Walked in last week, the lady with the glasses was unprofessional and didn’t help me. She also seemed unfriendly. I recommend Verizon if you want friendly and faster service. I was going to switch from Sprint to AT&T because of their trade in deals, but couldn’t bare any second in that space. Do better.
Stopped by today to upgrade my phone service. Tiana was a great help! Friendly and professional. This very personable employee helped me upgrade my service ...and I am upgrading my phone.Just an all-round great visit to this location

Stopped by today and a man was working there who steals phones and sends them to Mexico or flips on Facebook. I would never go there to risk my identity getting stolen .

Considering leaving Verizon after 10 years and stopped at local AT&T store. Chandra, the manager, was very friendly and professional and explained all the benefits of AT&T, including pricing, promotions and discounts. I’m glad to know she’s ready if I make the switch!
Sunny and Chandra were extremely helpful both times I went into the store. They answered all my questions and thoroughly showed me how to properly operate my iPhone. Their customer service acumen was above reproach. Thank you very much for your help ladies.
The people who work here are GREAT. They are very friendly and not pushy. I had some issues with my phone plan and they went above and beyond to resolve it, and even though it was a bit above what they could do they helped me get it figured out and pointed me to the people who could. I would recommend them to any one. Overall a great experience.
Even if Verizon is more expencive at least they give a refund for stuff thats not used. At&t in mountainhome flat out stole 80 bucks and then charged me 55 bucks for a restocking fee on top of it. Going to make it my mission to get as many of my co workers, friends and new airmen to go with Verizon and from now on. If I could give zero stars I would.
Andy and his supervisor were very pleasant and knowledgeable!! They compared prices and plans that would help me save my money and what would be the best plan for my ohana (family). I was debating to upgrade my phone since I had a iPhone 7 Plus and probably was time to do it 😄 with the help of the both of them I was able to get a new iPhone 11 and can’t wait till I receive it (out of stock). Chandra was very helpful ordering a new tablet & getting it delivered to the store. She left on vacation but made arrangements for the store manager to set it up for me in her absence, spending a lot of time with me, which I need being an old guy severely challenged when it comes to technology. Andy called me to help with canceling the old tablet. And Scout, the new assistant, took a lot of time assisting another old guy, like me, similarly challenged. Great service, answered all my questions as usual & the manger told me to call the store for assistance if I needed further assistance.

Andy is very pushy and comes off cocky and that the customer doesnt know anything. Hate too let him know I worked for at&t a lot longer then he has and will not be scammed into paying tons of money, needs to work on customer service skills

We went here to get SIMs for our unlocked phones. Mine number was not wanting to transfer over and Chandra spent 2 hours with us until she was able to get it working! Very satisfied.

I dont have issues with the Mountain Home store but with AT&T corporate as a whole. Very misleading and you have to read between the lines that are between even more lines. BTW T-Mobile and other carriers do get coverage in the area if you are relocating to here. AT&T and Verizon prey on ignorance and thats how folks here get fooled into signing contracts. Be very careful of the discounted services like by one get one free because by the time you pay off the balance youre paying more than both phones are worth in the end.

Very unprofessional when handling business and taking care of customers, if you can even call it that, we went in to return cellular devices after recently purchasing them because of horrible service after two weeks with no results and multiple complaints. Michael told us that since we bought the phones on a Sunday the 11th and came back two weeks exactly on the second Sunday that we were at 15 days which is according to him one day out of the return policy. First off this is a lie and he was of under any circumstances no help. The really messed up part about this is after we had left very angry, we read the contract once again and it clearly states they can return phones on the 15th day which he said was undoable. Once again I would recommend running from this joke of an establishment they call a business.

They suck! They lied to me about so many things, sold me a junk phone, and had an attitude. They messed up my phone service. They only run 30 days instead of a full month so my paydate changed every month. Huge pain.

Refused to give me a sim for a phone purchased elsewhere because it is against company policy to activate non-AT&T devices.
Turned away twice when trying to exchange my note 7. The one tall guy in there is unprofessional and lazy. Should have seen how he told the person that came in after me to wait. Very discourteous. Will not be returning to this store.
