I benefit from all the different classes at Fit Future: Postural Blueprint, Basic 5, Restorative, and soon we will be Walking on the rail trail again! All these activities can be modified as needed. Julie, Jacob and Danielle are encouraging and nonjudgmental.
Joining Fit Future is the best thing Ive ever done for my health. At 78, I have a number of long-term and recent problems, including heart damage from rheumatic fever as a child, and a back thats bending into osteoporosis. For three years, now, Julie has shown me how to strengthen my immune function, maintain and even increase bone mass, and gain flexibility and strength I never could have believed Id have at my age.
