I was pretty disappointed w the experience I received tonight, 03/18/2018. As I always do when I have to go to the laundromat in search Google like 90% of the population today. Well I was running behind with the tasks I needed to complete, the laundromat that I usually attend was closing so I had to find somewhere else.. Out of the few listed I seen Coin Laundry was open 24 hours, so that was where I was headed. I arrive & take a basket in & right as I set the clothes down an employee of a different race rather than American/White (Im not sure how she was related to the business) turned off one side of the lights. Then is when I asked her are yall open for 24 hours or are you closing? Her response was for me to continue & they were open. I exit outside & enter back in w another laundry basket w clothes to dry. She then approaches me to inform me that the were closing in a few minutes, but I could continue & complete my clothes. Of course I responded no & made my way back to the truck making the unnecessary trips that resulted prior. My point is to all of this is, why are you going to have a store in the USA when you can barely speak or understand English? You are working w customers 24/7 I would think you should at least have the general knowledge about the primary language where you have your business. Sooo, Coin Laundry is NOT 24/7!! ONLY OPEN FROM 9AM TO 12PM!!!
