My AC stopped working on a very hot day recently. The company sent the guy named Timothy to help us within a couple of hours. He called us 30min before arrival and he got our AC fixed on that day. He also told us about the membership deal that we pay $10 dollars a month to get regular AC and heater maintenance and it also reduced our bill on that day by almost 300 dollars. I am extremely satisfied with his service. I will definitely use this company again and recommend my friends to use it.Update: As we were trying to cancel the membership, we were told we can only cancel after having the membership for 5 years. We said that we were never told the membership is at least 5 years, and we were only told you can cancel the membership anytime. The person on the phone said that is what they told their technicians to say about the membership, only say cancel anytime, not to mention after having the membership for 5 years. We were never got the paper detailing the membership agreement. So in order for us to cancel before 5 year is up, we have to pay back all the discount we received from their services. We end up paying all the money back. We feel we are lied to. They should tell us the length of the membership when mentioning the benefits of the membership to us. We would never sign up for it in the first place because we know we are moving in a year. Overall their service is good, but they are not honest people. Will we use them again? Maybe, maybe not. I want to let other people aware of the membership so that they don’t go through the hassle we did and end up feeling upset because we are lied to.

Y’all let me tell you about THE BEST HVAC company....if you need anything done save your self the time of calling other companies. This team got someone out to us in about 2 hours and everyone else (i called several) quoted me two days.... even the company that I pay for VIP service told me 2days (which I’ve now cancelled). AC Plus was kind, knowledgeable and didn’t try to take advantage of me being a single female. I’m now an AC Plus customer for life.

My technician Mark is always efficient, friendly, and thorough. He always has tips and advice to keep my monthly electric bill down and to do small maintenance to keep my unit in the best condition. Right off the bat the company man comes to my house. And tells me I have a bunch of issues going on.He tried to up sell me right away. He got 65.00 dollars to come out. And just to diagnose one problem there is a charge. To fix the one problem, another charge. To find other problems more charges. Out right crooks. Do not use. If your old and a Vet, and disabled. They want you to bleed more.

Tim A. came out for our annual maintenance; and, he arrived on time and performed a thorough maintenance. He was friendly, professional, and informative as we walked through options for maintenance plans and potential UV light(s) installation/maintenance. This is my first time working with them, but theyre off to a great start!

Called late morning regarding the failure of my AC unit and was told that a technician would be at my home with a 30 minute phone call notice. I got that call and Jacob was here inside the half hour. This young man quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Gratefully, he waited to make sure that everything was OK because it turned out that there was yet another problem to contend with. In short order, he figured out this problem as well, and after explaining to me what went wrong and what needed to happen to fix the unit. I was interested in watching to learn what I could and couldnt have asked more of Jacob as he graciously explained/taught as he went about the repair. The work was done quickly, efficiently and in a highly professional manner. Jacob did a great job helping me and representing AC Plus. Nice work!

A/C plus has always been professional, prompt and courteous whenever they made a visit to my residence. They call to setup scheduled maintenance, always show up on time and have 24 hour service if needed. Damon and Jacob did my spring maintenance visit and again were courteous, knowledgeable and explained exactly what was going on with the A/C unit. They showed me results of a test they performed and recommended replacing a capacitor before it completely malfunctioned. I would highly recommend them for all your hvac needs.

My air unit went out on me this past weekend. I called ac plus early Monday morning and got their after hours operator. They took my information and informed me they would have ac plus call me as soon as they open, in which ac plus called me ASAP!! The technician (Timothy Miller) they sent to my house was very young, but very knowledgeable in his profession!! He showed concern about my ac issues and he explained his process of troubleshooting all ac units. Tim looked for small items that could be causing my ac issues, which usually cost less money. He never gave me the feeling that he was an ac salesman trying to get as much money as possible, Tim definitely portrayed himself as an “AC TECHNICIAN”. Tim went Above and Beyond to make sure he explained what the issue was with my ac and how he would proceed to repair my ac. Tim made sure I agreed with his findings and his steps for fixing the ac before he proceeded with his repairs. Mr. Miller was very cautious and diligent when doing his repair work. After all repairs were done Tim explained his findings and repairs again and he stayed around to make sure his repairs were working 100% before he left my house. Overall, AC PLUS should be very proud of their employees for portraying to their customers they really enjoy working for AC Plus and genuinely care about making their customers feel like they are the only customer with AC Plus!! AC PLUS is the VERY BEST heating/cooling contractor in all of Tennessee. Today I smelled gas when I opened the hall door into our garage, I called the company and within 30 minutes a technician was at my door. After troubleshooting to find the leak, the tech Mark called for backup. Danny and his tech drove up in a few minutes to diagnose the problem, create a plan, and get to pulling several feet of gas pipe from a pvc tube running beneath the garage concrete floor . They capped off the feeder line. Fired up tankless hot water heater, lighted 2 fireplace pilots, and checked gas range for good working order. AC PLUS Team coming back first of week to replace pulled pipe!I am SO IMPRESSED WITH THESE THREE FINE, TOP NOTCH TECHS! Owner Mr DeWeese is an EXTRAORDINARY MAN and he and his ENTIRE STAFF of Great People deserve Kudos upon Kudos!!!

A/C plus is very professional, and I have always been extremely pleased with their service. I do not even call other companies for price quotes.This time my a/c did not work on one of the hottest days of the summer. Technician was here the next day, ON TIME, and located the issue very quickly. Tech quoted me a price based on the test of equipment. Then the tech found it was only a wiring issue, and no actual equipment failure. A/C Plus was honest and only charged me for the service performed, which was MUCH lower than they originally quoted me. And now my a/c is blowing cold!! Thank you!!

I have been exceptionally pleased with the HVAC service from A/C plus. I find that their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. Damon demonstrated these qualities today with his spring maintenance visit. It took me a little while to find A/C Plus having moved here 6 years ago. I tried a few other local HVAC service providers. Many were more interested in trying to sell me a new system to replace less than 10 y.o. Trane equipment. Others wanted to nickel and dime me to death with all kinds of repair charges with mediocre service.Without any reservations I can say - these folks are the best at maintenance and repairs. Within a year of my install by A/C plus, my ductwork fell in my attic causing failure of my entire unit. Come to find out, the ductwork was not installed to code. They failed to put the proper hangers on the ductwork. In addition, they installed the improper size ductwork for my unit and had excessive and improperly sized runs in my attic. Watch out, this company is trying to cut expenses and has no pride in their work.

The BEST heat and air company in the area. Absolutely the best service that you expect and deserve. Very considerate personnel. They do a great job and don’t constantly try to “sell” you something. Nice to know there’s honest people out there in this very competitive business.

After being without Air conditioning for a day (Sunday) I called earlier this morning (Monday) and they were able have a technician come out and fix the issue. It was mostly our fault but Jimmy was extremely helpful and was able to explain to us what we had been doing wrong. also provided helpful answers to keep this from happening again. with complete confidence in A/C Plus we decided to get the annual maintenance agreement.Thanks guys and especially Jimmy for be so quick and helpful.

I recently used AC Plus to fix our AC unit. Jimmy was our tech. He came out within an hour of our call and was very professional. He explained, and showed, to us what was wrong with our unit. He had our unit back cooling within 30 minutes. We did sign up for the annual maintenance plan after discussing it with Jimmy. They are my go to AC service from now on.

AC Plus charges $65 for service call, Lower than most.Repairman came out and checked system, had a capacitor issue, replaced capacitor charged $296.96 for a $10 part on Amazon (tp-cap-30/5/440r) Very disappointed with the up charge.

Our heat pump died on the coldest night this winter. Jimmy came to our house about 45 minutes after I called and got us rigged up so we would have heat. Cory came the next morning and made arrangements to have a new heat pump installed the next day. The techs were here on time and did a great job.

Excellent. Weve worked with A/C Plus on several occasions. We recently had a recurring problem they couldnt solve on the first visit.They came back on a subsequent visit, found and fixed the problem and added freon to our unit. All at no cost. This is in addition to the fact that their technicians have never failed to show up on time.I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their prices are fair, they show up when they say they are going to and they stand behind their work.

If I could give 0 star I would do that . The owner/manager Mike is the most rudest person I have spoken to in a very long time. Obviously wants to work with builders only and not the customer. We bought a $400K home and is under a one year warranty. Instead of listening to what the problem was, he blew off the handle yelling and hung up the phone because the logs that they sold us did not work and he did not want to replace them. Please do not use this company. Definitely in need of customer service at this company. Thanks!

When my heat went out on a cold winter day, Jimmy came out quickly, explained the problem, and fixed it. He was knowledgeable about the warranty on my unit which helped keep my cost down.

We had our house built 7 years ago. New everything. Since it was 2 years old, our HVAC has failed and needed repairing 6 times, including this most recent time. We have been having the company who installed it service it. (A/C PLUS) It has had the evaporator coil replaced once. Tightened once. A capacitor go out. A motor go out. And a leak due to copper pipes failing. Almost every time the unit has run completely out of refrigerant, which is about 400 dollars to fill. This last time, mid November, I told the service person I was not going to pay another 500 dollars for my HVAC to go out AGAIN 6 months down the road. I asked his advice. He told me to call the manufacturer and ask them to assist, but since I was out of warranty it may not help. Manufacturer (trane) rep basically said that since I was out of warranty, they couldnt help, and that I should have called them when the unit started having problems. (Really? I should have demanded a new unit instead of letting it get repaired?). I asked to speak to a supervisor. Got a call back the next day from the supervisor who told me they couldnt do anything for me, but if I called AC PLUS they might be able to help by coordinating with trane. So I called AC PLUS. They told me to just keep bugging trane. I told them no, they needed to try. I got a response akin to I can try but it wont help. Ill contact you after I call them. Never heard a response.
