Cesar is a very uncaring, impersonal insurance agent. He lacks qualities of caring for his clients and meeting their needs. Recently I got a notice in the mail that one of my cars was not being renewed. He never called me to inform me or give me any warning. When I called the office for help he was going to give me an even lower premium and have me as a high-risk insured policyholder. That truly did not satisfy me. And when he said he was going to call me back the next day to help me he never did. And when I called they told me he was out of town. Therefore, because he never put effort in helping me and what Ive considered a very serious insurance issue I decided to cancel ALL my policies with State Farm. You must understand that I have been with State Farm for OVER 40 years. Ive given them a lots of business over the years. I cancelled 7 insurance policies because of this agent. State Farm should make sure their agents care about the clients. This one truly did not.

I’ve been with State Farm for 10 years and I don’t plan on changing. They have been friendly, professional and understanding all these years. Cesar Carrillo is always available to answer any of my questions. I’ve been very pleased to be with State Farm.

Ive been a State Farm customer for 30 years and Cesar Carrillos office is the absolute least useful office that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Im not sure how I ended up with him and Im wondering the best way to switch agents, because if I have to keep dealing with him I will leave State Farm. Cesar dodges phone calls and NEVER returns calls when hes supposed to. His office staff makes excuses for him and nothing ever gets resolved. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Great to work with these guys, David Lopez and the entire crew are awesome, they have all the paperwork done on time wether it be insurance policy for auto, life etc. They always have my Bonds ready for my business and business policy as well. Would definitely recommend anybody to come and get your insurances with them.

The person that assisted me Jimena was outstanding. What i appreciated the most is she never tried to up sell me anything, just gave me a very good detail information about what insurance i was looking for my car. I recall that first week that i was insured with state farm i forgot all my paper work back at home, i had a flat tire on the road and i called Jimena at the office to see if she could me with road side assistance. She was able to provide me with the number immediately and even followed up with me to make sure everything went well. I dont recall ever having such a caring insurance company keep. Highly recommend this office for getting straight to the point with what you need and not just sell you things like other companies.

The Staff here provide great customer service/experience! I went in to get a quote for my home/auto insurance, and I spoke with a gentleman named Israel. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions I had! I highly recommend you speak with him, if you need help with home/auto insurance.

Fraudulent. BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS. Always paid my insurance upfront ahead of time in full, I would ALWAYS receive a statement saying I owed a certain amount of money when I had already paid in full according to the arrangement. It’s been going on for three years and not just me, my family and friends have who have had his unprofessional services have experienced the same thing. He has great people working for him, but many have left stating he isn’t trustworthy. Look for an honest insurance agent who is genuine and is not all about gaining profit for the franchise but also about helping out clients.

I went in there to get a quote for a new policy and David help me out and gave me a great break down of what it will cover and try to give me the best rate they would have. unfortunately i was not able to get the policy at this time do to other issues on my end but will definitely will come to see him when am ready to have state farm. great job!!

Absolutely rediculous. I wish I could give negative stars but I had to give 1 to be able to post. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be scammed out of all of your money. I have received bills that make no sense and when I call am told they have no record and to ignore the bill. Come to find out IM NOT THE ONLY ONE BEING FRAUDULENTLY BILLED. when I ask to speak to cesar I am told he is not there and when I ask to make an appointment im told he doesnt have a schedule so thats not possible. Adrian Rivas helped me understand how insurance actually works and took the time to make sure I knew every detail of my policy. I have 2 cars, 2 life and a renters insurance all for under what companies like Geico and Allstate were offering me for a single full coverage policy. I got into an accident 3 weeks ago and the process was so easy. Took 20 minutes to open a claim and to set me up with certified mechanics and reserved a rental for me. DONT LISTEN TO HUGO RODRIGEZ. This guy is lying for a fact. Adrian is an agent who cares about his customers and would never yell at anyone. Dont be misguided by his review.

Terrible agent. He will defraud you if you allow him. Most of the positive reviews are fraudulent as well. Pay attention to the dates on all the reviews from two years ago. Theyre all a week after I wrote my negative review. He paid or falsely created profiles. My entire family (13 policies) left his agency when we all discovered that we had the least amount of coverage, for a premium that would cover much more anywhere else. Stay away

Stay away from him. He is disrespectful and rude, they give out phony bills that dont even exist I think he is scamming people for money so stay away. We called State Farm twice they cannot find the bills that he gave us. State Farm needs to replace him ASAP

To this day, I have not had the need to make use of my insurance for any reason, but if I have had the need to ask questions and changes and I have been lucky enough to have Alicia Sanchez help me, I have no words to describe the manner and professionalism he has had for me.
