I have yet to have any issues with this apartment complex. they were very helpful with helping my wife and I get into an apartment spur of the moment. our privacy has been respected and I cant say the same for other apartments I have lived in. for a minute we had a problem getting a functioning fridge when we moved in but a new manager took over and she replaced it the next day! I cant speak for tenants who lived here with previous managers but I can say Im content with what I have seen since she stepped in.

Excellent communication of application expectations, quick response to questions, and a solid building with so much character kept this one on our short list. We were happy to select and be selected for this home. Very thankful. Excellent world class management.

Worst landlord in Moscow.Edit because I cant reply: Funny thing you say your a part of the BBB, but your not even on the website! Ive seen how youve treated friends of mine by not keeping your rentals up to code. Im just trying to let all potential customers know what they are getting into...

Would that I could make the owners live in the glorified outhouses they peddle at the price theyre hocking them for. I dont even own *pencils* with the same n̶e̶g̶l̶e̶c̶t̶ passivity that these [lovely folks] own multi-dwelling residences, the places we live our lives.

They tend to be easy going people, however the buildings are kinda scary and decrepit. Although I am happy to see them starting to be worked on a little more vigorously than when I rented through them, and the rent rates arent through the roof.

Ive lived here for a couple of years now and since Ive been here, Ive seen many improvements made. The staff has changed around a lot, and with that, weve had much better property maintence and response to issues. They are very easy to work with as well. Other things like renovating the hallway floors has been great. The apartments are fairly old but they are also cheap and in a really good location. What can I say? Feels like home.

I was concerned before moving in, but the apartment overall has exceeded our expectations. The interior layout is pretty nice (plenty of windows and sunlight). New management has been easy to communicate with, and rent is pretty cheap. This is one of a few places around that allow almost any pets (with $300 non refundable deposit each).Some drawbacks:1.Exterior maintainence is VERY minimal. Lawns barely mowed, leaves almost never brushed off sidewalks, hallways sometimes a little pathetic.2. The bathroom design is certainly functional, but nowhere near pretty.3. I’ve heard neighbors who couldn’t get things fixed in time, but not a problem for me.But, overall the apartments are pretty nice. Met some great neighbors, and easy access to parking/bus/parks. We will probably live here for a few more years to come.

I lived here for a year while going to school. They are very well managed and organized in my experience, while being flexible also. If you communicate with the office staff, they are very understanding about different situations with rent or other issue! Would recommend for a nice place to live off campus!

They always have done right by us. Any maintenance issue was dealt with quickly and never was a fight to get what we needed. Yes, the buildings are old but I dont know what people expect for the price. On that point more than half the buildings in pullman were built around 1970. The take away for anyone reading this is; they will fix any problems you might encounter and thats the best you can hope for.

I was shown a clean apartment and promised a certain unit only to arrive to say sorry that one is no longer available to be put in a run down unit with many issues that took months to resolve. What a crappy company to cheat you out of a decent place to live. You get two stars because its cheap and Im not rich. Other than that it was the worst experience Ive ever had with an apartment. The building/facilities are ancient, the management will swindle you for every dollar they can with made up fines and random costs they find when you move out. Really hated how the management, workers and neighbors are constantly smoking everywhere. I couldnt keep my windows open without smoke coming in during the summer, yuck. I guess you pay for what you get, dont expect to see any of your deposit and do expect to pay extra for fines and other tricks they come up with. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU.

Couldnt be happier to be out of a rental they lack care for. I personally spent thousands of hard earned money to get into a home they made note needed maintenanced before my four children and I moved in. to have them not uphold their lease agreement. Lack of proper management and maintenance professionalism. Upon many other things like, never showing up for scheduled maintenance calls sending the front desk to at the last min show up to take measurements and what not to say they show to do their work. They would much rather these rentals be hardly cared/maintenanced for and say its the age of the home. I barely got them to change the carpets in my home before I fully moved in, to only move out couple months later for many reasons. Id rather leave my first, last,and deposit at a loss to me than continue to rent from a company that cant follow landlord tenant laws and properly provide maintenance to theyre properties. To talk with them in person is a waste of time because they say one thing and nothing happens or the conversation goes in circles.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Apartment Rentals. I am very impressed by their customer service and it is obvious that the managers truly care about their tenants.The apartments are clean and the location is amazing. My apartment needs have definitely been met!

We have rented for 4 years from Apt Rentals while our son attended U of I. Although the apts are old, the rent was reasonable, the staff was courteous and helpful and the apt was kept in good repair when our son needed a few things fixed. It was a great experience and met our needs while he was in school

I recently relocated to Moscow, ID and Brandy (manager) was very helpful. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. Would highly recommend to friends.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS!!!This place is the absolute WORST place you could ever rent from! Talk about the rental company from Hell!So first of all - they fill their website with amazing photos of their properties - and maybe they have nice ones in Pullman... but in Moscow... they are horrible! So first of all - upon moving in to my apartment on East 3rd Street - the place was completely dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned - save for the carpet. The window tracks were black, there was a layer of dust on everything (including the top of the fridge which was placed in the dining room.. outside of the kitchen..), and the lint catcher in the clothes dryer was completely filled - including the entire area that contains the catcher. Needless to say, I soon realized that I moved into the slums of Idaho.Not only that - they run the complex like they are slum lords - they dont let anybody out of their leases - which is extremely stupid and Ive been let out of leases in other states when subletting an apartment - so Im not sure why they feel the need to practice this. In any case, if you fight with them enough and show them you arent a push over - then they might let you out of it - provided you already found someone else to take over the lease.They also advertise on their website that their properties are fully weatherized which is NOT TRUE AT ALL! Once the winter came, my window in my bedroom started leaking... I asked them to fix the problem - and their solution was to wipe up the mess... so it kept leaking... then I asked them to fix it properly - and they wrapped the whole window in plastic wrap - making it virtually unusable. But, at least it wasnt leaking. Well not more than 2 weeks after fixing this problem - the window in the living room starts leaking - and it continues to leak to this day. The carpet in front of the window is soaked and the paint along the wall of the window is peeling. Upon moving in it was obvious that these windows were not structurally sound, due to the obvious bow in the frames and the cracks along the walls. In other words, they knew that this issue was a problem - but they let me rent this hell hole anyways... kudos apartmentalsinc! You are successful slum lords!Needless to say, Im happy to moving out of this place this weekend - and I apologize to the new renters, but its going to be your problem now.

Very well priced and extremely well taken care of apartments. Renting places in Moscow is definitely hit-or-miss, its nice to have somewhere that actually cares about the tenants and maintaining a good reputation rather than just trying to make as much money as possible.

Quite seriously the most disgusting, horrible experience Ive ever had with a rental company. My roommates and I naively signed the lease several months before our move in date because the company promised to do some major work on the property. They didnt. We moved in and there were animal feces everywhere (the house was vacant for some time so strays must have been living there), a serious hobo spider infestation (wed put up sticky traps and theyd fill up in literally two days) and the downstairs shower was completely unusable.When they finally fixed the downstairs shower, the worker used the wrong cement or caulk or something and it never dried completely. The company blamed us and said we must have taken a shower before it had time to dry (definitely not true). In order for us to get them to do anything about the spiders (it got so bad I couldnt sleep in my room) I had to bring in the covered spider trap to their office. (wed emailed and talked but nothing got done before this) They fixed the problem by replacing the carpet in my room. The worker took about a week to finish and the company didnt pay to put me up in a hotel or anything. The new carpet they replaced the old with was actually just old carpet from another one of their hotels (the worker confided in us some other nasty practices Apartment Rentals Inc did).After putting up with all this bullshit (lot more problems, wont go more into detail) we barely got any of our security deposit back. It was terrible. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

The apartments are all falling apart, and are a bit more expensive than other nicer apartments. The one benefit is they do allow pets.

The Elysian Annex in Moscow was my first apartment, and it was a terrible year. The stairs were in disrepair and loose, the carpet smelled of cat urine after two shampoos, and there were no screens on the windows. They didnt mow the lawns unless they were completely overgrown. I took to pulling up weeds myself to keep the sidewalk clear.I tried giving the Apartment Rentals in Pullman a chance, but they showed me an apartment with gouged doors, marred walls, and moldy shower tiles. Apparently, these are business standards for them.

I lived at 1210 E. 5th St. When my shower started leaking, they told me they were too busy to fix it even though I was having to mop up my bathroom three times a day. They finally came and fixed it a few days later after my downstairs neighbor complained of water damage to their bathroom ceiling. Of course, they tried to blame me saying I didnt tell them about the leak. The apartment was always infested with spiders and the windows didnt have screens so I couldnt leave the windows open in the summer. The laundry is a block down the street at a different apartment complex and the dryers were always broken so I was forced to air dry my laundry the entire time. The parking lot is just a patch of dirt with pot holes everywhere so youre forced to park on the street. Based off of the other reviews I would guess they put all their effort into some of their apartment complexes (like the one their office is in) and just dont care about the others.

I was very disappointed with this company. Every time we had a problem it would take them weeks to get it fixed if at all and they WILL over charge you on stuff without notifying you. Would not recommend this company at all.

I rented from these people for two years and if I was older, I would have known better. I lived in a quadplex they own off spotswood. They made me fight for my place despite having thousands in collateral, a job lined up in moscow, and my parents to cosine. (I was nineteen). A mice and spider infested rotting hellhole. When I told them of the mice, they gave me a trap... thats it. I spent my winter with a bb gun in the corner to kill them and release the trap every other day. My neighbor to the place had a pup that urinated all over the carpet and when he left, they tore it out and left it on the front lawn for 15 months. Maybe more, I moved out then. The parking never gets a snow plow, and one of my other neighbors was rushed to the hospital due to mold poisoning in the walls. It the big apartment rentals, I had two friends with more obsene horror stories that ive blocked out. I beg you for your own safety, rent enywhere else. They seem to encourage the ghetto feeling.
