Extremely nice gentleman

The hose on the Miele vacuum that they sold us broke so we took the vacuum in to be repaired. Ed told us that it couldnt be repaired and we would need to order a new hose. No problem. Ed ordered the hose and told us they would contact us when the hose came in. Every week thereafter we either called or went by to check on the hose. They were very difficult to contact. Either they did not answer the phone or were not at the business during business hours. We did reach them two times. Both times we were told the hose was not in yet. Finally, on the third week after ordering the hose, we were told that they could find no record of having ordered the hose. Ed was out of town and they could not speak with him until the next week. What a waste of time! Terrible customer service and not courteous at all. Dont bother shopping here.
