voice several times. When I tried to call him back he would not talk to me. When I called the office to tell the receptionist what was going on, she hung up on me. When I immediately tried to call her back, it went to voice mail. I have never had an owner of a company treat a customer so poorly. Addendum : the owner called me back on his recorded line, he again raised his voice when speaking to me about my review... In addition he repeatedly called me a liar and called me crazy ... not very professional words for ..the owner of a company speaking to a customer who was just looking to get her dryer fixed. He did offer a refund on my deposit pending my review removal.
