Very unprofessional gym. Called 3 times over a week period to ask about the offers and trials. No one pick up or got back to me. Showed up during “staffed hours” door is locked. How do you expect for new customer to want to sign when you are not welcoming them? This is what a chain gym is. Might as well go to Flex fitness.

Its dirty. I go to workout have to clean up other peoples weights before hand the people that go to the gym have no gym edict. It’s usually over crowded to get a good work out.

The best gym in Morgantown! Not only are they the cleanest gym with the best membership prices, but the staff is super friendly. Also love that they are 24 hours! They did a great job communicating with members through the state’s COVID-19 closure and reopening.

Good gym! I like the convenient location. Only negative is the gym itself is kind of small and theres no frills, but theres plenty of equipment to get a good workout in and I love that its always clean. It also never gets super crowded. Definitely worth the price!

BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLIES!There are rarely cleaning supplies at the supply stations. I have arrived around 5pm multiple times and have experienced every station to be totally empty. The staff simply NEVER checks the stations.Today I went to tan and explained no paper towels for cleaning the bed.. but instead there was toilet paper in there to clean with.ALSO the tanning bed itself has been broke for at least a year now, with signs saying they are working on repairs. The faucet knobs on the hot water have been broken for quite some time and the shower curtain rods are always laying on the floor. It would be a nice gym if the staff would put some effort into making sure the facility is clean and safe.Im thankful my 3 year agreement is up in 8 days!!! I will not purchase another membership here!

This fitness center is awesome! Ian is outstanding. The equipment and facilities are fantastic. Its clean and I never really had to wait for any machines or weights. The members are also courteous and break down their weights, which hasnt been the case at other fitness centers Ive joined. And I love the hydro massage bed!

This gym is very clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. I also like the convenience of the gym being within walking distance to my house. Also the manager is always willing to help give someone some advise or give a spot.

A very nice and clean gym. I am greeted us at the door and was willing to show us around and help us with anything. Equipment is in good condition. Bathrooms are clean. Highly recommend joining this gym. Nice to be able to use the anytime fitness chain when traveling.

Great, clean gym. 24 hours is great to avoid peak times, and helps keep the gym from getting too packed. Plenty of lifting equipment and even an area for Olympic lifts. Awesome staff too!

Anytime Morgantown is great. The gym has a really good atmosphere and a wide variety of equipment. They also have a separate room with a squat rack, punching bag, kettlebells, and weighted medicine balls. It’s always clean as well, which is definitely a plus.

A decent sized gym with a good amount of machines and equipment. Its always very clean, inviting and modern looking. I have been disappointed lately though because 1 out of the 5 treadmills has been broken for well over one and half months now which is highly inconvenient when it gets crowded in the evenings. And now the only hamstring extension machine in the gym is broken too (which Im assuming will take months to fix as well). Another small annoyance about this location is it is consistently out of wipes to clean machines; and Im talking pretty much every other day there are no wipes. Plus this location does not allow you to bring a guest like every other AF location Ive been to. This is absolutely ridiculous since Im paying hundreds of dollars per year to go here. Every Anytime Fitness Ive been to is always a pleasant experience. This location is just okay. Im starting to regret paying over $35 a month to go here when I can go to the Universitys rec gym for free.

Wonderful gym! Equipment is always clean - lots to choose from. Hydromassage machine is awesome, and I like the videos you can do in the studio. Staff is very helpful.

Great gym!!! I really enjoyed the 24/7 availability. Very clean and well kept. Good variety of free weights, benches, and cardio machines. Great proximity to WVU Ruby Hospital for employees looking for a nice place to work out. Would highly recommend to anyone in Morgantown.

Excellent customer service- had a problem, and they fixed it timely and with class. The gym is clean and staff is very friendly. Would recommend to anyone living in the Morgantown area.

Decent amount of cardio machines, but not so much lifting equipment. Their customer service was practically nonexistent (I walked in on my blinking voicemail from earlier that day when two employees were there just chatting away). Even when they tried to help me with switching my out-of-state membership to their gym, they had no idea what they were doing.

Great place to go workout, very clean, well organized, extremely nice customer service. No complaints.

Not often you find a gym that has all the equipment you need and has a stuff as good as this one! Definitely recommend checking this place out 👌🏼

Nothing but a scam!!!! I’ve tried to cancel because I moved and could no longer use the gym. They were rude and charged me an Auto renew for another whole year when I’ve told them I don’t want the membership!! They told me they couldn’t give me the money back for the following month. Insane! Also charged me more than what my initial payment was. Just crazy. Nice gym, and helpful staff, but don’t scam customers.

Im writing for my brother Charles Rodeheaver who is a member at the Morgantown W.V. Anytime Fitness. He says the staff and management are very good and always helpful. Its a clean and good environment to go and work out. And its close to home and theres no problem in finding a parking place. Theres enough exercise equipment to use and they are well kept.

24 hour gym with great variety of machines and free weights.

Top notch gym but it is a little pricey

Been a member since they opened. Very clean, theyre constantly upgrading equipment, and 24 hour usage is a huge plus. Id like to see another one open in morgantown, but having access to the other locations is really nice! I use the one in elkins is nice too!!

Helpful staff, 24/7 access to the facility & its right next to a smoothie king for those post work out gains 💪

Around the Morgantown area I can garauntee there isnt a nicer gym. Being an Anytime you wont find more convienent hours, and unlike the Anytimes Ive been before the staff is just as nice as the hours.
