My boxer was so so sick coughing,vomiting,bloody stool and we thought she was a goner. Langley saved Princesses life. All we had was enough for the office visit and having a disabled husband and 4 children under 10years old we could not afford the medication for her. Dr.Williams told us that somebody had donated the exact meds we needed in the love offering and now our boxer is as good as ever! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for saving our baby princess. Would never take my baby anywhere else

I would honestly leave a zero. My daughter accidentally stepped on my puppy’s food. I told them I thought it may be broken.I called 10 minutes after five on a Friday. They never called back and this is also a vet hospital.I have used them for the last 12 years. And I will definitely never go back. That was just horrible. My heart was breaking for this pup and no response from them at all.

This is the only clinic I trust with my pets. Great service, multiple vets, caring staff, and two really nice facilities. Thank you so much!!

I can not write this review without immediately getting emotional which was unexpected so I will make it short & to the point. Many of us see out fur footers as family members, some are our children. Some new additions, some lil olgrampaz like my boy. 13 years hes been by my side. Recently he got pretty sick with a strange lump between his eyes. I took him here after he had been seen at another Clinic. I will not go into the horrible experience we had at the other place as I will make sure to give them a review as well. I took my guy in this past Monday. I was scared & thinking we would be saying goodbye very soon. I didnt know if his condition was treatable or if Id be able to afford it. From the gate we were treated like family ! With compassion and honesty. When the vet came in he talked to my Puddin boy as well just like he had also known him for the last 13 years. He did x-rays & gave him some meds. He was direct & honest which made me feel positive & hopeful. I still dont know if my guy will recover fully. But I do know that if we had gone back to the same vet we saw 1st, I would probably be grieving the loss of my dog instead of once again tripping over him everytime i turn around. Man I missed that ! Ok so not a short review, but this place & its people are amazing, compassionate & competent in every way. Yes I would recommend them always & will never take G.P. Puddin anywhere but here.

Wonderful experience all around and I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Very professional, experienced, and I only wish it was closer to my home. My dog had been suffering with pancreas problems for awhile but I did not know until Dr. Connor finally diagnosed him. So glad to have found this great animal hospital!

I won’t suggest these place! when calling about a emergency and they agreed to have my dog come in for a emergency c-section. They call me back 15 or 20 mins later saying they don’t wanna do it and reffed me to another place. In all I will never attempt to use this place again. Was very unprofessional to agree to have my dog come in and then call and cancel.

My chocolate lab broke a toe playing in the yard. All Creatures Veterinary Clinic said to bring her in and they saw her immediately!! Great folks up front and the vet was very compassionate with our baby girl!! Oakley gives a big paw up for everyone at the All Creatures Veterinary Clinic!!!!

I would leave a zero if possible but since it isnt Ill do a 1/5. We took my nieces cat in to get spayed, vaccinations. They had us drop the cat off between 7:30am and 8:00am Thursday. We were asked to pick her up at 3:00pm today. Outside of waiting to go in the building for 45 minutes. We went in to pick up the cat and they did nothing. Didnt vaccinate her, no surgery, nothing. They apparently observed her for the night?! I will not be back and I have used this Vet clinic for the last 14 years.

Best vets in town! Wouldnt trust my fur babys life in the hands of anyone else. I feel like family everytime I walk through the doors!

The very first day of our move to Arkansas, one of our cats experienced the misfortune of getting his leg broken under the wheel of our truck. We were exhausted from the day, and had no idea how to find help at the late hour when this happened. We found All Creatures online and found that they provide emergency services. From the initial diagnosis to the discharge interview, we were each and all treated with kindness, empathy, professionalism, and great care. We were so blessed by our experience. And! We feel that our elderly cat, who now has a cast on his leg, will enjoy another few of his many cat lives!

(During this crazy time of COVID-19) If they dont see you pull up and park you better call, I waited 45 mins while everyone around me was helped (people who they saw park, many of which arrived after me). Called then was on hold for 5 mins, but hung up because I was finally approached. You guys are great, but you need to adjust fire on you procedure I wasnt the only one who was overlooked as well. Again I know this wouldnt happen under normal circumstances #ThanksCOVID-19.

This place has cared for my Scottish Terrier, named President Donald Trump, since he was 3 mos old. Thats when I got him. Our presidents family roots are in Scotland and I got my Scotty on the day of the Presidential Election. This is a great place to take your pet! They are professional, likable, pet friendly and very helpful.

I really like All Creatures. They are a great blend of compassion and competent care. I have used them for years to care for my horses, dogs and cows. I was grateful that they were able to fit me in Friday to look at my old Weimaraner that was sick. How disappointed I was that they charged 3% for using a credit card. I have always paid for whatever care my animals needed. Sometimes it has been substantial. They don’t give it away, nor do I expect them to. They have a lot of overhead to cover. Credit cards enable clients to pay for their animals care which means more business for the clinic. Credit card fees are part of that overhead. They benefit and their clients benefit. Charging credit card fees is bad PR for a good place. Give a 3% discount for using cash instead.

I am a very long time customer (since 2000) of All Creatures and wouldnt go anywhere else. I have had horses, donkeys, pot bellied pigs, dogs, and cats go through there doors. These people are very attentive to my children (animals) and my husband n I. They have always gone above and beyond to help us. They also have been extremely compassionate with the passing of our animals. I appreciate that because it shows that they are all about the animals and their owners not the money. I have shared my thoughts with many people. And many now go there too. As far as the negative reviews go, well that is their opinion. But usually it is from not being nice themselves and complaining about the bill. If you dont talk to them before hand about doing payments on certain services. It is clearly stated that you owe the full balance immediately after the appointment. If you cant pay to to keep your pet healthy, than maybe you shouldnt have any pets.Sincerely,Judi Thacker

Great experience overall!There was a bit of a wait to be seen, but nothing unusual. The clinic is bright and airy, and there was plenty of room in the waiting area to keep my nervous kitty away from unfamiliar animals.My husband and I saw Dr. Conner, who was wonderful. He was very gentle and efficient with our sick kittys examination and listened attentively to our description of her observed behavioral symptoms. We were most impressed by the thoroughness with which Dr. Conner explained what was going on with her, the treatment needed, what to look for to ensure she was healing, and what steps to take to reduce the likelihood of a similar incident in the future. He answered all of our questions patiently and also gave us insightful tips on general kitty care.We love our kitties and it was so nice to have a doctor who really cares about his furry patients and isnt just trying to get through the exam as fast as possible to get to the next patient.We will definitely be returning to All Creatures in the future for any veterinary needs!

My dog died during the night and I called All Creatures in the morning to have her cremated. The first thing out of the receptionists mouth were prices and times, no I am sorry for your loss, no sympathy at all. This was several weeks after I had taken her in for some issues she was having and was told that there was nothing wrong with her. When I took my dog in there were no words of comfort just the quickness of getting a tag for her. She was wrapped in a blanket and as I handed her off I had to explain where her head was. She was quickly taken away and the next issue was money. Still no I am sorry for your loss. 1 1/2 months later I received a sympathy card.I understand that businesses are busy and have a regiment they must follow but I believe that better training of staff would be a huge benefit to this vet clinic.I have changed vets since I would rather have someone who is kind and caring look after my other dogs.

They are NOT all creatures. Their name is misleading they do not take domestic wildlife animals as implied in their name.

I bring all of my animals here. They are always willing to help, no matter what the problem is. They always care for my animals as if they were their own.

NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE! If I could rate this place a negative number right now they would be! I took my cats there to be spayed and on the way one pooped. She is a flight risk so I couldnt open the door. I told them this and they said no problem and I gave them an extra pee pad to put in the cage for after. When we picked her up the cage smelled but you couldnt see inside easily. When I got home and let her out the dried poop from the morning was still in the cage the pee pad was not changed and they put her in there with stitches! Hello thats a good way to get an infection! They wouldnt even give us updates on them without prodding, preformed an abortion on my mother in laws dog without her knowledge she didnt even know the dog was pregnant! These type of people have no business messing with animals! NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE!

A year ago, Dr. Neis saved my cat’s life after a parasite infection left him nearly dead. He’s never had a problem since. Couldn’t have enough kind words for this staff - top quality care, incredible dedication, and plenty of heart.

We love the veterinarians here. This time we had to let our 15 year old cat go. The staff is friendly and helpful even though they are usually very busy.

I had to lay my sweet little Suzie Q to rest on may 11 th and they were very sympathetic to my feelings and showed much respect 🙂

What a terrible 3 months of grieving I have been going through after losing my beloved Bonnie at the Vet Hospital! I went in there for a trachea X-ray of my baby! They said she had heart issues and gave her 2 injections that were too strong and shut down her Kidneys! When they killed her they may as well have taken me too.They owe me.No compensation for the mental torture I have been through! No compensation for the buriel of my beloved baby at the Pet Cemetary in Rogers AR.If I could give them zero stars I would.

This place has helped me through many tough times putting down old dogs I moved to the area with and helped friends of mine. They have always been kind and understanding when things get emotional. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

They take great care of my pets. They continue to show the level of care and concern for the animals brought into them that the families carrying for those animals show.

There is no compassion. Will not work on a payment plan either. I took in my juvenile dog and was charged 1200 dollars for a surgery and 2 day stay at the clinic only to be told that the only test not ran would cost me an additional 150 dollars and another 4 days but they couldnt help my dog. Just bad customer service

I had a sick dog so I called this clinic on Saturday because it was recommended that they had several vets on call. The woman I spoke to took my name and number and said she would page one of the vets. After about an hour I had not heard from them I called back. That time the woman was rude. She told me she had a paged the vet but she couldnt make them call me back. I apologized that I had upset her but I was concerned about my dog and was going to be traveling home through a bad coverage area. I never heard from the vet. Luckily I got ahold of my vet and he diagnosed the problem over the phone and the dog was fine. I will never use or recommend these people.

They have a lot of compassion for animals paws, claws, feathers, scales, or hooves. Its a business, but medicine has to be about more than that, and with them I believe the more is present.
