It is a decent Laundromat. Never to crowded and pretty clean.

Over all best one Ive used so far.And its close an convenient.

Many of the machines were out of order. If you wanted to get your laundry done in a timely manner go somewhere else, otherwise youll be spending more for the bigger machines or waiting for one.

Dirty coke machine took money woman said Ill be back but an hour later didnt show so I lost my money

It would really be nice if they would fix the washers and dryers and I will reiterate on the other comments made about the owners children running around and screaming in the laundromat absolutely no manners at all. I dont live in Morristown I live in Blount County and I go up there to visit my mom and I wash my bedspreads and this laundromat is getting to be about as bad as the one up here by the Green Acres flea market

They need to get it together. So many of their machines are out of order, both washers and dryers.

At one time this was one of the cleanest & best laundry mats.. but now they really need to do some serious maintenance and upkeep or there wont be a single washer in the building working.

The table they had for customers to fold their clothes on had dropping water from the ceiling. I didnt see it right away and ended up drying my clothes more than once. Costed me extra money

It could be a bit better half of the washers are down. But I had to use this place today because my washer was down but have my own dryer . I enjoyed watching this little boy play with his cars he was a sweetie kelpt rolling his push car outside I would bring it back in for him .He would do it repeatedly It was fun while I there time went by fast .The washers start at 4$ cold wash if hot water its more to wash.All its neighbor:s are a Liquor store Chucks and also Red Dragon Chinese Restaurant .

Not very well maintained at all!!! Washers, dryers, & coin dispenser not working; dirty floors & table tops; unkept bathrooms, both dirty & no toilet paper. At the prices charged the owner may want to seriously consider addressing these concerns in the event he expects to draw in customers!!!

Terrible place to go. Laundry got stuck in the washer for 2 hours. Owners are never around the number for this business is a non working number and the owners act like they don’t care about their business, because they are too focused on their other failing business. Don’t go here. Seriously. Don’t.

Big and very clean. Staff cleaned the entire time we were there and were very nice. Not crowded and did I mention clean?

Love this place. I have traveled from Jefferson City to Morristown just to use this facility. Cheaper for me in the long run. Even with the travel. Its fairly clean. And has alot of room to work. The vending machines have a bigger and better selection.Great facility. I enjoyed every experience.

Good place to do laundry....I would like to see it open 24 hours....

I dont write reviews but I gotta give credit. Its the best laundry place in town. Other ones have too many broken machines or just plain CLOSED. Hated to see the snack machine go away though. Free WIFI lovley attendants and nice AIR CONDITIONING sometimes a few roudy kids. It has an awesome eatery right next door so one could get great grub while waiting on clothes do clean/dry as I guess they have the same owners. However, there are a BUNCH of triggered psychopaths that use this laudromat so keep an eye out. They get finnickey about the televisions or a chair or something. Lifes too short to worry about those things when no one else wants your tv or chair. Leave your other dirty laundries home :)

Too busy and hard for them to keep clean. Small Children playing in laundry buggies, could get hurt..needs better supervision. Machines are awesome tho. Friendly people

His employees bring their children with them, to work. They dont watch them. The children play in the washing machines, dryers, and on the tables. The employees are always either on their cell phones, talking with their friends or out back . The owner is aware of the problems and it continues.

Very friendly. very clean, and on a plus side of the 5star- if I could give 6, I would!! the change machine shorted a quarter, no problem at all!! they gave me the quarter. been to some that said not our fault, no refunds. very good laundry mat!!

More broken washers and dryers than working ones

I had no idea $5-$6 per load. Bring quarters or a container, thats alot of qtrs to carry. Seems like it could be better organized.Very nice staff and the place was clean.

If the machines would stay working would rate higher. But overall I rather use them then anywhere.

Only because Ive been sitting in the parking lot for two hours and its still not open! Its 10 a.m. but hours say 8 a.m. Other than that its a good laundry center.

It was very full with a lot of things out of order I will probably not be going back.

Very clean place, friendly attendant. One of the small washers towards the bathroom .. didnt quite exactly rinse or (extract )the water like its suppose to. The clothes were very damp . Other than that, my experience here today was ok.
