They charge you for hooking up a replacement phone if yours is damaged. Plus they Jack up the cost on a new Sim card. Typical gouge the good customer when they need help.

I would not recommend Verizon for anyone I currently have Verizon and I have had it for about 6 months when I opened the account with them I was told my bill would be one thing and its been about $60 higher every time I pay my bill very inconvenient the service techs cannot help me with anything I get put on hold a lot I have to call in 1-800 number because the people in the office cant manage to be able to help me with anything most of the time very disappointed in the service from Verizon Wireless as far as reception and the quality of the phone its wonderful

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Call the 800 number for customer service or dial 611. Customer service will take the time to do what the 4 people in the store should have done.
