The Joseph Seminaris/Allstate Insurance office has always been there when I needed them. When my twins got their license and one had their first mishap, I was not renewed by my previous insurance co. I was unable to to afford what other companies were quoting me and Joe’s office was able to work their magic to save me about $2K a year!! Then the other one backed into a parked car and all was taken care of without a glitch. My premiums have always been fair and affordable for me as a single mother. Lately, my son purchased his own vehicle and I a “new” one. They provided quotes for different vehicles we were interested in and guided my son as he started his own policy. They advised him as to what he needed and provided excellent rates. I have 3 vehicles and my home insured with Allstate. Joe’s office provides excellent discounts and the agents are always happy to assist me.

This particular Allstate is full of nice and polite agents! I personally like dealing with Kate she is very professional and courteous as well as not pushy! I changed from my previous company because of the personal exchange with her! She explained everything with the est. for my house and cars and what would be covered and my deductible. I didnt change because the great price. The price was about the same a little lower, it was the agent and her attitude and the willing to explain and valve my business! So that all being said I would give Kate a call and let her show you what Im talking about! Thanks Kate for all your help so far and hope to be doing business with them for years to come!

Like a dream come true. Shopping for auto insurance at the beginning of December, Allstate office of Mr Seminaris sent me a piece of mail with different options and discounts. Immediately caught my eye and decided to call and since the beginning dealt with Nancy J. who went into more detail with policies, discounts and provided such a great price. Took me some time to get some documents together and Nancy was so patient throughout the entire process. Mainly I do want to thank Nancy J for making this happen and being very patient with me. She is the BEST at doing this and Allstate has a LIFETIME customer with me. I have never felt better about Auto Insurance and ever since I made that call I felt that Nancy J was on to and passionate about helping me. She is definitely an asset to Allstate and the office of Mr Seminaris. I could not be in Better Hands!Thank You Nancy and Allstate.

I would strongly suggest to stay away from this company. After being their customer for several years with my most recent experience I learned choosing this firm was the lifes worst mistake. Sofia Rivera is a very dishonest person. This company doesnt even care about anything as long as they get your money. It is a total shame on them.

Maria Mancheno was rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend her to anyone. Will go to another company to purchase my commercial policy.
