Dr. Troutman and her staff are wonderful, caring professionals. I really appreciate all of them taking time to answer my questions and giving our dog excellent care. I felt very comfortable that she was in great hands!

Have been 3 times now to have Chesters teeth cleaned,it is amazing to see him in such good spirits after anesthesia,it’s as though nothing had happened to him,even after having teeth removed!I am so happy with all the staff,and Dr Troutman is so patient to answer all my questions!I drive well out of my way to visit this exceptional clinic.GREAT work team!

When I first brought my 16 year old Jack Russell terrier to this vet, I spoke to the vet IN PERSON and informed her that my dog had had bladder stone surgery, and had been put on prescription diet. I asked her if it would be a problem to continue the prescription diet, and she assured me that it would be no problem. Fast forward a couple months...Chewy,com tried repeatedly to gain permission, through telephone, and email, to send an order of the prescription food. No response from the vets office. The same happened when I tried to order her heartworm meds through Chewy.com. I have worked with Chewy.com and other vets FOR YEARS, and never had a problem...until now. So now Im going to have to spend more money at ANOTHER vet with an appointment, just so I can feed my hungry little dog....

Doctor Troutman and her staff are the most wonderful caring people. I cant say enough good about them and the care they gave my stock dog, Patch. Doctor Troutman is very intuitive as well as being a very fine vet. She knew right from the beginning what Patch was fighting. She guided me and Patch through a tough time. If you are looking for a vet who not only cares about your animals, but you as well, and is good at what she does, Than give Twin Lakes Animal Clinic a call. These people truly have a love for animals, and understand the part they play in the people lives that care for them.

The staff, as well as Doc Troutman, is a very caring group. The empathetic care for their patients as well as us as fur baby parents is superb. They listen to us, and provide the best care available. The vet has worked with animals all her adult life, and it shows.

Dr Troutman and the entire staff are amazing. My 5 pound poodle quit eating and drinking Sunday Monday morning we walked in and the doc and staff went to work to find out what was wrong. Turned out he ate 17 hair ties and they operated to remove them. If it wasnt for them digging deep to figure out what was wrong I would have lost my baby. Thank you so much Id recommend them over any place around.. We have found a veterinarian who cares. Thank you so so much

My dog broke her paw on Easter Sunday, so trying to find a vet that would see her on a Sunday holiday was not an easy task. Dr Troutman was the only one who answered the phone. She and her assistant met me at the clinic and took care of my dog. I continued seeing her throughout the healing process, and now my dog has her cast off, and is beginning to use her foot again. I highly recommend this clinic, as they are extremely friendly, caring, and compassionate, along with very reasonable with costs.

In my desperate time of need after hours they were the only place in town willing to help me. and they will now be where I take my business in the future. Very caring and friendly service.. definitely a 5/5
