Wont be using Willow French Cleaners anymore. Heres why: While the first impression made this cleaners seem like a great place, they do not take your laundry preferences into consideration and the prices are not as advertised. You will get charged more then advertised on the website and wont find this out until your card gets hit with the charge! Laurence, the manager, ignores your emails and phone calls so there is no hopes in getting any complaints resolved. When signing up for pickup/delivery service they offer the option for one or two days a week, but wont do two days. The also ask your preference for starch, which I prefer light starch. They always delivered my clothes without any starch and even after several attempts to rectify this, they never lightly starched my clothes. Why offer the options for preferences if your not going to follow through on them? One of my final breaking points with this place is when they completely forgot to deliver my clothes and then I had to call & email to follow up on getting my clothes. This service of getting clothes pickup/delivered is supposed to make life easier not create more hassles. Before posting this review I tried reaching out to get things resolved because I really hate posting this publicly, but its been a week since I last emailed Laurence and he hasnt even bothered to reply. Overall, my experience with Willow French Cleaners has been very poor and I went back to dropping off my clothes at my local dry cleaners.

Love coming here! They always do a great job altering my dresses and dry cleaning my winter coats. It has a mom-and-pop feeling and everyone is so friendly!

I have just picked up my roundly from the cleaners that includes a one particular garment that is difficult to deal with. The fabric shrinks if not handled carefully showing and edge of an underlining. The dress is perfect!
